I called to order the flower arrangement called Prim and Proper Pastels (picture on left). I asked if they had the flowers to make this arrangement & was told yes they could do it. The flowers received (picture on right) were similar but the purple just kind of didn't fit with the pastel theme. I understand about substitutions but when you specifically ask for something and are told yes, you kind of expect that.

Ordered these flowers on Uber, the picture online was nothing like the flowers I received This is so disappointing for 124$ , I could have went to Vons and paid 25 for the same thing. I called the store and the employee said as long as I return the item I will get a refund. Manager was rude as soon as I walked in she was giving faces, and told me she couldn't give me a refund it had to be through Uber. Yet prior to going to the store, Uber told me to contact the store for the refund. Do not recommend this location ! Received ugly flowers and poor customer service!

I came to this florist on a whim. I was planning my small intimate wedding and needed my bridal bouquet and some flower bundles to make my own simple centerpieces. She gave me an amazing deal for everything and even shared her knowledge with me and gave me ideas on how to do a centerpiece that wouldn't stress me out lol I loved my bridal bouquet and the quality of the flowers was amazing my guests took centerpieces home and were amazed at how long the flowers lasted even the ones I personally dyed blue. It was definitely a great value and amazing experience even with a slight hiccup of miscommunication on both our parts she was able to still make it happen. Definitely would recommend this florist!

This is not an $80 designers choice arrangement in my opinion. I buy alot of floral arrangements and have paid less for more

First time ordering from here, I live in San Gabriel and checked Yelp for delivery in the Rialto area. I ordered the premium designer choice for $80 based on previous reviews. I should have picked an arrangement with pictures as disappointed with the designers choice. For the price, I would expect a more elaborate bouquet and at least a ribbon or bow on the vase. Trader Joe's sells nicer bouquets for the price I paid. After taxes, service fee and a delivery fee totaling $115. I had these delivered to a friend who recently had surgery, this is the picture she sent me.

I came in this morning to order a small bouquet, half-expecting that they wouldn't be able to do anything for me last-minute, due to it being prom season and a Saturday, but Aleah was helpful and accommodating and created this gorgeous bouquet while I waited. I called to place my order the day after Valentine's Day because I didn't know what I wanted. She was so helpful and designed something that was so pretty! The flowers were for the significant person in my life, and even though they were meant as a joke (because how many girls give their boyfriend flowers?) he loved them! I loved them, too and also debated on keeping them instead of giving them to him. The arrangement was ready in less than 2 hours and picking them up was so easy. Definitely recommend! read more

RG creations did a magnificent floral arrangement for a friend of mine who suddenly lost her mother. Ordering was easy and the arrangement was delivered the next day. I was looking for a bouquet for my wedding and found this store on yelp. I wanted a certain type of flower for my bouquet and with the time left I had I opted not to go with it since it's still needed to be ordered and delivered so I just went with whatever flowers they had. I picked a rose and carnation and the owner showed me how the flowers will be arranged. She also suggested a hydrangea since I wanted something white and a boutonnière too. When I picked my bouquet the day before the wedding it looked very beautiful!! I loved it. I'm very happy I found this flower shop. read more

I ordered a premium purple passion flower arrangement from Illusion Flowers' website a few days in…read moreadvance. Once I put in the order, I immediately called the shop to check it went through and Daisy (who was friendly) said they got my order on their end. She explained that a premium (the most expensive option) order meant I'd be getting a fuller arrangement than the one pictured on their website and they'll be using better flowers. Since it was for my sister's 40th birthday, I was happy to pay more for a quality arrangement. I reiterated my modification of doing the arrangement in red instead of purple and to please add some extra touches. Daisy confirmed these were all doable and that they'll send a photo of the finished product before it goes out for an 11am delivery as I requested. Fast forward to delivery day and thirty minutes before the order is suppose to be sent out, I receive zero communication. I call to check in and I spoke to a very confused employee. The phone was then passed to Irma (who I assume is the florist) and she proceeds to tells me that the arrangement is not ready yet. 1ST RED FLAG. I stayed patient and optimistic. Surely it'll be done on time and be beautiful. At 10:48am, I receive a photo text of my flowers (I believe from Irma) that is nowhere near close to the one pictured on their website let alone premium quality. 2ND RED FLAG. I understand that no two arrangements will look the exact same but, to be completely different is false advertising. Not only was it not what I ordered, the arrangement was sparse, clearly rushed and was made up mostly of carnations even though the inspiration photo had at least three different types. Carnations aren't ugly but, to charge a high price only to use one of the cheapest flowers in the market is highway robbery. As soon as I received the photo, I quickly responded to assess the situation. I remained polite and asked them to please fix the issue before delivering the flowers. Little did I know they already sent the arrangement out even before showing it to me as discussed. 3RD RED FLAG. They told me they'll bring the flowers back to fix it. I was relieved and hopeful. I kept an open line of communication the entire time and asked for updates on the fixed arrangement. They stopped replying and next thing I know my sister is thanking me for her delivered flowers which looked untouched. I call the shop multiple times to get some answers and just kept getting their voicemail. They were clearly avoiding me. At this point I'm furious and no longer interested in a fix. I ask for a refund since the flowers were not what I ordered. Irma tells me (all through text messaging by the way since they never answered me) that I can cancel my order but that they'll need the flowers back. I clearly did not want that and told her so. Irma disregards my reply and sends the delivery man back to my sister's house without my consent. 4th RED FLAG. He insists on taking the flowers back when no refund has been issued. My sister calls me to talk to the man who kept raising his voice and interrupting me. He kept going on about counting the flowers in the arrangement and claiming it was "fixed" even though this was never communicated to me. I did not care about the exact numbers of stems in my order because I paid for an arrangement, not individual flowers. I just wanted it to look full as shown on their website and as discussed. Illusion Flowers lack customer service, communication, and decorum. Asking for the flowers back when the mistake was on their part was shocking and extremely unprofessional. The worst part is that Instead of being apologetic, I was met with attitude and excuses. Both Irma and the delivery man were rude. They did not offer to rectify their mistake and they refused to refund me for the inconvenience. Illusion Flowers is dishonorable and deceptive. Save your money. You're better off going with a different floral shop or going to Trader Joe's to make your own arrangement.

I cannot express how disappointed and dissatisfied about my online order experience with this shop. I understand that florists can replace flowers with something else depending on availability of flowers. However, the difference between what I ordered and what my mother-in-law received is just not acceptable. Flowers are different; colors are different; Less and shorter flowers are used. It's just not what I ordered and looks pathetic compared to what I imagined for an arrangement which I paid $75 + tax and delivery. I ordered a $50 arrangement for my mother in Tustin, CA.
