Happy Mother's Day!!! For those who live in this area lol. I researched online for a florist who lived by my aunt so I could send her flowers for her birthday and Mother's Day. So the thing about florist is that they have either really fresh flowers, or looks like they are stringing to life by a strand. OR the arrangement looks like a bird flew into someone's hair and just laid eggs and made it it's nest, or the most beautiful arrangement. I was on a mission to find a decent one so I can always go to them since I do send her flowers couple of times a year. After months of research, I decided to go with them. I ordered them online and scheduled them to be delivered right before her birthday. Imagine my surprise my aunt is leaving the state for a vacation soooo I called them to see if they could reschedule the delivery and they did. My aunt was not home at the time of the delivery but they hide the flower arrangement on her front porch with a note saying "sorry we missed you." This is fine as long as she got them. I was on the phone with her and she was just gasping and told me how fresh they were. She was beyond happy and that's all I wanted; especially since your sending someone flowers. I'm so happy they took her breathe away and trust me...not an easy task! So I think I found my local florist to always send flowers to my favorite aunt. read more

I live in Reno, and I ordered some flowers for someone in Chino (where I am from) on their website. No my only were they FAST (ahem, same day delivery within a couple of hours!) the flowers that were received were JUST LIKE the picture on their website. As someone who orders flowers online in the past this has never happened. I'm always cringing when I see the pictures of what they received, but this time.... BEAUTIFUL. Buying roses sight unseen days before Valentine's is a chance most wouldn't dare be so bold and risk disappointing the one you love on the most significant day of the year! The choice and quality in flower arrangements represents how you feel and value her. Now, anything less than your best selection will reflect negatively on how the relationship is perceived. So, I was thrilled and relieved when I noticed she was overcome with emotions and close to tears. My wedding was this past Saturday and town square florist took care of everything from center pieces, bouquets, guest book table arrangements...etc. They got everything I ordered perfect! My Bouquet was the most beautiful bouquet I've ever seen! I even told Gale (who took care of my order) that I would love pink peonies incorporated in my bouquet and although they weren't the seasonal flower she would try her best. I ordered my wife a bouquet of flower 2 weeks ago to be deliver on Valentine's Day. Sadly, the flower wasn't deliver and I tried calling their number multiple time and left multiple voice messages but no one picked up or called back. It wasn't until 7 pm at night which the day has passed that they called back and apologized they couldn't make it today. The lady who called was nice and wanted to offer me free flower delivery the next day along with my refund. But I declined the offer because my wife is not working tomorrow. I am skeptical but will give them one more chance in the future. read more

I have decided to edit my review based on the lack information I was given after I had initially received a bouquet. My husband then told me the whole story because he did not feel the review I gave was appropriate and I agreed. I was under the impression that the florist did not carry the original order and I was given whatever they put together (unfortunately I just didn't like the arrangement). My husband informed me that he had ordered online and was contacted by them to inform him that they did not have what he ordered available so they gave him the options of what they did have for that time and had him choose from that selection. The order that my husband finalized was the exact product that he had requested. He stated he had a very good experience and they were courteous enough to have him choose an alternative. He said he would do business with them again. I changed my review from one star to four, also based on my experience of when I was handed over the bouquet. After receiving the bouquet I noticed it was overfilled with water. It spilled all over and it was quite a ways to the nearest sink. But at least it had water. read more

This was my first experience with this florist. My mother just received her Mother's Day flowers. They came beautiful, and at the correct time/day. I placed my order over the phone with a woman who works there. I gave her my price range and told her that I didn't want to be embarrassed again by a florist on Mother's Day. She assured me that I would be satisfied. I told her my mother loved orchids. So she promised me she'd make my mother a beautiful arrangement. The arrangement was beautiful. But, it was a LOT smaller than I anticipated. I was expecting something more normal sized with a larger vase. She had warned me that it wasn't going to be "huge", which I agreed to. But I paid $80 for an arrangement that was fairly small. If she had told me it would have been that size, I would have altered my order. Also, I repeated the note on the card and the names to the woman twice, and she read them back to me, with the correct spellings of my and my brother's name. Yet, my name AND my brother's name were spelled incorrectly. Beautiful, beautiful arrangement, even tho it was muchhhh smaller than expected, and promise-fulfilled delivery time and date. But it would have also been nice to have our names spelled correctly. read more

I just had a bouquet of flowers delivered to my mother for her birthday. The first picture is what I ordered online the second is what my mother received. I understand flowers need to bloom and it can't look exactly like the online image. But come on. This looks a hot mess. The flowers are all bunched together. Not arranged nicely at all. And when I called to ask them about it the woman on the phone had a terrible attitude and kept saying that what I ordered is what I got. This is my second time ordering from them and I will never do it again. Save your money and go to a different florist! read more

I have been a loyal customer to Town Square Florist since it used to be in Town Square and called C's Town Square Florist. Tammy was amazing, she knew my entire family, and always took the time and energy to make amazing things. When I visited Southern California again in October 07, I was surprised to find she had sold off the store. It looked the same from the outside, but the inside was lack luster, and the selection was mediocre. Thinking it was a one off, I went back in December for annual family gift for hosting a holiday party, for $40 (no vase). Despite saying "I will include roses" and such, the final outcome was mediocre at best. The new owners used to do consulting and now run a flower shop. Possibly a disconnect, as I am in hotels, just because I can consult on something, does not mean I can do the actual operations. The new owners have no concept on loyalty, or what customers from the old owner may have meant to Tammy. I would go to Sams Club in Chino Hills before going back to this place. Disheartening after spending 1000s at this place over the years. read more

update 8th order: docked stars I have purchased many times since this is the only location that delivers in the area. I have noticed that their bouquets getting smaller and smaller. Most recently it was for an anniversary and would have to say that i was quite disappointed when i saw the pictures my gf sent me. To be honest, I was quite embarrassed since she had also sent me flowers from a flower shop in a different city and came out much more elegantly. For the price and bang for buck factor, my gf will just have to accept the fact that she will not have any flowers delivered to her for a while, at least in that area. Its a competitive industry, you need to stay competitive to thrive these days. oh and im tired of having to repeat my same billing information over and over ordered from these guys a couple times now for my girlfriend and have been satisfied every time. Pretty easy process and the delivery is fast and a pleasant experience. This is a special flower shop and other shops should take some notes. The flowers have always came out great with great attention to detail. No shortcuts here- I suggest that they have a client system / information saved so i dont have to go through the process everytime i order read more

I ordered flowers online in the afternoon, for delivery to a church for a funeral the following morning. I called the florist to confirm that they received the order and the associate was super friendly. She said the order had not come through yet, but took my name and number just in case she didn't get it. A couple of minutes later she called me back and confirmed that she received my order, and had all of the flowers that she needed to make a beautiful arrangement. She assured me that they would be ready in the morning before the funeral. I appreciated her friendliness, dependability, and ability to help me in a pinch. Everything went off without a hitch. This was giving more of the wildflower arrangements you get vs an elegant piece.

I feel like the person on the phone just lied so I could come in and hopefully just buy one of their premade centerpieces (which I didn't like and also they weren't bouquets soooo....). There were at least two instances of ick: (1) being lied to on the phone and (2) being denied service bc perhaps I wasn't spending enough? I wish they would just say: "It's Mother's Day weekend and we can't accommodate" (as other florists I called said) or "We will accommodate if you spend x dollars." Instead, they left me with an icky feeling at the end of the day. Stop lying to people just to try to make a dollar or two. Do better. You have so much competition in the area.
