The hand sanitizers are some of the best around--they come in a huge variety of great scents, are easy to carry, and leave your hands feeling clean without drying them out. I went in there to get the hand sanitizers because they were having a 6 for 10 deal. I was highly disappointed when two days later all the hand sanitizers went on sale for a dollar. The store does a good job of keeping a wide selection of products in stock, making it easy to find seasonal collections as well as favorite year-round fragrances. The only downside was the customer service during my visit. There didn't seem to be enough employees on the sales floor, so it was difficult to find someone when I had questions or needed assistance. The staff members who were there were polite, but they didn't seem very available to help customers because they appeared to be stretched too thin. Overall, Bath & Body Works offers excellent products and a great selection, especially their amazing hand sanitizers. With a few more team members available to assist shoppers, the in-store experience would be even better.

I just purchased this ring. The person working there today was kind enough to use a tool to try and get it back to a circle, which helped a lot. If you are buying a ring here, please be aware they are extremely cheap and malleable and ARE NOT WORTH THE PRICE. Hoping this review helps others, since the assurance that this could be fixed wasn't fully explained.
