I decided to contact them for floral arrangements that I wanted for my father's funeral service. The owner, Tim, was extremely helpful and got straight to business. Going through the loss of a family member was already hard enough, and Tim made it easy to discuss what I wanted for the floral arrangement and was very direct in his responses to me, which I appreciated a lot in a moment where I was already thinking about so many other things. I had requested 2 custom sprays that worked with my budget and the final result was even better than I could imagine. They were able to deliver the flowers all the way to Colton Funeral Home in Colton, where my dad's service was being held. Additionally, the weekend staff at the flower shop and the delivery driver were also extremely nice and friendly. I would definitely recommend calling on the phone or going in person to customize your arrangement because they were very easy to work with. It is probably easier to call during the week rather than the weekend as I believe the owner is there during the week. Definitely would recommend and will use their services again in the future.

The gentleman who answered the call was quite pleasant. He promised me fresh flowers that were arriving daily from Holland and that he was the designer would make it "real special" for me and that his daughter did the deliveries. He stated that his delivery truck already went out for the day and that he would deliver next day by 1pm. When I found out the flowers didn't arrive, I called the number and their machine stated they were closed. I called this morning and a machine answered saying "they were with a customer and they see the light and will be with me shortly." I was on hold for almost two hours on two different phones. i looked up the address and decided to drive down to the business as it was only a 20 minute drive from my house. At this point, I was "still" on hold . When I arrived to the address listed for them, it was an abandoned corner house with weeds 3 feet high and a notice on their door from the gas company. I am LIVID!! I tried to make complaint to the BBB, and they are not even listed as having a business license. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!! Waste of my TIME, GAS AND MONEY!!

The colors weren't even correct. I asked the owner if there was anyway she can correct it and she refused. I politely asked for my refund and she proceeded to yell at me and told me that she was nice enough to give me a $10 discount because she regularly charges $100 for the bouquet she was trying to sell me. Again I continued to ask for a refund as I am 6 months pregnant and didn't want to stress more about the situation. The owner practically threw my money at me and I walked out the door.
