However, when we received the flowers, they came in various shades of purple, pink, and burgundy. We believe that the price we paid should have ensured that we received the exact colors we requested, rather than allowing them to use any color they desired. I wish I'd checked the reviews before I ordered from Beaumont Flowers. Disappointed in what I ordered vs what was delivered. Website showed a picture of a beautiful pale pink arrangement, with the description of: "Pale pink roses and pink carnations offset by baby's breath, variegated ivy, lush greens, and a white sheer ribbon". What was delivered was: peach colored roses, pink carnations, something other than baby's breath, no sign of any kind of ivy, and a sheer pink ribbon. There was a specific, personal reason that I wanted pale pink roses, so it was very disappointing to see the peach roses. I also paid extra for a deluxe arrangement, and don't feel like this was deluxe quality. I definitely won't be ordering from Beaumont Flowers ever again. read more

The bouquet that was sent, is something that I would have NEVER selected because it looks CHEAP!!! I spent $120.00 for a luxurious bouquet. I stopped in because my mom had told me that there a Christmas boutique going on at this location and there were a few things she was sure I would like. Plus I wanted to order a holiday arrangement because I love having fresh flowers around the house. My mom was right. They had a lot of cute things that I liked. When you first walk in it is a little overwhelming because there is so much stuff packed into this little shop. I didn't know where to look first! It was about noon when I got there on a Monday and I was the only customer in the shop. There were three employees there, two were behind a half hidden counter working on an arrangement, neither one bothered to look up to say hello. As I made my way through the shop I almost tripped over a little boy on the floor who was watching a movie and eating a happy meal. I have kids so I know how it is when you need to take them with you, but I almost kicked him when I was walking so maybe there could have been a better place for him so he wouldn't get hurt? There was another lady working who had black hair and was on the phone. I smiled at her when I rounded a corner and I was greeted back with a cold nasty look. I don't know if that look was because of the conversation she was having, or if she was annoyed that I was in her shop. Either way I had had enough. It doesn't matter how nice your stuff is, if you and your employees are rude I will definitely take my business elsewhere. I turned to leave and on my way out I made eye contact with the male who I had seen when I first arrived, and as one final attempt to salvage my visit I smiled but he just looked away. Uh ok. Cool. Maybe he was stressed about the arrangement he was working on? Either way this was my first and last time coming to this shop. I immediately called my mom and told her about my experience and she was at a Christmas lunch with her girlfriends. She was shocked. I guess they heard her talking because they asked what happened and she started telling them. All of them said, Oh well we won't be going there either if they're that rude. First rule of owning a small business... always be nice because word of mouth is always your best form of advertising. I was so disappointed in the flower arrangement sent for my friend's father funeral. The flower that was delivered had half the number of flowers that I had seen in their picture during ordering. I ordered the Premium arrangement (Roses and Lilies) but what was delivered was not even close! My friend had sent me the picture. I emailed them and sent them the 2 pictures to let them know they don't match. The lady called me and did not agree and she kept saying the arrangement had 12 roses and 6 lilies and was so big that we could barely move it! I guess the vase was heavy otherwise 12 roses and 6 lilies would not be so heavy! The premium arrangement I had ordered showed 10 Lilies only on one side, meaning there was probably 20 lilies in the whole arrangement! The one that was delivered only had 3 lilies on one side based on the picture my friend sent to me... Anyways, this arrangement was sent on behalf of 8 people and if I knew it is going to be this small I would not have ordered it as it was embarrassing...
