First I bought the giant heart shaped arrangement for my wife for our 9 year anniversary. Talk about impressions. Took too of us to carry it in. My wife's jaw dropped. All of the flowers in there were so big, fresh, and smelled amazing. Second arrangement was a beautiful rainbow colored arrangement I got my daughter for her birthday. Such a cool arrangement. How they get the colors like that??? Only they know!!! She absolutely loved them and all of our friends were blown away by them. Also, got the little flower bear with this arrangement. Very cool added touch. Third arrangement was for my moms birthday. Bought her a beautiful bouquet of the white and teal roses. The flowers were beautiful, the wrap they put on them was so elegant, and we had to add the bear again. My mom hasn't stopped talking about it and showing it off to her friends. Fourth arrangement was a small heart shaped box with flowers as a just because for the wife. Wanted something simple but nothing is simple with kingdomroses1. All of there stuff is elegant and personalized. I look forward to all the beautiful arrangements you'll be making me in the future and all the smiles and lit up faces they'll bring. God bless you!

And offer clear vase and a vague "more flowers". They said they could still deliver today so I said ok. Then 2 hours later, when it's too late for me to get same day flowers elsewhere, they call and say they ran out of lillies and could put yet more flowers in and deliver tomorrow. What on earth! Then wasted more of my time when I said I want a refund putting me on hold. Calling a customer twice for an online order is terrible - if I wanted to talk on the phone to order flowers I would call to order them. People order online for convenience this shop can't deliver. Don't waste your time! And I've wasted yet more of my time trying to warn others not to waste theirs like I did. Heh

Very disappointing experience -- nothing "V.I.P." about it…read more Ordering a basic arrangement from Murrieta V.I.P Florist was unnecessarily complicated from the very beginning. Their website was not user-friendly, and what was advertised as a $119 deluxe bouquet ended up costing over $150 after everything was added. I selected same-day delivery, assuming that ordering before the store opened would give them plenty of time to make the delivery by mid day. However, I later learned that even if you place the order before they open, the delivery may not happen until after hours. That should be made much clearer during the ordering process. Other florists would provide at least a delivery window that you can choose from to anticipate delivery. To make matters worse, I never received an email confirmation for my order. I had to call the store once they finally opened just to make sure they had even received the order and to ask whether I needed to place it again. The person who answered the phone did not seem particularly welcoming or helpful. Even after I explained that I had not received a confirmation, I was not offered to be sent a confirmation or given any reassurance that the order had been properly processed. I then waited ALL day and received no delivery confirmation, text or photo notification that my order had been delivered. Eventually, I found out that the flowers had apparently been left unattended on the recipient's porch in the heat for a few hours in 98 degree weather! By the time they were actually received, the flowers were wilted! For spending that kind of money, I expected a much smoother ordering process, better communication, and, most importantly, flowers delivered in a condition appropriate for giving as a gift. Unfortunately, this experience fell well short of those expectations. Nothing "V.I.P." about my Murrieta VIP florist experience. Very disappointing, and I will not be ordering from them again. Save yourself the overpriced flowers and lack of customer service, and spend $75 or less gifting a beautiful boutique from the grocery store or Costco and get free delivery instead using door dash instead.
