She's also very easy to contact and get a hold of. A couple years back I decided that instead of getting my wife the same old arrangements from staters or Trader Joe's (that still work in a pinch) that I needed to step up my game and send her flower arrangements that reflect her worth more. Picked up this morning, i got some dying flowers for my mom's wedding bouquet. Not worth the money at all. So disappointed. I ordered eucalyptus leaves, instead i got some leaves looked from backyard, and some of them has holes. I should get a refund. Not recommending this florist for future reference. I left feedback on this company website, they said that i stored the bouquet in the trunk, why would i do that, i knew to keep the flower cool in the AC. They didn't even bring my flower to my car. I came in person with my fiancé and Perna drew out how the bouquet would look and showed us flowers she had and I showed her which ones and colors I liked. I stated I wanted a big hanging bouquet with pastel colors as shown in my inspiration photos. I even texted it to Perna the day before because she lost them. I'm not sure how they got it so wrong when they got the inspiration photos sent the day before. When my coordinator handed me my bouquet I was shocked. It looked nothing like what I asked for. It was all white flowers with one hanging small vine. Not worth paying $250+ for something I did not ask for. Very disappointed as I'm not sure why I only got all white flowers as the photos I asked for had a variety of pink and pastel colors. Adding more photos to show I said pastel colors and that I sent multiple inspiration photos multiple times. There is no excuse for the colors being done incorrectly. Why did you keep asking for my inspiration photos of you were not going to take them into consideration? read more

Very unprofessional not organized at all. This woman treats her employees like slaves. Located in a plaza on the corner of Barton Rd & Alabama. Lovely flower shop. Eileen was so helpful. I came by to see how much their corsages &. boutonnières cost for prom. The corsages are made of three mini roses with greenery for $37.99, but in white only and they can add color to the corsage with color ribbon of your choice or gems with an extra cost. The boutonnière is a single white rose cost $ 17.99. Unfortunately they have no picture any previous ones that they've made before to show me. AMAZING PLACE!!! I contacted the store end of June wanting to know if the shop did a bouquet making class as a surprise party for my mom's birthday. The employee took down my information and said she'd ask the owner. Prerna contacted me within the next few minutes! That same day she helped me figure out a plan, date and cost per person. We played phone tag leading up to the event as I had a couple of crazy weeks before but Prerna was AWESOME and so accommodating and made everything perfect. The surprise was such a big success and such a fun class to take with our family and friends.
