If you're looking for Manzanita and other decorative branches for wedding and other parties, crafts, wishing trees, bird cages, aquariums or anything you can think of - DEFINITELY contact these guys FIRST! They have TOTALLY low, reasonable prices, a HUGE variety of sizes, different woods and colors to either choose from or can be customized to fit your needs. Orders are very carefully packed and priced accordingly. BUT - if you're within driving range, they're more than HAPPY to make an appointment (after you've paid for an initial order - I first found & ordered from them on ETSY) to give you an appointment for PICKUP (!), credit whatever you've been charged for shipping, allow you to ADD items to complete your "look", ADD whatever hardware you may need (!), and take it home with you! YAY! *My order was relatively small (30"). If yours is larger in length or width, I'd be sure to call first and see what size transportation you'll need. After seeing the sheer size of the variety and anecdotes mentioning size of orders, you may need a pickup + tiedowns (+ tarp?) Just sayin' ;) Ricky is GREAT in customer service, and Paul is AWESOME in helping with picking out and customizing your order. If I could give them 5 more stars! read more

What a great find! First of all, the few other companies offering similar stock were decidedly more expensive, and second, they were within a reasonable driving distance and allowed for customer pick-up. When we showed up, not only were they ready for us, but they couldn't have been more pleasant and helpful. The large-sized branches purchased were elegantly sculptural and even more beautiful than expected. The photo attached is what we were attempting, and thanks to Blooms and Branches and Asian Ceramics in Duarte, were able to replicate at a fraction of the cost. read more

This company has no idea how to do business. Whoever runs this place should take the time to read the reviews being posted. If you order a twig or small branch you might not have a problem, but if you want something for a venue or special occasion stay away. They wont return your calls or emails regarding your order, it's almost as if they've done this before.. Hmm.. Check the reviews.. they have. We've done business with a lot of companies and this has been the worst experience yet. Blooms & Branches still has not contacted us with a solution to our problem. Find a company that values your time and money, B&B is not that company. read more

Dispite all the hoops they claim they good at. They are not. They tell you one thing and in the agonizing process you are looking at 30 days put to get your stuff. Luckily our shipping address was 40 miles from thier warehouse and still it took these people 30 days to ship out itmes. At the time of this writing, about twenty days have past, few dozen emails send, told multiple carries are delivering and best we can guess thatere will another 2 weeks if ever we see our products where they swear 2 to 5 days delivery on their website. Stay away from this compnay. Paying double for the same items elsewhere is far worth the hassel, aggravation and nonsense responses from obleviuous people here. read more

At my recent visit at Blooms and Branches, I was greeted very poorly. The sales representative was very rude and unhelpful. I was very disappointed with the customer service and their lack of product they had in stock. If I wanted to wait for an order, I would've just ordered online. I highly recommend not coming to Blooms and Branches. read more

They will try to scam you. No reply after ordering, no updates and no response to phone call and emails. After 18 days, I contacted PayPal to step in, what do you know, they immediately replied. Said they were waiting for my items cause they weren't in stock. That's not what the site said when I bought em and why not just reply during those 18 days to tell me. So obviously it's some bs. Cause the only email they replied to me during the first few days said it was all in order. Just takes 7 days to process the shipping process. Trash company. read more

I ordered "fresh" curly willow from this company. I can not believe the misrepresentation regarding this product. The willow arrived dry and broken, not what I call fresh. I am very disappointed and will not order from this company again. Ann Rust, Nipomo Flowers read more

Blooms and Branches are really impressive. I'm doing my best friend's wedding picnic and had to find manzanita tree branches. You can find these in quite a few places like home goods, Michael's etc. but I decided to order from B&B without having an idea of what the product would be like. I got the branches shipped to me carefully and preciously packed with zero damage. I'd also ordered some handmade dry flowers and some natural moss. Both were also well packaged. The moss was actually moist and really fresh, such a far better quality than I could've gotten froma craft store. Shipping for all the items was really quick. My impression of this company is that they do one thing and they do it well. Good job guys. read more

The best quality. All branches are straight and not crooked, and they always ship the best pieces. I did notice that someone gave a review stating that they couldn't select branches in the store, which is weird because they don't even have a store. It's a supply warehouse, where you can only pick up your order after placing it online. I've been doing business with them for years, they are my floral supplier. read more

Yes,I gave them a well deserved 5 star review! I ordered sandblasted manzanita branches from Blooms and Branches and am so impressed. The branches were delivered less than a week after I ordered them and they were EXACTLY what i wanted and way better than I expected. The prices were by far the most reasonable of any site ( and let me just say I did a lot of research). I will absolutely use them again and recommend them to anyone! read more

I wish I wasn't able to leave a star but I had to. This is a horrible company, I ordered centerpieces for my daughters Sweet 16, 17 of them. I order a kit that came with the tree, vase, lights and marbles for the vase. Well when I got my first order, the trees where horrible. They packaged 9 trees in one box and 8 in the other. Well the trees or lets say branches where suck together so when you tried to take a tree out the sticks were breaking off damaging the tree more. They were suppose to have glitter on then and be painted painted white. Well lets say that there was like no glitter and all the white paint was chipping off because they packed them went and also laid them down on each other so that when it shipped they moved around in the box. So I contacted the company and had to send them photos of the branches. They replaced the branches and again I received them damaged. Wasn't package right again and the trees were worse then the first time. When I emailed them and also called them, and asked them to call me, I was told that they will not call me that when there is any issue they will only talk thru email. Seriously I just spent $ 960 and you wont even call me back. Well they said they will not do anything, so I am left now with 34 trees that look like a 3 year old made them and I have to have someone fix them which will cost me another $ 500. They also sent vases that were different sizes, height and width and some of the branches didn't even fit in the vases. Its like they just picked things off the shelf and sent them didn't even check to see if fit or was clean and no damage. I will never ever buy from this company again. They are horrible, they have no customer service they just take your money and run. They should be ashamed at the product they sent out. read more

I ordered two large Grape Wood branches recently from Blooms and Branches. I live in Edmonton, Alberta so I was concerned about the shipping - charges and stability of shipping something so delicate so far. But I ordered anyways. The shipping was expensive, but I was not able to find them near me. I actually did not deal with anyone over the phone. It was all done completely on their website and via my email. Their responses weren't immediate but they always gave me the information I needed in a professional way. After I placed my order I received my grape wood one week later - exactly the day they had predicted. They provide a tracking number so you can look daily online to see where your package is at. When the box arrived everything looked wonderful and exactly as I hoped. They are natural pieces so you can't be too picky as not one is the same as the other. I was happy with what I received. The only issue I had was that I wished they would have put a little extra packing material in the box the branches were shipped in. I did have an end piece that had broken off in shipping. I used wood glue to put it back together. Otherwise I am a happy customer and I would definitely order from them again. read more
