We ordered the exquisite tribute standing spray with a white ribbon in a size small and it came out beautiful and just as it's pictured. It was a great size and the flowers were fresh and beautiful. They did a wonderful job and I'm very pleased with the arrangement. They're very professional, courteous, and prompt. I highly recommend them.

I was looking for a local florist and Bella Rose did not disappoint. They has beautiful arrangements for Mother's Day. Beautiful, fresh flowers. I selected 4 arrangements they had there and asked for them to be bundled into 2 arrangements. They were so sweet and took care of it for me right away. They turned out even better than I imagined. If I could give negative stars I would. I ordered an arrangement to go aroind an urn. Upon seeing it, I had to "re-assemble" the flowers as they had all come out of the nase. This was a $500 arrangement that had none of the flowers I requested. The heart setting, nothing more than babysbreath with a couple roses in the center was $400. So disappointing for my mothers service.

I live in LA and wanted to order my sister some flowers! Well i seen this place on yelp and super loved what they had in stock! I went with the flower cake! The quality is good just didn't give me the colors I asked for. I asked for reds whites purples and blues, upon pickup they told me the flowers still needed to bloom. My boyfriend had flowers delivered to my work for me. The arrangement is stunning. I have gotten compliments from everyone who passes my office. Although some of the roses are a little sad, I am going to blame it on the fact that he changed the delivery date because I left work sick. The arrangement is absolutely beautiful. I called and placed an order with Miranda, who was very helpful. I paid over the phone for the Ivory Elegance Floral Basket for $90. I added $10 for delivery. I think this business may be closed. I ordered flowers on Oct 29th for delivery on Nov 1. I received a confirmation email however the flowers were never delivered. The website is down and when I call there is a generic out going message that just says leave a message. Thankfully I noticed that the cost was never deducted from my account. read more

So I found this local shop based on the yelp reviews so I figured I would give it a try. Order the flowers was easy and the staff was friendly. I explained that I wanted purple/lavender roses to be delivered for my anniversary. They said no problem and the transaction went smooth. On the delivery day the flowers were delivered on time but as the picture shows they gave us light pink flowers. The arrangement was nice but it was not what I ordered. I called the shop and let them know about the situation and the lady told me that they were lavender with pink tips. I explained that they are white with pink tips and not the color we agreed upon when I purchased the flowers. They just explained that they were sorry for the error and ended the conversation. There was no attempt to make the situation right. Nice flowers but no attention to detail and the customer service was poor. read more

Calling from far away to send flowers for a birthday - Romero and the lady who answered were friendly, helpful and made you feel so special. This florist is reasonable in every sense. To fulfill their high level of great customer service - you will get a text to confirm delivery. I did call another florist - Nicholas. Very unhelpful and not friendly at all. Actually, a very unassuming shop. We dropped in randomly as we needed some flowers and didn't want to end up with a grocery store setup. Upon entry to the store, I was a little nervous as the inventory seemed sparse. The lady who works there wasn't the most helpful or suggestive with putting an arrangement together. But once my wife decided what she wanted (of the selection available), what the lady put together was beautiful. The bouquet looked fantastic. Definitely a pleasant surprise. read more

Came here twice for flowers for my girlfriend. They do offer delivery and quick bouquets for 5-15 bucks. The first time I went I gave them $40 bucks and said can you please deliver a good size bouquet to my girlfriends job and it was amazing. I didn't take a picture of first set of flowers. I went and bought some more today for 15 bucks and there is a picture of those on here and my girlfriend loved them. The young ladies that were in there were nice and made a real nice bouquet for my girl. I'll definitely be back. Also it's pretty inexpensive. read more

I needed quite a lot of flower arrangements for my mother's funeral and this was the closest shop to me. It's a very tiny shop in the corner but don't underestimate them ! I had to place another order a few days later on top of my original order and they still had it ready for me for the same delivery date. They let me customize each to my liking as well choosing the colors and changing the shapes. In the end, I absolutely loved all the arrangements and I know that my mother was very happy as well. The colors weren't even correct. I asked the owner if there was anyway she can correct it and she refused. I politely asked for my refund and she proceeded to yell at me and told me that she was nice enough to give me a $10 discount because she regularly charges $100 for the bouquet she was trying to sell me. Again I continued to ask for a refund as I am 6 months pregnant and didn't want to stress more about the situation. The owner practically threw my money at me and I walked out the door. I like supporting small businesses. But the treatment here was not very unprofessional. I ended up buying flowers myself and made a beautiful bouquet for $40. SAVE YOUR MONEY! It's always a risk having flowers delivered because I ask myself "will the arrangement I ordered online, look like photo of the arrangement on the business's website?", and "will it arrive on time?" After having a terrible experience with another business that delivered a poorly put together arrangement for someone who had just lost a child, I was a bit hesitant on having flowers delivered from a different business. After looking at this business's reviews and Instagram page, I decided to give them a chance. I needed flowers delivered to a friend's family members funeral service. I ordered from the business's website. My only complaint was that for the card message, it only allowed 50 characters, so I couldn't type a full message. Also, the site was glitchy when trying to type out words on the memo line. After successfully placing my order for a next day delivery, I called the business and spoke to Giovanni. He was so kind and helpful in answering my questions. He reassured me that my note with the service information was received. Later in the day, I received an email stating the arrangement was out for delivery. This worried me because I was afraid the flowers would wilt. I called the business again, and a kind gentleman answered. He told me they deliver a day early for services, and that the funeral home would have a flower room, where flowers are stored in a refrigerated room. I asked that he send me a picture of the flower arrangement. After I got off the phone, I received a text with an image of the arrangement. It looked even better than the online photo. I also received a text confirming the flowers were delivered. In this economy, everything is pricey, and it's important, especially for smaller businesses, to put together quality arrangements for every occasion, and to make sure their customers are happy. I am so glad I ordered from this business. I hope this business continues to thrive.
