They end up delivering it to my neighbor's house who was not home. They left it at their front door with the sun beaming on it. Their website says it was suppose to be hand delivered. I would have never known they had delivered it but the store called me to ask if I received it. I told her no. She mentioned it was delivered it 30 minutes ago to a blue door and I knew right away that it was next door. It sat at their door for at least 1/2 hour. By the time I got it, the chocolate was melted, the bouquet was tilted, fruits were fallen on the bottom, the top had a candle that was broken and it was lukewarm warm at best. I informed them but they said just to email the photos. They have not responded to me at all! I was too embarrassed to give this as a gift. It was wasted money that I had to just throw away. Supposedly their website states "Edible Arrangements offers a "Edible Guarantee" that promises 100% satisfaction, offering to replace or refund orders if they do not meet expectations". But I have not yet had someone call me or refund me. They said to email them photos and that was that! Poor customer service for sure and definitely no "Edible Guarantee ".
