I have been to several Walgreens locations and this one is by far the worst...they cannot get prescriptions in a timely manner, they cancel orders without any reason or orders just go from "processing" to nowhere to be found! Went to get flu vaccine. They were very rude and wouldn't answer questions. Had us fill online questionnaire out, waited longer for them to contact us only for them finally tell us that they don't take out insurance. Everything! I went to return a Fed Ex pkg for shipping in "photo" they had to request someone from back. Wednesday 9/24 @ 9:15 am. She strolls out texting on her phone and greets me with an attitude. God, I wish I would've read the reviews before I switched from Rite Aid to Walgreens on Yucaipa Boulevard. Some of the reviews describe exactly what I'm going through right now. I'm a diabetic and I have difficulty getting my diabetic medication's including insulin that I am dependent on twice daily. My doctor put me on Ozempic to try to lower my insulin dose or potentially get me off altogether yet I cannot get Ozempic. I use the Walgreens app to order refills and the pending medication falls off of the app and when I call it says if it was never ordered. I did this merry go round with one of my meds five times. The staff are rude and appear that they dislike their jobs. My mother had to use the ladies room and was told that the ladies room is closed and only open during pharmacy hours. My mother is elderly, and if she hadn't been insistent with the guy who finally let her in, she would've pooped her pants. She walked away in tears and feeling humiliated because she had to divulge the most personal details about her needs. Call the pharmacy and not even a hello or can you hold please but just being put on hold. Then it circles back to ring again and you're told pharmacy hold please. I did this for a total of 25 minutes. If they are understaffed hire more staff. I'm told I'm told that it's Walgreens policy not to fill 90 day prescriptions when my provider orders 90 days. This place has the worst customer service that I have ever experienced and I'll be switching to CVS. No wonder your review scores are low. read more

Walgreens in Yucaipa is fantastic! I was poorly prepared to have a colonoscopy tomorrow and told them my situation. I needed the prep liquid. My doctor phoned in the order in the morning and they had it ready by the time I walked in. Extra bonus: all the other drug stores I tried told me there was no way a one day order could be filled, much less with the best colon prep, Su-Prep. I'm on a timed medication, which means I have to change it once a week. I can only get one month at a time. EVERY 3 WEEKS I HAVE TO CALL WALGREENS IN YUCAIPA TO MAKE SURE: 1 They acknowledge the receipt of the prescription, 2 they have it in stock, and 3 they fill it on time! This is after going to my monthly scheduled appointments and making sure my prescription gets sent over. That is my responsibility as a patient. Why do I have to do the pharmacies job for them?? This time, I have spoken to them twice this week and my prescription is still not going to be ready on time because it was NEVER ordered, even though I already spoke to them to make sure it would be ordered. I picked up a prescription and was charged $311.89. I have insurance and my copay is $1.00. Now Walgreens is saying I can't get a refund due to length of time I requested refund. 3 days after I picked up prescription, I fell and now I am in a rehab facility. I feel totally helpless. I am a senior on a fixed income so $311.89 is alot of money to lose. My advise to you is please check all receipts before you leave the store. This Walgreens Pharmacy is the absolute worst. You would think a pharmacy that you've been a patient of for years would accommodate a loyal customer to the best of their ability. I've been picking up this prescription from here for more than a year now and it's always a struggle to get the correct refill date. Today they told me my prescription would be ready at 7pm and at 6pm they notified me they were out of stock. This is not a medication that I can just not take. I rely on the pharmacy to have my medication every month and the last two times they have really screwed me by not having it in stock and then not giving any alternatives on how we can get me the medication. She just said "yeah sorry it's not available until Tuesday." This particular pharmacist must be extremely uneducated because I can't just "miss" my refill date. It could potentially lead to very serious symptoms and that's THEIR fault. At least give me some options. Not just some BS excuse and then hang up. The pharmacist that worked today, 09/19/25 at 6:40 pm has some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Not an ounce of kindness in her. I'm so disappointed in this major pharmacy being so bad and unreliable. DO NOT GO HERE! They do not care about you and don't even care to try. I'll make sure to get my entire family and all of our friends to switch pharmacies. I urgently needed my insulin, I waited one week for it. I called the pharmacy everyday to see if it had arrived, I was completely out of diabetic medicine and my blood sugar really was dangerously high. At today's morning call to the pharmacy, I asked "is this going to be a problem me getting my medicine allways late?" I was thinking of going to another pharmacy. He says we'll it hasn't come in yet, we will call you when it does. Than suddenly he says wait, let me look it up. I had to go to Walgreens to get blood work done. They greeted me at the entrance and sent me to the lab. I got on a kiosk that scanned my ID and IEHP cards to confirm my appointment. I was quickly taken into the room and the lady examined my arm and hand and started taking my blood. It was over quick. I felt safe and respected. I'd recommend this place to everyone. read more

****REGARDING PHARMACY**** The staff at the pharmacy is VERY nice, however, they are severely understaffed, and it takes FOREVER for them to get your prescription. One car in front of me, that had already been there, and it took 33 minutes for that car, and myself to be helped. 4 cars behind me, two ended up leaving. After asking me who I was picking up for, took LITERALLY 10 minutes to come back to the window with my prescription, that had been ready for 4 days, BECAUSE every time I try to pick it up I end up having to leave because it's over 45 minutes, and still 2/5 people in front of me. No matter the time, or the day it's ALWAYS like this. If they're that busy, then then need to hire more staff! PERIOD!! And I could see in the window and there were at least 6 people standing inside waiting. This is RIDICULOUS! Again, the staff is always nice, but these wait times are out of control! read more

They do not get them to the lab so the results come back inconclusive which makes the week wait to get testing and the 3 days spent waiting time a total waste of time. Getting there: This Walgreens is really convenient since its right off the main road. The parking lot isn't too big, but I don't imagine Walgreens gets crowded. Experience: I usually run in and out of this Walgreens, I've never went there to shop around. Normally if I need to grab something they always have it and most of the time it more expensive then if I bought it from a department store. Not opened 24 hours, came in at 10:40ish pm to get my kid Benadryl after an urgent care visit, and as I was looking, this staff member named Robert with w/a horrible pony tail walked up to me in the aisle and said "if you wanna buy anything now is the time to go, we are closing man" I then said "okay one more second", he then replied in an aggressive tone with "no more seconds, you need to leave!". How absolutely unprofessional and when I stated "your website states you're opened 24 hours", he then replied "I can't control the times the internet has man"... well Robert... actually you can, and so can your manager, and so can cooperate. This was once staffed by reasonably competent, hard-working people, but NO MORE. We dropped by on a Friday and they claimed our doctor hadn't approved a re-fill. They would contact him for approval. On Monday morning, we drove through and they claimed they were still waiting for approval. I called my doctor while at the window and they confirmed they had faxed an approval on Friday afternoon. I was told to come back later so they could confirm. I asked them how I would know it was ready and they advised me to call. Their voicemail, for the last six months, has been useless. You are put on hold, you hear the line ring and then someone picking up the line and then putting you back on hold. This can go on for 45 minutes or an hour, usually followed by a complete hang-up. I returned to the drive-up window about 45 minutes later and even though my doctor had confirmed a SECOND Fax approval, they claimed they were still waiting for it. This time I hovered over the counter where they CLAIMED a clerk was trying to talk to my doctor. The clerk in question claimed my doctor wasn't answering. I called the office right there, held up the speaker on my cell phone, and proved that they WERE answering. They kept asking me to sit down and wait, but I said, "you have been telling me 15 minutes for the last 72 hours; when is someone actually going to WORK on this? When will 15 minutes be 15 minutes?" I've been getting my many prescriptions here for 10 years but the last year they have been a frustrating increasingly stressful nightmare. After reading all the negative reviews here I can just say that literally every single issue noted in these reviews I've experienced every month. I'm in my sixties and frankly, life is too stressful for all of us right now to be put through intense hair pulling exchanges in nearly every transaction with these irresponsible, lying, ill-trained and unprofessional people. They refused to unload a shipment for a DoorDash order I had placed and said to come back later when the totes are unloaded. I'm making a complaint about the lines associated with this facility for the pharmacy. Both inside and out, there was an extremely long line (upwards of an hour of waiting, from 5th in line). I understand there are "staffing shortages" but with how much these companies make maybe you could afford to pay people more so your business thrives instead of continues to get crappy reviews. After several hours in the urgent care I headed over to this location to pick up a prescription for my son. I came just before closing and was greeted by the kindest employee. It's so refreshing to feel taken care of after such a stressful day and Carson certainly made sure of that. Bouncing between counter and drive up, alone I might add, she made sure I left with my son's prescription that night. By the time I left it was well after closing. I have used the Yucaipa Walgreens for several years because of convenience. NO longer will I buy from them. I see long waits and rude employees. I was on the phone with a gal that said she was the pharmacist, not a tech. Asking a question about a refill, she explained her view and I questioned it. I was in the middle of asking her a question and she hung up. I reconnected with Costco and now find my meds in stock and for less $$$.. I really really hate leaving bad reviews. But this store stole my money and all they are willing to do is give me store credit for it. The store manager Nicole is rude & accused me of lying. All this is over $13. I have proof of online order confirmation and bank statement of the money being taken but not returned & she all she kept saying was without a barcode she could not give me my money back. This is their system that does not send barcodes and their lead kept the messed up order tht had the barcode. This is their procedures and i'm being accused of being the liar.
