I had requested 2 custom sprays that worked with my budget and the final result was even better than I could imagine. They were able to deliver the flowers all the way to Colton Funeral Home in Colton, where my dad's service was being held. Additionally, the weekend staff at the flower shop and the delivery driver were also extremely nice and friendly. I would definitely recommend calling on the phone or going in person to customize your arrangement because they were very easy to work with. It is probably easier to call during the week rather than the weekend as I believe the owner is there during the week. Definitely would recommend and will use their services again in the future.

When you enter the store, it's very inviting, and the staff is friendly. On my first visit, I spent $$$. As a gift, Bobby gave me a football napkin holder. And I love receiving thoughtful gifts. I cannot express how disappointed and dissatisfied about my online order experience with this shop. I understand that florists can replace flowers with something else depending on availability of flowers. However, the difference between what I ordered and what my mother-in-law received is just not acceptable. Flowers are different; colors are different; Less and shorter flowers are used. It's just not what I ordered and looks pathetic compared to what I imagined for an arrangement which I paid $75 + tax and delivery. I ordered a $50 arrangement for my mother in Tustin, CA. Her arrangement looks much better than this $75 arrangement (attached photos for comparison). read more
