I called from out of state to send flowers to my sister for her birthday and the nicest lady took my order. She was funny and sweet and made my day. So often people don't even try to connect. She had me laughing and it was so nice!! She told me at the end of the call she would "make something beautiful " and she did not let me down. A few hours later I got a text and pictures of an amazing arrangement with balloons! she made my sisters day and mine !! Next time I go to visit Hemet I will be looking for this shop!! Keeping them in my contacts! Great prices and such great service! read more

I'll give them a 5 on the floral arrangement. The 3 star is the communication without a phone call. Just a text saying they attempted delivery. Which wasn't the case. read more

Sarah was great! We needed a corsage for my sons homecoming dance (kind of last minute ordering within the week before) and she worked with us to make what we wanted. We live in Idyllwild so she also worked with us on an easy pick up. I will definitely use them again read more

Luanne and her team were amazing from start to finish. They responded about my inquiry on yelp promptly. We came in with a very special/specific request for a gender reveal. Her excitement when we explained what we wanted made us even more excited. We were interested in either pink or blue flowers but we knew if we needed blue flowers those might be hard to obtain. Luanne reassured us that if the gender was a boy she could spray paint white flowers to look blue. We left Luanne with a sealed envelope that contained the gender and a picnic basket to place them in. They truly brought our vision to life and made a very special moment even more memorable. The flowers were beautiful and very reasonably priced. Thank you for everything! I would highly recommend Floral Expressions to anyone read more

I am thrilled that I found such a great florist. Our extended family was having a memorial service for a family member. Unfortunately, we were not able to attend the service but we were able to send the most beautiful flower arrangement to the funeral home. Sarah at Floral Expressions took my order and was amazing to work with. She is kind, thoughtful and just a lot of fun. Everyone was so impressed and we will definitely call them back in the future for any flower needs. read more

My sister was having a 91st birthday. I and my two nieces wanted something very special. Since we were not able to celebrate with her we wanted flowers that would remind her of the Midwest and flowers that are in bloom this time of year. Sarah was very helpful suggesting certain flowers and colors. My sister was overjoyed with the flowers, she said they were beautiful and the colors really reminded of a Iowa fall. read more

I ordered some beautiful flowers online yesterday and was contacted by a kind representative. First, she shared that the color selection I saw online. It might not be the same as the end product. Due to available supply, but to ensure that she would substitute as close as possible. My 2nd call came today before the ON TIME delivery, she verified the flower colors and variety. When my mom received them, she stated "these are SO BEAUTIFUL " and the fragrance was lovely!!! Thank you Floral Expressions for taking good care to provide a wonderful customer experience for my family!!! read more

This place is amazing!! I called to have an order placed for delivery the next day. Explaining the situation that I am from out of town and would like an arrangement delivered to a very close friend that just lost a family member. With only a few hours left before the store closed Louann confirmed she could have the arrangement delivered today. I was so pleased with her kindness, her empathy and her desire to do whatever she could to help. You don't find this type of customer service much anymore these days. read more

I'm located in VA and placed an order for flower delivery to a home in Hemet for a funeral. The flowers that i ordered didn't look like the ones left at the house but, she loved them none the less. The screenshot is what i ordered and the picture is what was left at the door step. Customer service is okay, they reached out to my POC in the area instead of myself whom i told them to contact with any issues concerning the order. The POC in CA was specifically to make sure they arrived and that's all. read more

Amazing wedding flowers! They are the only florist we trust to do our ceremony flowers for our wedding packages!

I placed on online order from a different state. They first called me to get my consent to make some substitutions to the arrangement I'd chosen. Later they called me, because they had tried to call the recipient without an answer, knew it was a gated community, and said it was too hot to leave the arrangement outdoors. I called the recipient (my mom) to ensure she was home and they were delivered within the hour. She was very impressed with the arrangement. Would recommend. read more

This was the first florist to come on my google search so I tried it. Mine was an emergency situation as I needed a bridal bouquet. (Ours had fallen through) The ángel working barely batted an eye and made us the most beautiful impromptu bridal arrangement that fit the brides aesthetic to a T. I'm regretful that I don't recall her name. read more

" They Did Exactly What I Requested " My wifes Daughter lives in San Jacinto, CA and she just had some medical surgery, so I wanted to send her some flowers to make her feel better. I looked at all of the reviews of flower shops in the area close to San Jacinto, and decided to call Floral Expressions which was located in Hemet CA, only 10 minutes away from my Daughters house. I called Floral Expressions and spoke with the owner Luanne. Luanne was very nice as she answered all of my questions, and guaranteed me that the flowers would be delivered today, and would look as good, or even better than the picture of the flowers I ordered on their web site. Well in a few hours the flowers were delivered to the correct address, and looked AWESOME ! Thank You Luanne for keeping your promise and doing a great job on the flower order. Absolutely amazing service and gorgeous arrangements. I was late ordering for a birthday and the earliest date available for delivery online was the day after I needed. I simply asked in the delivery instructions when I ordered if it could be delivered the day before and to my surprise it was. The arrangement was even more beautiful than I expected! The shop followed up the next day to check to make sure everything was received ( they weren't home at time of delivery) and they were so friendly on the phone. I will definitely continue to order from them whenever possible. read more

We walked in to see if they could provide a bouquet with sunflowers and chrysanthemums--but of course! The lady knows the language of flowers and presentation, and the prices are amazingly reasonable. They have also been the shop my sister in another state uses when she sends flowers to our mother for birthdays and Mothers Day. They always do a great job. Delivery staff is also very friendly. I definitely recommend! read more

Walked in to get some help for a wedding arrangement and open to the idea of even having them do my florals. Instead, I right away felt an unwelcoming environment. Lady that helped me was so condescending. She said, "just because I can do it, doesn't mean you can". I was in no way rude or unwilling to pay for any type of work. If she didn't feel like doing what I was asking for, then she could've just said that she doesn't do mock arrangements. I absolutely respect people that make a living out of their own skills so I was in no way coming in here asking for anything to be done for free. I understand Mother's Day is around the corner but that definitely doesn't mean you act rude towards a potential customer. Definitely unimpressed by this establishment (lady that helped me out). read more

Ordered online. Had put in the wrong address because that's how it was sent to me and they called to make sure they had the right address.
