Went there yesterday afternoon to get some goodies and dilly dally. Store is clean and organized. Associates are friendly but who really stood out to me was Maida! She is so sweet. So bubbly. So kind. Showed me all I needed to find! Give this woman a raise! I will come back just to see her! One downside to the store- the aprons. Come on. Y'all are a billion dollar company. Do better. The customer service needs A LOT of improvement at this location. It's a smaller store, or seems that way because of the layout.

Anybody who knows me knows I love Bath & Body Works. This location is truly a vibe--I interact with all the employees--but Joseph stands out every single time. He is so sweet, kind, and always everywhere in the store helping customers. He consistently asks if I need help finding anything and makes sure to tell me about the deals of the day. His kindness and energy honestly make my purchases feel worth it. For months, I thought he was the head manager because of how attentive, professional, and caring he is. I placed an on line order in December 18th. I called last night the 19th, and was told my order was ready for pick up. I said I would pick it up today . And was told I have 5 days . This morning my order was canceled . I called customer service after being on hold 22 minutes , the representative never came back on the line . So looks like an employee bought the items for themselves or a relative . read more

They need more than one cashier when there are so many people in the store. After waiting 15 mins for the one customer ahead of me to be finished being served by the cashier, I left my basket of items and walked out of the store. I don't frequent this store and certainly won't be going back. I'll go shop in Menifee, Murieta or Temecula. And there's no homeless people everywhere in the parking g lot and outside of the store. read more

" Sofia Was Awesome " I went to the Bath & Body Works in Beaumont, CA to look at and get some information on some indoor 3 wick candles for my house. I really did not know much about the thousands of indoor candles that Bath & Body Works has in their store. When I entered the store I met Sofia who was one of the employees. Sofia had a fantastic attitude as she answered all of my questions, and took me on tour all around the store checking out the different candles, as she let me smell and had history stories to tell me along with so many different candles we looked at. It has been a long time before I had met an employee of any marketplace, that had such a Bubbly attitude and was so educated and nice. I purchased 12 candles from Sofia and would definitely go back to Bath & Body Works again to see Sofia. Sofia was Awesome ! read more

Cashier made me uncomfortable. I was one of 6 people in the store today. As i was spraying fragrances on a tester strip,the full figured male behind the counter stared at me incessantly. It made me VERY uncomfortable. I work hard and I treat myself accordingly and this experience has made me never want to purchase another BBW product . I will also be contacting corporate. read more

I LOVE THIS STORE!!! Clean. Inviting. Enough space to walk around and not bump into other customers. I also enjoy how the single wick candles are setup nicely in front of the wallflowers which takes out the guess work out of blind buying and hoping it's a scent you'll like. Baskets are staged throughout the store as well. Also took advantage of the 20% off today for members. read more

I truly hope Managememt takes time to see this message. My husband and I went in the store to look for beard cream. I always brag about how sweet the staff are. We'll, we went in last week and the young lady who rang us up. I believe her name was Ashley or Amanda, I could not see her name tag but someone called her names, she looked absolutely annoyed and disgusted that she has to help us. We felt so uncomfortable and wanted to leave right away. I'm so shocked at how cold and mean she glares at you and she refuses to crack a smile. I came in today to do my christmas shopping and all around the store there were little baskets that advertised "free bags and ribbon" each had bags but may of the baskets didn't have any ribbon. It came time to check out and a lady helped me out, I noticed there was ribbon in a drawer behind the cash registers and I noticed a few employees were grabbing ribbon for customers that asked. So when I asked if they had ribbon the lady helping me said no.. So I assumed maybe I had asked for something different. Once another employee grabbed the ribbon again, I pointed out to the lady helping me that it was the ribbon I was asking for and she told me no. Apparently the employees were not allowed to give anyone ribbon although they constantly kept grabbing some for customers, I had a purchase of four items and she only ended up giving me one ribbon because she felt bad that I noticed every other customer was getting ribbons. Why on earth would you guys advertise everywhere that there is ribbon and then say no to me? On my way out I found a basket with a few ribbon and i grabbed the rest of them because it was advertised to GRAB SOME FOR FREE. you all are so weird. I went to another bath and body works the same day to return some items i bought from this store and they allowed me to grab however many ribbons i wanted to and said this store was stingy ! read more

They are always greeting their customers when they come in their customer service is AMAZING

I was so excited for this store to open but upon my very 1st visit I promise I will never ever go back! I went in for a simple even exchange and immediately was charged an additional $30 when I actually should not had been charged at all. Not to mention the arrogant, unprofessional, sarcastic argumentative behavior of the employee EMILY! The most disgusting, disrespectful behavior exhibited by this person! When I addressed her behavior she literally argued with me with her immediate supervisor standing by. She needs to be FIRED! this behavior was beyond being reprimanded she needs to be removed immediately from working with the public! She spoke to me referring to me as a GIRL! Great Customer Service!! Everyone is always nice and attentive. Angela and Maida were able to help me with all the questions I had.

The upt must be so low for this store. I've never been so fast to walk in and out of a store like this one. Workers are just chatting around but hey at least I was greeted but with this weird attitude. The older lady who I'm assuming is a manger because she answered every question with "I" like she owns the store asks what I'm looking for today and I say the spray hand sanitizers bc it's for a gift. She goes to speak to me in the most monotone "I'm better than you" voice "I'm sold out of that I only have the pocket sanitizer" I never asked if she had alternatives. She made is so incredibly easy for me to walk out, as a customer service based role aren't you supposed to offer something else? In a better attitude? Maybe that's why there was nobody shopping... I'll take my business to the Cabazon outlets. read more

On 7.28 23 I went inside to tryout the new Halloween fragrances of candles and body cream. I was asking assistance from Angela because she was the closet in the area while other associates helping others. Whenever I asked her questions she would divert her attention to I believe was her family members because they would butt in intrusively and talk over me as if I was not there. I also saw them pushing a small child in a stroller opening up the cabinets of the sinks. Angela had no kind of professionalism with customers. Later to find out she was the manager. UNACCEPTABLE!!!! I have been a regular since day one and I have never felt this emotional and uncomfortable with any associates until having an encounter with Angela. Everyone has been courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, and most professional. Bath and Body Works would have definitely been 5 stars, but Angela's behavior was unacceptable that day. read more
