Received a flower delivery from Eva's and it was a beautiful bouquet! I am on day 4 and some of the flowers are blooming and bouquet still looks beautiful. Quality was definitely 5- star read more

Memorial service: The flowers were absolutely gorgeous and were delivered on time. I am so surprised at the negative reviews. I'm thinking that they are pulling the wrong business name and leaving a review. Please double check your business name. I almost didn't order from them but after reading the owners comments decided to give them a try. I definitely recommend this company to anyone who lives in Hemet and the surrounding area. If I could give 10 stars I would. Thank you Eva's Floral Gallery for making a sad event a little more beautiful! read more

If giving 0 stars is an option, I would chose that. I called to have flowers delivered to a friend who lost her mom. I deliberately chose Flowers by Eva because they advertised as a local florist. According to them, they delivered on the same day that I called, but my friend never received the flowers. I called Flowers by Eva again, to see what happened and if there was a way to rectify the situation. The agent on the phone just kept repeating that I should have called within 48 hours and that the driver said it was delivered to the door. No offer to resend. No offer to refund anything. Would not call the driver to see if they delivered to "Main Street South" instead of "Main Street North" by mistake. Nothing. No wonder they have no Google listing. They probably would have been blasted out of business. Horrible company! read more

I highlty recommend not use this company for your floral needs. Not only did they over charge me for the Premimum floral arrangement, my wife received the basic floral arrangement for our anniversery. I called and even sent pictures, which they did admit was not what I paid for and that someone would get back to me with what they plan on doing to fix the problem. I had to keep calling them after not receiving any type of contact from the managment for over 2 weeks. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, it is the absolute worst company I have ever delt with. I have never written a complaint about anyother company, but this is FLORAL Company is so bad you all need to know not to use them. read more

I am absolutely satisfied with the service, very friendly and answered the questions I had with expertise I found their selections very beautiful All the excellence of the other florists at a better price My wife loved her Valentines roses I will be visiting them next special day read more

We spent over $530 on an arrangement to be delivered to a retirement community on November 6th, meant to comfort a grieving loved one after a tragic loss. The arrangement that arrived was nothing close to the $479 value we paid for, and it wasn't even delivered to the recipient's room as promised. When I called to address this, the florist made excuses instead of taking accountability. Even if there was an issue with the delivery, we should have been notified immediately, not left to discover it ourselves. They only offered a refund for the $10 tip and $12.99 delivery fee, which is unacceptable given the circumstances and the total amount spent. We chose this florist because we wanted something beautiful and meaningful for a very sensitive occasion, but instead we were met with poor service, lack of communication, and an arrangement that did not reflect what was paid for. I would strongly caution anyone considering this shop -- their customer service and integrity were truly disappointing. read more

My mom loved her Mother's Day bouquet so much because it was unique. The flowers weren't exactly the same as the picture on-line is why I took one star off. It was still very beautiful. She said she liked her bouquet better than the picture so that's what's important to me. read more

Ordered a floral arrangement for a funeral in Farmington Mo. I really wonder if Eva's Florist is even located there as they seemed totally unfamiliar with Farmington. I picked a pictured bouquet and got the premium size. It did not look as pictured in any sense of the word. The flowers looked tired and the design was poorly done. I would strongly recommend that people avoid this florist. I don't want to give it even one star! , read more

AVOID - Ruined a Special Moment and Zero Accountability Paid extra for the guarantee. Flowers never arrived. I ordered at 10Ish am on a Friday same day delivery. NEVER SHOWED UP. I am writing this the following Monday.... and nothing! Had to proactively contact customer service just to get any response - they never once reached out to me about the missing order. Had to cancel it myself and scramble for a last-minute replacement from somewhere else. My girlfriend thought I forgot - I looked like a complete idiot. My hard-earned money. And yet I still had to reach out every day to get an update? Absolutely unacceptable. No refund initiative. No follow-up. Just silence. If you need flowers on time, go literally anywhere else. This shop turned what should've been a sweet gesture into a humiliating disaster. read more

Very disappointed with this flower shop! In the past they have been great. For my daughter's baby shower that was held on 9/6/25 they really messed up, Liz messed up! I went in a month before the event to see how they could help me, Liz was very helpful at that time. I ordered the flowers two weeks in advance per her instructions. One week before the event I get a call from Liz asking if I was going to pick up the flowers, I told her she had the wrong date! It wasn't for another week! I called Liz on the Monday before the event to make sure she reordered the flowers, she said she did. When I picked up the flowers the day before the event they looked terrible! She kept the flowers for a week! I was so disappointed! I did my part to ensure beautiful flowers for my daughter's baby shower and Liz did not do her part!! I will not be using this flower shop again! read more

The woman kept making mistakes. From content to price. I wanted 1, single red rose in a bud vase with a little babies breath and a little greenery. I ended up canceling the order because she couldn't get a simple order right and was price gouging. Over 20 min! read more

I ordered flowers for a special delivery and they gave me a conformation number. They did not deliver and did not notify me until the next day. They refunded my money and told me it would take 3-5 business days. I'm very upset and pist-off. Now I have to use other money to order from someone else. They say same day, but that's BS. The excuse was, they don't have enough inventory available. If I could rate them 0, I would. read more

Do not order flowers from this so-called Florist Company. This past Mother's Day, May 2025 for my 89 years old Mother, I went to the Eva's Floral Gallery Shop and picked flowers from their cooler. There was a vase with pretty rose decoration on it, with a lot of greenery around the vase. The woman, who said she was the owner, took the vase from the cooler. She took it in the back of the shop and was looking at it. Next the owner handed the vase to the checker who put it in some box. I thought this should make it easier to handle. I was charged over a $100.00 for it. I took home, no problems in handling it. I took it in right away for my mother to enjoy. This was the day before Mother's Day. I wanted to give it to her right of way. We would be at Church the next day. I put it on the counter for her to enjoy. After 5 hours went by, I noticed petals starting to fall off some of the flowers. I added some water to it. With in about 5 minutes there was a puddle of water from the back of the vase that had so much greenery coving it up. I moved the greenery out of the way; there was a two-inch crack with a piece missing from the rim of the vase. I was livid. They sold be a cracked vase with wilting flowers. I called them, a women picked up my call. I explained what was going on and I wanted to know what would be done about it. She said the owner wasn't there. She took all my information and said she would have them call me back. Still today nothing. I'm going to contact my Credit Card company and Consumer Affair's. I will not tolerate this disgusting so- called company that sells nothing but broken items. Thanks to them my 89-year-old, who might not be with me for another Mother's Day, her Mother's Day floral gift is a disgusting disaster. AGAIN, DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS FALSE FLORIST COMPANY!! read more

Hello I wanted to write this review to say thanks again for the wonderful flowers I received at Eva's Floral Gallery I realize this is not a proper review as I do not have a photo but this is about the experience of an "on the fly order" I every now and then pop in and place an order for a special occasion without notice and ask to make a bouquet or special arrangement per set price that I am able to afford as money has been a bit tight lately Eva's always come through with quality flowers with a personal touch. I will continue to go to Eva's and suggest everyone who would like a beautiful floral display to go and give them a try you will be pleased you did, thanks again :) read more

The flowers we paid for never got delivered. The customer service did not respond to my repeated request for refund. I had to file a claim with my credit company for the refund. If it wasn't for some positive reviews listed here, I would say this is a scam. read more

Ordered flowers for Mother's Day. My mother's favorite flowers are white and purple and they let me know that they had a special bouquet for Mother's Day called Plum Paradise for $100. Deliver was another $17. Although the arrangement was beautiful, it was a bit underwhelming. For $117 I expected something bigger and with more purple flowers. For the same amount, I could have gotten 7 dozen roses for less at Whole Foods. read more

The rating is zero. Horrible customer service. Flowers were ordered for same-day delivery but never were delivered. Close to $100.00 order, Then told us today March 21st, order was on the truck and would be delivered "soon". Was told when the delivery drivers got in they would email and call us to confirm delivery, didn't happen. Flowers were for my sister-in-law who has worked tirelessly trying to help get my other sis-in-laws body ready for cremation. I am livid. Glad I didn't order these for the Catholic service which will be taking place. And the email address they show on their site is invalid as well as the phone number. So not only am I leaving a negative review here, I am reporting them to the Hemet Chamber of Commerce and possibly a couple of other places if they don't respond immediately. They need to consider selling at a farmers market rather than online. What a rip off disaster. read more

This modest florist in an unassuming strip mall in Hemet absolutely saved the day for me this last Mother's Day. Although I had made a vase for my mother, I had failed to secure a bouquet for her which left me scrambling around 1pm on my way to see my family. Fortunately, I stopped at Eva's where I was met with excellent customer service, an absolutely beautiful product and a reasonable price. I did have to wait about 30 minutes for the bouquet to be completed, but let me remind you that I walked in on the busiest day of the year for a florist and requested a custom bouquet to be made for me right then. Not only did they agree, but they interrupted their very long list of pre-ordered flowers waiting to go out for deliver to accommodate me. And if you think that their haste to serve the customer resulted in a sub-par product, please see the attached photo. I am absolutely impressed and pleased with me experience at Eva's and should I be in the market for flowers in the Hemet/San Jacinto area, I know who I will call first. read more

Absolutely impressed with the quality and service at Eva's. I placed an order of flowers for my wife's birthday last year and Bernice called me around 2 weeks before her birthday this year to see if I'd like to send her flowers again. Of course it was in my list but I hadn't had time to plan yet. I was so thankful and just impressed that they called to check and set it up. I gave them a price point and they delivered this beautiful Bouquet on time and to the delight of my beautiful birthday girl! read more

Really rude staff. You pre-order an arrangement or corsage and they fail to successfully make what you requested. Try to spray paint flowers last minute because they mess up your order. An order you placed 2 weeks in advance. I will not give this place my business. Please look elsewhere. They will take your money and give you whatever they have left. Heartless people!! read more

My husband always get me flowers though out the year . We just moved around the area and he ordered some roses for our anniversary here, by the 3 day the roses was wilting already. Called and emailed them letting them know. They told me to cut them 45 degrees angle add sugar and aspirin but by the next day they all died. I alway cut and change the water every two days when I received flowers and never have my flowers start dying by the 3rd days. Even Costco flowers last longer. I would not recommend anyone to get flowers here. Very unhappy with there service. read more

My father recently passed and some friends sent me flowers. They came across Eva's since it was about 3 miles from me. They have some amazing baskets. You can tell they take the time to pay attention to the details. Every single flower and leaf in the basket was beautiful and cared for. They went out of their way to make the deliveries as easy as possible for me and so very kind. The staff and arrangements are both 5 star level! They smell great and I am trying to be sure they get enough natural light and water. Thank you again for your creativity and care you put into your work! read more

I highly recommend Eva's Floral Gallery! Our school district recently had a large event and needed 30 flower arrangements. Our needs were very specific and the staff here went above and beyond to meet our needs. Our event was during mother's day week, which I am certain, is their busiest time of the year and they still delivered quality products. The flower arrangements were beautiful and our guests were very pleased. They are truly full service and even delivered our flowers to the venue. Additionally, I felt they went above and beyond by helping us set the arrangements on every table, which, was so helpful! I worked with Maria and Elizabeth and both ladies were very kind and professional. HUSD appreciates you! read more

am at my girlfriend, of 60 years' memorial. The flowers were just delivered, and I AM COMPLETELY DISAPPOINTED!!!! I wanted a "HUGE" basket of patriotic colored flowers... mostly carnations. What I got was a medium sized basket with some carnations. The snapdragons, which frame the back, are hung over in the throes of death, along with a few others that are hanging over. I had to move the ribbon to the center-side, because that was where the BUGGEST flowerless hole was. Holes, the size of my fist, all over, completely void of flowers! All for $300. I was willing to pay much more! One of the family members stated it looked like a $100 bouquet. How many people request, like I did, the least expensive flower to be the main focus? I did, because it was her favorite flower. I will NEVER use this florist again!!!!! read more
