For the rest they suggested three vases of 12 roses each. They delivered the main arrangement and my wife thanked them.They said wait. They brought the three dozen vases one at a time . It overwhelmed my wife. She moves vases everyday as they open and change. I told Angelica's to chose the colors for the three vases because they always do an outstanding job. What a smart decision! An employee called to verify the order and make sure someone would be home since the items are perishable, and even though I felt terrible about the long drive, he kept reassuring me it was completely fine. When the delivery driver arrived, he was all smiles and just as kind. I apologized and thanked him for making such a long trip, and he also took some time to assure me it was no problem at all. The delivery fee from the location 9 miles away was the same! Everything was intact and still cool but exceptional customer service and positive attitudes from everyone involved really stood out.
