When I spoke to the nice young lady that works there, I was specific to what I wanted the bouquet to look like. I wanted whimsical fairy bouquet. I need the colors to be white and pale pink with eucalyptus leaves. I showed pictures and even asked for a sage green ribbon to hold them together. I was told it would be to what I ordered and was told the bouquet would be $90. I didn't mind the price since it would be a piece of mind and not have to worry about making one myself. Upon arrival I had a balance of $40 to pay and I asked to see the bouquet before I paid the remaining balance. The bouquet was so small and nothing what I had asked for. The colors weren't even correct. I asked the owner if there was anyway she can correct it and she refused. I politely asked for my refund and she proceeded to yell at me and told me that she was nice enough to give me a $10 discount because she regularly charges $100 for the bouquet she was trying to sell me. Again I continued to ask for a refund as I am 6 months pregnant and didn't want to stress more about the situation. The owner practically threw my money at me and I walked out the door. I like supporting small businesses. But the treatment here was not very unprofessional. I ended up buying flowers myself and made a beautiful bouquet for $40. SAVE YOUR MONEY! He had waited until the last minute. What florist is open Sunday morning? Very few. I found Romi's shop was close by. I didn't realize that it's a wholesale shop. I was looking for a rainbow rose, purple roses, or sunflowers. After Talking to Romi, I apologized for not realizing she did wholesale. But she said to come by anyway and suggested preserved flowers. I'd never heard of preserved flowers and loved the idea. When we got there at 11, it was just a small place next to a car repair. But it was stuffed full of flowers. It smelled nice, not overpowering. Romi suggested a flower bear. My son thought it was an awesome suggestion. Then I noticed a rainbow rose in a globe!!! Well that was perfect. He was very happy. We appreciated all the information and advice she gave us. As we were leaving 2 guys came in. They had driven 3+ hours just to visit the store. Seems that Romi has an Instagram account and is famous for posting fabulous floral creations. PS. He's still with his gf. She Loves her Flowers which she views every day.

Then we come a few days later to drop off the urns and they say "we can't engrave this brass urn because it will chip the paint..." okay fine so we get some plaques engraved to stick on the urn. They say "it should be ready tomorrow we will start on this right away!" ... two days pass then we don't hear from them... so I call to check on the order, the guy says "we haven't started the order I'm waiting for my manager so she can oversee because I have no idea what to do" and I'm like "can we please start this as soon as possible, the service is the day after tomorrow" and then they started as soon as I called, not before not after, despite saying they would take care of us as soon as possible. So they told us to come in 1-2 hours and the plaques would be ready. We came in 3 hrs later and they were rushing to finish. The plaques were stuck on kind of ugly, you can see the adhesive and it looks obvious and unprofessional. When I mentioned this the worker said "it's because we're rushing to stick these on". They even deviated from the original plan of plaque placement and had us purchase a stand to place one of the plaques on at the last minute. I wish that they would've taken time and care with my sister's husbands urns, but they didn't and she was too deep in grief to care. I would not recommend this place if you are grieving and need personal, special care.
