She said she could give me $10 but not a refund... I can tell the management here lacks intelligence. Get this, you just lost out on the sale of 8 pieces that would had been paid for with my family, and you lost 8 potential long term customers, all because you could not do what was right due to your faulty SMS system or lies that you texted. Now I was done within 5 minutes, got in line right next to the sign that read "line starts here" and a cashier was looking around to see who was next and called in a lady that was looking for the line - now the customer saw me waiting and apologized, I said "no problem" but did point to the sign to the cashier.
