I have used this flower shop on three different occasions, and EACH TIME, they have delivered BEAUTIFUL, fresh flowers, ON TIME! The quality is unmatched, and the prices are reasonable. I love their website..very user friendly, and clearly outlines what you're ordering. This will be my "go-to" florist! I live in Rancho, and they deliver in my area!
For every somber occasion, comes a beautiful form of remembrance. This was worth more than I would've imagined while looking at a digital picture on a website. I wasn't sure how true to the picture it would be and I must say I was skeptical. Spending close to $100 for the deluxe (middle) option felt steep, especially if it wasn't as beautiful as the online picture made you to believe. I hope this picture helps an interested potential customer feel confident in their choice. I factor in reviews, pictures, and ratings but sometimes you won't know until it's too late. This bouquet was emotionally and graciously received by an important person of mine. Please be assured that someone else was very uncertain in picking a flower delivery shop and came out being overly grateful for the outcome that this place allowed me and my dearest ones to have. Thank you to Illusion Flowers and I hope I can use you for important days in the future!
I made my first purchase in April of this year (2023) for my moms birthday and she LOVED her bouquet. Since then I have ordered 2 more, one for Mother's Day and one for my sister's birthday. They both came out beautiful ! I do tend to purchase the bigger bouquets: 1. Moms Bday : I requested a large rose, carnations , and lilies bouquet with vase and delivery = $96 2. Mother's Day: I requested a large pink and red rose bouquet with vase and delivery = $134 3. Sister's Bday: This time she only had 9 sunflowers left and gave me a quote for $60, I told her to add $30 more dollars worth of red and orange roses. This was also with a vase and for pick up = $90 Each time I called in to make an order . She was super friendly and very accommodating to my requests. She would even send me pictures to make sure I liked them before delivery. It is now my go to place for flowers.
Amazing customer service! I was greeted and assisted the moment I walked in. I showed them what I wanted for my baby's urn and they gave me exactly that. She confirmed that the flowers in the picture I showed her was what I wanted and then proceeded to check that she had them in order to fulfill my order, which she did. My daughter's urn is tiny and wasn't fully visible so I added a dry foam block for additional height. It was my first time there and I'll definitely be back.
I found Illusion Flowers on Yelp and clicked through to their website to order online - that process was GREAT!! I was ordering flowers for my niece who just had a baby at Kaiser Fontana (I needed delivery since we can't visit the hospital during COVID) and within 2 hours I received a call from the florist that the hospital reception said that they couldn't accept flowers because of COVID - so I called my niece to tell her and the nurses asked that the florist try again to deliver and they would go get the flowers from downstairs. So I called them back and they went again to the hospital to delivery - SUCCESS!! I received an email confirmation of the delivery right away. THANK YOU - Fantastic customer service during a special time. The flowers and balloon were ADORABLE. My niece was so happy.
Great customer service. I had no idea what to order for a funeral arrangement. They took down my number and texted me pictures of what they could do. I was able to pick flower colors and a style right away. They delivered the flowers to the church/mortuary in a timely manner.
Came to buy some flowers for my boyfriends mother. First went to Ralph's and there were no good selections so I hit up yelp to find a flower shop and saw the reviews on this one so I decided to stop by. The mother and daughter are both super sweet and helpful! I'm so in loveeee with these flowers! I'll definitely be coming back for my future flower purchases!
I can't thank Illusion flowers enough! Since their business opened it's the only place I go to for flowers for all occasions. They always go above and beyond and take my ideas and create a clean beautiful arrangement. Please support local small business.
OMG absolutely amazed. Service here is exceptional. Never walked into a business and felt so welcomed. Lets not forget the flowers, they're to die for! Beautiful arrangements, I'll never go anywhere else. Oh, and the flowers lasted a long time which I've never experienced. My mom fell in love with the arrangement they designed. Thanks!!!!!!

If you are a husband who has hurt your wife's feelings this is the flower shop for you. I ordered the dozen pink rose display and my wife loved them so much. She said not only are they beautiful but her off ice smells so good. The single best flower order I have ever made. Thank you to everyone at illusion so much. read more

I ordered a premium purple passion flower arrangement from Illusion Flowers' website a few days in advance. Once I put in the order, I immediately called the shop to check it went through and Daisy (who was friendly) said they got my order on their end. She explained that a premium (the most expensive option) order meant I'd be getting a fuller arrangement than the one pictured on their website and they'll be using better flowers. Since it was for my sister's 40th birthday, I was happy to pay more for a quality arrangement. I reiterated my modification of doing the arrangement in red instead of purple and to please add some extra touches. Daisy confirmed these were all doable and that they'll send a photo of the finished product before it goes out for an 11am delivery as I requested. Fast forward to delivery day and thirty minutes before the order is suppose to be sent out, I receive zero communication. I call to check in and I spoke to a very confused employee. The phone was then passed to Irma (who I assume is the florist) and she proceeds to tells me that the arrangement is not ready yet. 1ST RED FLAG. I stayed patient and optimistic. Surely it'll be done on time and be beautiful. At 10:48am, I receive a photo text of my flowers (I believe from Irma) that is nowhere near close to the one pictured on their website let alone premium quality. 2ND RED FLAG. I understand that no two arrangements will look the exact same but, to be completely different is false advertising. Not only was it not what I ordered, the arrangement was sparse, clearly rushed and was made up mostly of carnations even though the inspiration photo had at least three different types. Carnations aren't ugly but, to charge a high price only to use one of the cheapest flowers in the market is highway robbery. As soon as I received the photo, I quickly responded to assess the situation. I remained polite and asked them to please fix the issue before delivering the flowers. Little did I know they already sent the arrangement out even before showing it to me as discussed. 3RD RED FLAG. They told me they'll bring the flowers back to fix it. I was relieved and hopeful. I kept an open line of communication the entire time and asked for updates on the fixed arrangement. They stopped replying and next thing I know my sister is thanking me for her delivered flowers which looked untouched. I call the shop multiple times to get some answers and just kept getting their voicemail. They were clearly avoiding me. At this point I'm furious and no longer interested in a fix. I ask for a refund since the flowers were not what I ordered. Irma tells me (all through text messaging by the way since they never answered me) that I can cancel my order but that they'll need the flowers back. I clearly did not want that and told her so. Irma disregards my reply and sends the delivery man back to my sister's house without my consent. 4th RED FLAG. He insists on taking the flowers back when no refund has been issued. My sister calls me to talk to the man who kept raising his voice and interrupting me. He kept going on about counting the flowers in the arrangement and claiming it was "fixed" even though this was never communicated to me. I did not care about the exact numbers of stems in my order because I paid for an arrangement, not individual flowers. I just wanted it to look full as shown on their website and as discussed. Illusion Flowers lack customer service, communication, and decorum. Asking for the flowers back when the mistake was on their part was shocking and extremely unprofessional. The worst part is that Instead of being apologetic, I was met with attitude and excuses. Both Irma and the delivery man were rude. They did not offer to rectify their mistake and they refused to refund me for the inconvenience. Illusion Flowers is dishonorable and deceptive. Save your money. You're better off going with a different floral shop or going to Trader Joe's to make your own arrangement. read more

First time experience with Illusion Flowers and they are now my go-to florist! I ordered online and am always leery as USUALLY the delivery does not even resemble what I ordered (through other florists). These beautiful flowers were exactly what I ordered! The delivery guy was cautious/thoughtful and courteous! I am so impressed...thank you, thank you, THANK YOU!!! read more

Great experience ! I was greeted right away upon entering and I was told everything I wanted to hear as far as display , arrangements , prices . I was pleased with the great prices and quality . 6 days later and my arrangement still looks fresh !( Of course with the proper care ) . There are a few arrangements to choose from that are already made . If you have a particular budget and time I would trust them with a personalized arrangement . I highly recommend them as I am extremely content . read more

The prettiest and highest quality arrangement I've ever received. My husband ordered them for me for our 30th anniversary via 1-800 flowers or some generic ordering site. Every flower has bloomed and stayed blooming, the colors are stunning, and the flower choices and arrangement are top notch. Received tons of compliments at work where they were delivered. And the icing on the cake is the marvelous fragrance! Thank you for making our anniversary extra special! read more
