I went in to get one arrangement at the end of the day. Aliyah/Aleah advised me that it was nearly closing and had limited filler. She made such a beautiful arrangement in 10 minutes that I waited so she could make a second arrangement. Great service beautiful arrangements. read more

Decided on flowers for a friends birthday. I was looking for something meaningful and beautiful. I came in as soon as they opened and they looked busy! Great start. Every order they were finishing up looked beautiful. Hard decision for me. I went with plastic flowers they already had in the store because of the butterflies design. They were just beautiful and I wanted them to last for a long time. Bought a little porcelain angel for a personal touch. Aleah was very nice and patient while I was deciding on what would be perfect. Flowers were all beautiful. Definitely going back for fresh flowers next time read more

The service was very disappointing. I believe it was the owner's daughter who took our order, and she had a poor attitude throughout the interaction. She told us our order would be ready before 3:00 PM because they are a family business and weren't sure what time they would be closing. When we arrived to pick it up, the order wasn't ready. It felt like it was put together at the last minute, and the quality reflected that. It was missing a panel, the flowers were crooked, and it looked rushed and the petals are already blackening. We paid $120 for this arrangement for a special occasion, so it was upsetting to receive something that was rushed despite having enough time to be put together.I would never recommend this business. read more

I came in this morning to order a small bouquet, half-expecting that they wouldn't be able to do anything for me last-minute, due to it being prom season and a Saturday, but Aleah was helpful and accommodating and created this gorgeous bouquet while I waited. I have been patronizing this shop for years and I've always had a great experience. Everyone has always been helpful, kind, and accommodating. Thank you! read more

The customer service here is horrible. The ladies inside are rude! You'd think since it's a family owned, small business they would be a little nicer to make people actually want to come back. I ordered a pretty expensive arrangement of roses for my sister's RN pinning ceremony and after paying I asked when I could pick them up and I was told, "we are a family owned business, we don't know what time we will close on any given day." Who says that??! Well when I went to pick them up of course they weren't ready. Awful customer service. Do not recommend unless you want to be treated like trash. They left out a tissue paper panel and the roses were all uneven. read more

I called to order the flower arrangement called Prim and Proper Pastels (picture on left). I asked if they had the flowers to make this arrangement & was told yes they could do it. The flowers received (picture on right) were similar but the purple just kind of didn't fit with the pastel theme. I understand about substitutions but when you specifically ask for something and are told yes, you kind of expect that. read more

Ordered these flowers on Uber, the picture online was nothing like the flowers I received This is so disappointing for 124$ , I could have went to Vons and paid 25 for the same thing. I called the store and the employee said as long as I return the item I will get a refund. Manager was rude as soon as I walked in she was giving faces, and told me she couldn't give me a refund it had to be through Uber. Yet prior to going to the store, Uber told me to contact the store for the refund. Do not recommend this location ! Received ugly flowers and poor customer service! read more

I came to this florist on a whim. I was planning my small intimate wedding and needed my bridal bouquet and some flower bundles to make my own simple centerpieces. She gave me an amazing deal for everything and even shared her knowledge with me and gave me ideas on how to do a centerpiece that wouldn't stress me out lol I loved my bridal bouquet and the quality of the flowers was amazing my guests took centerpieces home and were amazed at how long the flowers lasted even the ones I personally dyed blue. It was definitely a great value and amazing experience even with a slight hiccup of miscommunication on both our parts she was able to still make it happen. Definitely would recommend this florist! read more

I called this place because of the reviews........last week I called to order flowers for my mothers birthday and i was excited to try this place. I usually like to take the flowers to her in person but I was out of town and so this was the best way to make sure she got a beautiful arrangement of flowers for her birthday. I was so disappointed when my mom send me pictures of the arrangement to say the least. They send something that looks like is worth $50 dollars. Usually when I pay $100 foe flowers plus taxes and delivery $122.00 I get something nice, not fancy but nice. She knew i was calling from out of town and she probably thought it doesn't matter what we send and this is why i always as for a picture. I will never order from this place again. Check out the picture im attaching to the review. read more

Amazing service. I called in around 5:30 and wasn't going to make it till right at there closing time. Gina let me know that they can wait for me so that I can see what they had on hand. First time ordering from here, I live in San Gabriel and checked Yelp for delivery in the Rialto area. I ordered the premium designer choice for $80 based on previous reviews. I should have picked an arrangement with pictures as disappointed with the designers choice. For the price, I would expect a more elaborate bouquet and at least a ribbon or bow on the vase. Trader Joe's sells nicer bouquets for the price I paid. After taxes, service fee and a delivery fee totaling $115. I had these delivered to a friend who recently had surgery, this is the picture she sent me. read more

I called to place my order the day after Valentine's Day because I didn't know what I wanted. She was so helpful and designed something that was so pretty! The flowers were for the significant person in my life, and even though they were meant as a joke (because how many girls give their boyfriend flowers?) he loved them! I loved them, too and also debated on keeping them instead of giving them to him. The arrangement was ready in less than 2 hours and picking them up was so easy. Definitely recommend! read more
