Every corner exudes charm! I was happy to see that they sell Bridgewater Candles' Sweet Grace fragrant products. Please see my separate review on them. The Bridgewater Candle Company helps feed children around the world. This shop also carries the Farm House Fresh (FHF) skincare line. I love their sumptuous lotions! The interior is festively decorated for Christmas and chock full of a variety of unique gifts like jewelry and items for children. It is a little pricey but not over the top. I spoke with Kelly, who was working at the counter. She was so friendly, welcoming, and sweet and we chatted for a bit. She explained that they also have classes for crafts like jewelry making & candle making. It's something I'm interested in exploring further. She let me know that Angie owned the shop and there were challenges when the pandemic hit. I'm so heartbroken that so many small businesses were adversely impacted. I love supporting small businesses. Like I told Kelly small businesses are the backbone of the American economy. They have a prayer request wall. I submitted a request along with the myriad of requests already hanging. So much prayer needed in these times. I thought that is so cool & gracious on the shop owner's part. What a blessing! You can tell that children find the shop magical! They were awestruck by many of the items on display. Hearing their squeals of delight brought joy to my ears & warmth to my heart. It is a feast for the eyes. It's decorated so tastefully, it's organized, clean and bright. I couldn't help myself and made a few select purchases for gift giving. Don't take my word for it! Come & check it out for yourself! Please support this small business. I can't wait to return.

The service was amazing- they were so sweet and I asked about how long they have been there and she said 7 years, which I was amazed by- she said that they started as a workshop place and expanded their gift shop but they do still offer classes. We can't wait to go participate. Everything was adorable. It is a bit pricey, but I love supporting small local businesses, and can't wait to go back when I need special gifts or just something cute. As I was reaching the location I could see the gourds lined up on the field. I was greeted by a friendly staff member. I was the only one there so it was nice to have the space and take my time looking. After selecting about 8 and was able to break it down to two that I liked the employee filled out the form. She inspected for any weak spots since she knew I would be using it as an instrument. I grabbed a tool that is used to clean out the inside of a gourd. It is a wand like with a ball covered in pieces of crystals to break up the membrane inside of the gourd once attached to your drill. **** PLEASE READ BEFORE DOING BUSINESS **** My wife and I…read morepurchased a frame from this store in late April of this year (2022). The frame turned out beautiful and was exactly what we were hoping for. Unfortunately, the frame fell off the wall after hanging for approximately 3 months. This happened while my wife and I were out of town. The people that were watching our home for us every two weeks walked in and found the glass shattered on the floor. It didn't take long to see the cause -- one of the screws that hold the metal wire to the frame had pulled out of the frame. My wife called and left a voicemail on 9/21; that call was not returned. We called again today (9/23) and after explaining what had happened, we were told we should speak with the manager. The person who took the phone stated they were the owner. My wife kindly (it truly was very kind -- we were not upset -- we were just hopeful to get the frame replaced, which felt appropriate given the circumstances) explained what happened and the response was very cold. During this call, we were told that they would not do anything to replace the frame. We were further told that it must have been our fault because there is no way the screw would come out without any external force. The owner told us that maybe the frame was hung on an angle. They then stated that maybe it was an earthquake because they happen all the time here. I asked why every other frame in my house is still on the wall? If all the other frames (some larger, some smaller) are still holding, why didn't their frame, unless there was something wrong with the workmanship? We offered to send the photos (attached to this review) so that they could evaluate and determine if they agreed that it seemed something was amiss with the frame or if it was potentially defective in some way. We were told that a picture could not tell them that and not to bother sharing photos. The owner asked me, "So what should I do? Every time someone calls and says the frame fell off the wall, I should just replace it?" I said, "That depends on whether or not the cause is a defective frame." Later in the conversation, the owner stated that they have never had a complaint about any of their frames, in seven years. This really makes me wonder; if you have never had anyone complain about your product breaking, then why are you concerned about having to replace a frame every time this happens? Multiple contradictions, very rude behavior, and an owner that doesn't stand behind their product. Three very good reasons not to do business here. The other reviews that discuss the rude store staff are also accurate. We encountered that when we purchased, but since it's a boutique-type store, we wrote it off as just an employee having a bad day (twice). As an aside, when we first found out what happened, we thought it might be one of our custom frames from Michaels (purchased only a few days from the one we got from here). We called Michaels to see what we should do, and the first question we were asked was, "Is the picture ok?" They were concerned about the artwork first and the frame second. At no time during the phone call with Super Frame were we asked if our artwork was ok. So very disappointing. If this is your industry, you should care about the artwork you're framing. Michaels also stated that their guarantee would cover remaking the frame at no cost and they were so sorry we had to deal with this. Now we wish we'd purchased this frame from Michaels as well. We thought we'd purchase a more "high end" frame from a local custom framing store instead because it was for our wedding painting, which was the most important to us. Big, costly mistake. PS: I state "the owner" because I believe they gave me a false name (Sean Choi). The name under which the business is registered (Kim Gil) is different from that which was provided on the phone. Maybe I should have asked before they knew why we were calling.

It's also not very expensive, it's actually very affordable considering the price of mind and ease this was ensuring my kid had a great birthday expressive. If your kid loves to craft, I highly suggest you consider this bday package. We will likely do this again.

Some supplies and saw some bluey head pieces and some fun plush toys for the kids. $5.99 on the shelf but their site showed them on sale for $4.99. I'm buying a few so that's a solid $10 I'd save. I ask the workers if they can price match their own site. They say no. So I say ok I'll just order online and pay less. Few extra steps but for $10 why not. Complete the order, show the worker my receipt that's literal photos of the 7-8 things I paid for that's literally in my hand at the check out. Ok sir, give those to us. It takes 30 to 45 minutes to process the order into store online for us to get it off the shelf. Well put it in a bag up front and you can grab them when you're done..... Uhhhh grab what. It's literally in my hand. You see with photos what I paid. Can I just leave?! No we need to wait until the order processes and so and so will get them off the shelf and process the order and you can take it there. Mind you they're making it sound like a 2-5 minute wait. 45 god dam minutes?! I paid for the items and have them in hand. What is the issue?! So they take the items and place it up front behind the register. Still in shock I ask what looks like the manager and 2 other workers. "So you're telling me you have to wait for the order to come through, just to take the items off the shelf that's right in that bag. You can't just put down on a sticky note to tell Shannon (made up name) not to fulfill order number 6892?!" And let me walk out with what I'm showing you proof I paid for?! I've worked retail. I understand online ordered and fulfillment. But some BASIC critical thinking. With proof of purchase and photos of the items purchased in the dam order invoice. But you have to simulate to the fullest extent getting it off the self?! She then explained "orders come online in order, so yours will have to wait to be pulled from the self after the others come in first" I literally look in my arms and tell her. "You mean the items in my hands?!" Mind you they're never once went to talk to the girl(s) they kept referring to that fulfill the online orders.... They just stuck with the this is how it's always done. And how we're going to do it. Again too much process thinking for them apparently... And it's not like 1 worker was overly busy. There was 5 employees for 1 open register and the rest standing waiting to help people self check out. Literally felt like I was dealing with a bot with a single line protocol who couldn't deviate and use their own logic to let me just walk out with the items paid for, in hand. With photos and an invoice. I was so annoyed I was seriously tempted to just be that petty and go back after being called 30 minutes later just to tell them to return it all. Maybe I'm crazy, but this interaction baffled me and was beyond 100000x more difficult than it ever needed to be. Again a single note or word of passing that order number 5792 was picked up already. Just mark and fulfilled in the system and move on.. I'm sorry but that was literally one of the lowest IQ worker interactions I've ever been through. And it wasn't just 1 or 2.... There was 4 employees involved in this interaction again all standing around the self check out. Doing busy work waiting to be needed for a self check out issue. And 1 who was working the actual register

I stopped by yesterday, May 9th 2026 to pick up a couple of cards and small gifts to go along with other gifts I purchased for my mom and my son's godmother. Shortly after I walked-in an employee starts complaining (very loud) in the middle of checkout area and next to Mother's Day card area about the amount of customers. She goes on to say the lines have been crazy and people line-up everywhere they can't figure out where the line starts, like children and they are dealing with ADULTS... that they need to TEACH ADULTS TO BE ADULTS ..... and it went on. I was in awe... looked around and those waiting in line pretended they didn't hear anything, a man walked out, others around me ignored her and a lady next to me and I just stared at each other and said we couldn't believe she was expressing that way loudly about the customers and no one told her to "shut up." Other employees just listened and 2 engaged but with a very low voice. Now I was done within 5 minutes, got in line right next to the sign that read "line starts here" and a cashier was looking around to see who was next and called in a lady that was looking for the line - now the customer saw me waiting and apologized, I said "no problem" but did point to the sign to the cashier. I wouldn't have been petty if she (cashier) hadn't been one of the employees that engaged with the one complaining earlier.
