I've ordered flowers to be delivered to my best friend twice from this location and they always do such a good job with the arrangement. Both times I asked for peonies because those are her favorite. The first time they were white and this second time around they were pink! The flowers are truly beautiful. A picture does not do it justice. Very friendly customer service as well. The person I spoke to was very polite and helpful and since I had ordered last year, they had all my information ready to go. I would definitely purchase from this flower shop again. read more

I needed to order a funeral standing spray for a family members passing who served our country and saw combat. Did a quick search for florists in the Upland/Ontario area. 2/10/25 Needed a quick remedy for my dear friend who has the blues. Hubby on Google maps & found Suzann's Flowers, PERFECT! Read Hopi's review & I was instantly drawn. $24 for an arrangement on a vase- check out Hopi's photo!! Unfortunately, I completely forgot it's Vday week & of course the prices have gone sky high. Hubby wanted one that's bright. We found the ideal bouquet/arrangement for my friend. Kathleen helped us out--she is amazing! She's friendly & forthcoming with recommendations. She offered to beautify & make our selection more lively when we informed her it's to cheer up the recipient. Other staff offered assistance as I walked around to survey the shop. The refrigerated section was filled with gorgeous arrangements & there were pre-orders waiting for pick up. It's all a-buzz at this wonderful shop, good energy, clean & vibrant. I love this place. Suzann's is, by far, the best florist in the Inland Empire, probably the State of CA. I have ordered numerous times and the flowers are always fresh, beautiful, and perfect. The picture shows the arrangement that arrived today. But there's still another arrangement from 10 days ago I have that is alive and well. I ordered a presentation bouquet of pink roses for my teenage niece by phone and had it delivered to my home in the morning to be delivered by 1 pm. I had another event in the morning in Huntington Beach and had to be in Diamond Bar with the bouquet by 2pm so I didn't have time to go to flower shop, make my selection and order. Suzann's not only solved my time constraint but delivered a product that exceeded my wish! The gentleman who took my call was ever so helpful, comforting and delivered what he promised - a beautiful bouquet with special touches. As soon as I walked into the building to get flowers for my Mum's " 21st" birthday !!! I was happily greeted by Kathleen who was very attentive to my needs and was so cheerful to helping me the entire time I interacted with her!!! Just kudos for Kathleen definitely was a phenomenal choice picking her for the front desk!!!The assortments were dazzling and quite vibrant! I picked one that was all pink and gorgeous just like the Woman I picked them for!!! The flowers are affordable ranging from $24-and up! Mine were only 24 and they should be worth more with how beautiful they are, but I am not complaining at all!!! I chose this florist because of the 5 star rating, and because of same-day delivery. I was happy when it was delivered a few hours after the order was placed. I upgraded to get the large sized arrangement. When I was sent a picture of what was actually delivered, I was truly disappointed. It looks much smaller and cheaper than the online picture of what I paid for. HOWEVER- After contacting Suzann's we were able to work out a satisfactory agreement and resolve the situation. On my future orders, they will text me a picture of what is being sent-- for my approval. read more

Call their shop to make 100% certain there would be no delivery issues since being sent to a different state. They said no problem as they use the Teleflora service where a local florist would make the delivery. So I ordered some flowers to be delivered to a funeral home for my Father. I get an email stating that they canceled the order. At this point, it was too late for me to order any flowers...so my Father had no flowers from his son on his casket for the viewing. Shame on you for this type of "service" (actually lack thereof). I emailed about the order being canceled and never even received a reply. Lets see if this gets a reply and if so, what the excuse will be for poor service. Lets see where else I can share my "experience" with Suzann's Flowers. read more

Spoke with Nicole who explained that even though I bought an upgraded version of the flowers they decided to use a bigger vase and that is why the flowers appear to be less then what I upgraded too. This makes no sense. There was supposed to be many more flowers and additional roses. None of which are present. Then I spoke with the manager Remington who literally got on the phone to just reiterate exactly what Nicole said. I wanted the exact bouquet fullness as Advertised on the website. He wanted to just reimburse me. That's not what I want. I wanted the upgraded bouquet I purchased for my mom's 85th Birthday. Remington said he would send me a picture of a new a bouquet that he he going to remake to resemble the one online advertised. However when he called back, he stated that he did not have green hydrangeas only white. I agreed that that would be fine as long as the bouquet was as full as advertised he again repeats the size of the vase is what's making the difference and making the flowers look less full. Remington stated I am going to just reimburse you without confirming with me. I told him I did not want to be reimbursed. I want the bouquet that I paid for delivered to my mom and he could take the one that they half heartedly made and left as if it was the one I bought. It is very disappointing that they would not have just done right by the customer and deliver as advertised. He then chose to hang up on me and did not make good on any of his promises except for reimbursing the amount which was the easy way out instead of supplying what is advertised on their website. I do not recommend using Suzann's flowers. If they change the presentation of their Flowers, as Remmington has told me they use a different vase that should be communicated clearly on their advertisement page, and not after the fact when the flowers are delivered. read more

I used Suzanne's Flowers for my father's funeral and Suzanne's did not disappoint. They were kind and patient during the ordering process and delivered beautiful arrangements that looked like their pictures at a nice price. They were knowledgeable and experienced in working with the church and the delivery was on time and set up as requested. I had some concerns about the freshness of the flowers because of some of the Yelp reviews but not only were they fresh and beautiful, but I deconstructed the large sprays and made arrangements at home and 5 days after the funeral, they still look good. The BEST!! I can't say enough about my experience with Suzann's Flowers. I tried to call them one morning and no one answered, I thought they were probably busy and I would call back in a few minutes. Imagine my surprise when my phone rang just a few minutes later and it was Remington from Suzann's Flowers.. He apologized for not being able to answer my call a few minutes earlier and proceeded to help me with my order. He was unbelievably helpful, kind, understanding and personable.. I just ordered flowers from Susann's, to be sent for a graduation and it has not happened yet, but the very next day I RECEIVED flowers for my daughter's birthday, she has sent me flowers on her birthday for many years, from florists in the Los Angeles County area then from Suzann's. It is a spring arrangement with roses and many other flowers and a pink balloon saying "it's a girl" the flowers are in a pretty vase with a beautiful ribbon. They have NEVER disappointed or been late in the years she has used this florist. Sometimes her card says "happy labor day" since she began being born when I was signing into the hospital, very short labor. While I was working my co-workers always looked forward to Casey's birthday because the arrangements are so pretty and often very fragrant. They also include some powder that seems to make them last longer than many fresh flowers have lasted, as long as you make sure to keep enough water in the vase, her flowers have often lasted over a week. I have received flowers on Casey's birthday in this area since 1995 when I moved to the area. read more

Established in 1968.

Suzann's Flowers is owned and operated by the 4th generation of a flower growing family that first started in the 1940's. Suzann's has grown to become the largest florist in the Inland Empire, and one of the largest retail florist in the country. Suzann's has been recognized by FTD and Teleflora for it's outstanding success record, and has won TOP 50 awards from both companies.

Meet the Business Owner: Norm, Alma, and Remington M.

ALMA has been active in the flower business since 1945, first working on the family flower farm, then as a designer and owner/manager of Riverside Florist in Riverside , CA. In 1968 Alma began as a lead designer of Suzanne's Flowers in Ontario, CA. In 1973 she purchased the shop which ultimately grew to 4 Suzann's Flowers stores in the Ontario/Upland area and one of the Top Florists in the country, being awarded Top 100 honors from both FTD and TELEFLORA. NORM started at Suzann's in 1970 while still in high school. He has a floral industry background that includes growing flowers and foliage on the family farm, wholesale distribution and retail management services for other companies.

I want to sincerely thank Archibald Flowers for an act of kindness that meant far more than they…read moreprobably realize. Today I went to pick up a lei for a high school graduation. My girlfriend and her family are currently out of the country because their grandmother passed away this past Friday. The entire family had to leave suddenly, which meant her nephew, who was graduating today, and his 21 year old sister stayed behind alone. To make things even more emotional, their mother passed away from cancer three years ago. I volunteered to take him to his graduation so he would still have someone there supporting him on such an important day. When I arrived at Archibald Flowers, they were extremely busy because of graduation season. I gave them my friend's name, but they initially could not find the order. Eventually they located it and brought out a beautiful white lei. I placed it in the car, and just as I was about to leave, one of the employees came outside and explained they had accidentally given me the wrong one and that my friend had actually ordered the Bombay lei. I opened the trunk, and the employee kindly told me I could choose whichever one I preferred. I asked if there was a price difference, and at that moment, who I believe was the owner came outside. I told her I simply wanted whichever lei had originally been ordered. She then smiled and said, "You know what, for the confusion, just take both." I was honestly taken aback. I asked if she was sure, and she said yes. I thanked her deeply. What she did not know is how much this meant to this young man and his family during such a difficult and emotional time. When I later called my girlfriend to tell her what happened, she became emotional and said, "I think that was my sister sending a gift," referring to her late sister. To the beautiful salt and pepper haired woman who helped us today, thank you for your generosity and kindness. You may never fully know how meaningful your gesture was for this family. In a world where people are often rushed and distracted, your compassion stood out in such a powerful way. We will absolutely continue purchasing flowers from Archibald Flowers.
