Luanne and her team were amazing from start to finish. They responded about my inquiry on yelp promptly. We came in with a very special/specific request for a gender reveal. Her excitement when we explained what we wanted made us even more excited. We were interested in either pink or blue flowers but we knew if we needed blue flowers those might be hard to obtain. Luanne reassured us that if the gender was a boy she could spray paint white flowers to look blue. We left Luanne with a sealed envelope that contained the gender and a picnic basket to place them in. They truly brought our vision to life and made a very special moment even more memorable. I am thrilled that I found such a great florist. Our extended family was having a memorial service for a family member. I placed on online order from a different state. They first called me to get my consent to make some substitutions to the arrangement I'd chosen. Later they called me, because they had tried to call the recipient without an answer, knew it was a gated community, and said it was too hot to leave the arrangement outdoors. I called the recipient (my mom) to ensure she was home and they were delivered within the hour. She was very impressed with the arrangement. Would recommend. read more

I simply asked in the delivery instructions when I ordered if it could be delivered the day before and to my surprise it was. The arrangement was even more beautiful than I expected! Walked in to get some help for a wedding arrangement and open to the idea of even having them do my florals. Instead, I right away felt an unwelcoming environment. Lady that helped me was so condescending. She said, "just because I can do it, doesn't mean you can". I was in no way rude or unwilling to pay for any type of work. If she didn't feel like doing what I was asking for, then she could've just said that she doesn't do mock arrangements. I absolutely respect people that make a living out of their own skills so I was in no way coming in here asking for anything to be done for free. I understand Mother's Day is around the corner but that definitely doesn't mean you act rude towards a potential customer.
