Extremely rude staff. I walked in and the older woman didn't greet me so I proceeded to say hello. She responded "Yes?!?!?" I then told her I was there to inquire about ordering a boutonniere and all the older woman kept repeating was "no flowers, we have no flowers, we have no flowers." I had my mother order a specific flower arrangement and they did not meet our needs. they made us a ugly flower arrangement with other white flowers NOT THE WHITE ROSES I SAID the vase they gave us was dirty full of dust, dirt and finger prints and they did not add any water so the flowers welted before the night was over.This arrangement was for My Husbands funeral and it was just sad and disappointing to have at the viewing. A male worker explained there were two prices for the flower bouquets, some were $20 but that the least expensive ones for $12 were probably "more your speed." The irony is that I planned on spending way more than that on a bouquet for my mother's birthday but this ignorant person made an assumption based on my appearance. I came in desperate for flowers for my wedding as my other florist cancelled on me. Alan's AAA Florist's were very professional, helpful, patient, and giving me great flowers for a reasonable price. The day of the wedding, the flowers were absolutely stunning. I couldn't say the same regarding the staff. It was disheartening when my parents reported some of the workers were rude when they asked where the flowers should placed ( which was unbeknownst to me until now). The actual florists were very professional when I met with them initially and patient with me in regards to changing requests and discussing how I wanted my wedding to look But it's disappointing to hear they have rude deliverers that made the day more stressful for my family : ( On the whole this was a good experience, but maybe customer service needs to be improved (very specifically directed towards the flower deliverers and not the florists) read more

All talk and no action. I live in Michigan and wanted to get flowers for my son's memorial service in San Bernardino. I was promised that I would get to "preview" the arrangement before it was sent to the service. I had many phones call with a person there (who always seemed to be in his car) and was told repeatedly that a picture of the arrangement would be sent to me before it was sent to the service. This was extremely important to me. I never got to preview the arrangement because it was sent to the mortuary without my input. The arrangement was not at all what I asked for: wrong flowers, wrong colors, etc. I would never use their services again and would recommend nobody else does either. read more

I paid 350.00 dollars for a heart shaped wreath to be delivered to Montecito grave site on June 29th. The grave site funeral was at Montecito on June 30th at 11:30. The flowers never came. I called and was told they took them to a church that was having the deceased celebration of Life at 1:30. My instructions were to have them at the grave site. No flowers were at the actual cemetery. They managed to call me at 10.30 that morning to get my billing address but did not mention the flowers were going to the church. They said they tried to call me at 11:00am but of course I was already at the cemetery. I never even mentioned the church only the grave site at Montecito so I am not sure where they came up with the Church. The wreath was beautiful but they did not follow instruction for delivery. If you use this florist, pick up your flowers yourself and take them to the destination. When I called them from the cemetery asking where my flowers were, the man on the phone was rude and unapologetic. read more

So it's Black Friday I went to 3 places and everyone was closed . I was trying to get some flowers for my grandparents funeral and we weren't sure what we wanted we knew the colors we wanted though. When we initially entered they were nice and we were able to bargain. We went on a Monday and were told to go back on Wednesday of the same week to finish paying the account. The flowers bought were for my wedding, so we ordered on Monday to have the flowers by Saturday delivered to the church. ( we paid and additional 15.00 for delivery.) when we went back on Wednesday the flowers were already done and in the freezer. I didn't expected the flowers to be done that far in advanced, I had hoped that the flowers would be as fresh as possible on the day off. Either way the WORST was that the flowers We're not delivered at 330 as agrees but instead at 400 right when my mass was about to begin ! They delayed the mass and we had people running around setting up... It' was a hot mess... read more

I called to ask them to fix the situation and all I got was arguments. I sent flowers to cheer up my family and all it did was upset them. I would not use this florist. read more

I have ordered flowers for funerals and weddings here. As well, I have stopped and picked up flowers for my wife and even bought bulk flowers here for a special Mother's Day event at our church. visited this shop on valentines day (that was my first mistake) to pick up a simple bouquet for a family member. the clerks were very helpful and lovely to deal with. that is where the good news ends. a very simple bunch of daisies ended up costing me $35.00. which was my second mistake. outrageously expensive even on valentines day. I was truly disappointed with the service. Visited this location looking for a corsage for my son's prom. When i asked if they had any available the 2 female's working looked at each other and laughed and then said we have one left but it's gonna cost you 45 dollars I told them i had called the day before and the person on the phone said they were 29 how is that possible, one of them said well it's the day of so your going to have to pay more for it so are you gonna buy or what. They were the only florist open so i had no choice so i payed the 45. I have never felt so taken advantage of. This was my son's day and they took the joy out of it but being so smug and greedy. I will never come here again. Rude employees and unfair business. I do not recommend this place to anyone if you do come here don't share your situation your risking them charging you more and the possibility of being taken advantage of.
