I called last minute asking if I could have a gender reveal arranged inside a box I painted. The incredible woman (wish I had her name) said absolutely she could have it done the next morning. I am so so happy with the outcome! Absolutely beautiful & perfect! Thank you for making this special for us.

I was looking for a local florist and Bella Rose did not disappoint. They has beautiful arrangements for Mother's Day. Beautiful, fresh flowers. I selected 4 arrangements they had there and asked for them to be bundled into 2 arrangements. They were so sweet and took care of it for me right away. They turned out even better than I imagined. I know my mom and sister will love them. Thank you Bella Rose!!!

Exquisite Tribute Standing Spray white ribbon

Diane K.

We ordered the exquisite tribute standing spray with a white ribbon in a size small and it came out beautiful and just as it's pictured. It was a great size and the flowers were fresh and beautiful. They did a wonderful job and I'm very pleased with the arrangement. They're very professional, courteous, and prompt. I highly recommend them.

If I could give negative stars I would. I ordered an arrangement to go aroind an urn. Upon seeing it, I had to "re-assemble" the flowers as they had all come out of the nase. This was a $500 arrangement that had none of the flowers I requested. The heart setting, nothing more than babysbreath with a couple roses in the center was $400. So disappointing for my mothers service.

I ordered a basket of roses at 9am online and they were delivered to my wife's work site by noon. Amazing service. EASY to order and set for delivery. I'm sure everyone would be amazing if I needed to call, but it was all handled without any drama. A+ read more

Miranda helped me put together a beautiful sympathy floral arrangement for a friend whose mother-in-law passed away just last night. I live in LA and needed to send sympathy flowers to one of my clients in Rialto. A quick search on Yelp led me to call Bella Rose. I looked at their website, and their prices looked reasonable. I called and placed an order with Miranda, who was very helpful. I paid over the phone for the Ivory Elegance Floral Basket for $90. I added $10 for delivery. Miranda emailed me the receipt and updated me once the delivery was completed. Excellent and reliable customer service. read more

My boyfriend had flowers delivered to my work for me. The arrangement is stunning. I have gotten compliments from everyone who passes my office. Although some of the roses are a little sad, I am going to blame it on the fact that he changed the delivery date because I left work sick. The arrangement is absolutely beautiful. A fall floral arrangement with yellow daisies, orange roses, yellow wax flower, orange veronica and red mums. I am so happy! Thank you Bella Rose! read more

So I found this local shop based on the yelp reviews so I figured I would give it a try. Order the flowers was easy and the staff was friendly. I explained that I wanted purple/lavender roses to be delivered for my anniversary. They said no problem and the transaction went smooth. On the delivery day the flowers were delivered on time but as the picture shows they gave us light pink flowers. The arrangement was nice but it was not what I ordered. I called the shop and let them know about the situation and the lady told me that they were lavender with pink tips. I explained that they are white with pink tips and not the color we agreed upon when I purchased the flowers. They just explained that they were sorry for the error and ended the conversation. There was no attempt to make the situation right. Nice flowers but no attention to detail and the customer service was poor. read more

Actually, a very unassuming shop. We dropped in randomly as we needed some flowers and didn't want to end up with a grocery store setup. Upon entry to the store, I was a little nervous as the inventory seemed sparse. The lady who works there wasn't the most helpful or suggestive with putting an arrangement together. But once my wife decided what she wanted (of the selection available), what the lady put together was beautiful. The bouquet looked fantastic. Definitely a pleasant surprise. read more

I am from Los Angeles and needed a last minute gift while I was visiting family in the area. To my surprise upon entering I found fresh arrangements of flowers in which I had bundles of varieties to choose from! The young lady behind the counter immediately assisted me in choosing something that met my needs and provided courteous service which in my book is good business I highly recommend this location to anyone whom is looking for Custom flower arrangements that won't break your pocket book but still give you that wow factor. Came here twice for flowers for my girlfriend. They do offer delivery and quick bouquets for 5-15 bucks. The first time I went I gave them $40 bucks and said can you please deliver a good size bouquet to my girlfriends job and it was amazing. I didn't take a picture of first set of flowers. I went and bought some more today for 15 bucks and there is a picture of those on here and my girlfriend loved them. I needed quite a lot of flower arrangements for my mother's funeral and this was the closest shop to me. It's a very tiny shop in the corner but don't underestimate them ! I had to place another order a few days later on top of my original order and they still had it ready for me for the same delivery date. They let me customize each to my liking as well choosing the colors and changing the shapes. In the end, I absolutely loved all the arrangements and I know that my mother was very happy as well. When I spoke to the nice young lady that works there, I was specific to what I wanted the bouquet to look like. I wanted whimsical fairy bouquet. I need the colors to be white and pale pink with eucalyptus leaves. I showed pictures and even asked for a sage green ribbon to hold them together. I was told it would be to what I ordered and was told the bouquet would be $90. I didn't mind the price since it would be a piece of mind and not have to worry about making one myself. Upon arrival I had a balance of $40 to pay and I asked to see the bouquet before I paid the remaining balance. The bouquet was so small and nothing what I had asked for. The colors weren't even correct. I asked the owner if there was anyway she can correct it and she refused. I politely asked for my refund and she proceeded to yell at me and told me that she was nice enough to give me a $10 discount because she regularly charges $100 for the bouquet she was trying to sell me. Again I continued to ask for a refund as I am 6 months pregnant and didn't want to stress more about the situation. The owner practically threw my money at me and I walked out the door. I like supporting small businesses. But the treatment here was not very unprofessional. I ended up buying flowers myself and made a beautiful bouquet for $40. SAVE YOUR MONEY! I ordered from the business's website. My only complaint was that for the card message, it only allowed 50 characters, so I couldn't type a full message. Also, the site was glitchy when trying to type out words on the memo line. After successfully placing my order for a next day delivery, I called the business and spoke to Giovanni. He was so kind and helpful in answering my questions. He reassured me that my note with the service information was received. Later in the day, I received an email stating the arrangement was out for delivery. This worried me because I was afraid the flowers would wilt. I called the business again, and a kind gentleman answered. He told me they deliver a day early for services, and that the funeral home would have a flower room, where flowers are stored in a refrigerated room. I asked that he send me a picture of the flower arrangement. After I got off the phone, I received a text with an image of the arrangement. It looked even better than the online photo. I also received a text confirming the flowers were delivered. In this economy, everything is pricey, and it's important, especially for smaller businesses, to put together quality arrangements for every occasion, and to make sure their customers are happy. I am so glad I ordered from this business. I hope this business continues to thrive.

I decided to contact them for floral arrangements that I wanted for my father's funeral service. The owner, Tim, was extremely helpful and got straight to business. Going through the loss of a family member was already hard enough, and Tim made it easy to discuss what I wanted for the floral arrangement and was very direct in his responses to me, which I appreciated a lot in a moment where I was already thinking about so many other things. I had requested 2 custom sprays that worked with my budget and the final result was even better than I could imagine. They were able to deliver the flowers all the way to Colton Funeral Home in Colton, where my dad's service was being held. Additionally, the weekend staff at the flower shop and the delivery driver were also extremely nice and friendly. I would definitely recommend calling on the phone or going in person to customize your arrangement because they were very easy to work with. It is probably easier to call during the week rather than the weekend as I believe the owner is there during the week. Definitely would recommend and will use their services again in the future.
