They even made more mock arrangements than they usually do, but the end result was so worth it. Wow! I can't tell you how pleased I am with the artwork that was made for this very important occasion. I looked on the website and chose the arrangement I wanted. Because of a past experience (a different flower shop) I called to make sure that I was going to get the arrangement I saw on the website. First off the flowers I ordered look nothing like the picture. Very deceiving, it looks like a kindergartner slapped them together. The bow looks like a 99 cent store bow, not even the same bow in the picture. The lady on the phone said they can't offer me a refund, but can send a new arrangement BUT HAVE ME PAY $20 extra for the delivery person to come back and pick them up. WHY DO I HAVE TO PAY EXTRA FOR FLOWERS THAT YOU MESSED UP. Then they offered me to pick a different bouquet for around the same price. Great experience as always I use Rogers for all occasions. This time I just wanted to send some just because flowers and it was late in the morning 9:30am. I called friendly staff told them what I wanted and if they could get it to my wife before or by 12pm. Staff said they could guarantee do it before noon however could do it by 1pm. I said great and they had my info already and was a great experience. So by 11:15am I receive a thank you text from my wife. I ordered a plant for a dear friend who lost her husband! It wasn't for the funeral it was for her to take care of and remember! While the item delivered resembled the picture it was mostly a mock duplicate of what I ordered! The fresh flowers were fine but what was supposed to be succulent plants and ivy was like I indicated a mock. They were pieces of ivy, other greenery stuck in the green styrofoam there was actually no potting soil where a plant could grow even if there was a live plant! Plus it didn't live more than a few days! I do not recommend this establishment! Very disappointed. Over $100 for a mock-up!!!! read more

I don't know what happened! I put my order in online Thursday for Saturday delivery for a celebration of life. I didn't check my confirmation until Friday night and it said I ordered delivery for December A MONTH AWAY!! I was in a panic. The shop was closed and I just knew there wasn't going to be anything they could do for me at this late stage! I was wrong!! UPDATE: I received a call today (8/5) from the business owner in regards to the review i left. i believe he was very unprofessional breaking down the cost of what HE spent and comparing to what my mom spent. At one point when i told him that my mom worked hard to save to send me this basket he then said that if my mom is so hard in cash maybe she shouldnt be ordering. Maybe if he wouldve been kind or sympathetic and try to resolve anything, but instead he broke down HIS cost and said he paid more than my mom and that he went above and beyond and even deserved 5 stars. I did remove some parts of my review, which may have been unfair but i think as a business owner he needs to learn that the customer does not want to hear your costs and i shouldnt be insulted by saying that my mom shouldnt be ordering if she cant afford it. 8/1/20- My mom ordered a flower/fruit/nuts basket for me for my birthday and they were delivered today. They told her they werent going to use just any peanuts from a store and the peanuts in my basket were StaterBros brand- not even brand name. They included 4 apples but couldnt even take off the stickers from the store and it wasnt wrapped properly because it was gapping open on the side. They even forgot the balloons that my mom added- those they delivered 3hrs later after she called them. My mom worked hard to save money to order this for me as a surprise. read more
