There were random flowers completely different than the website (like Gerberas) and it was missing the key elements like the long elegant green stems in the website image. I understand that sometimes florists do update the flowers based on availability but it was a completely different vibe in the end to the picture. It would have been a nice arrangement for someone else, but since I ordered this expecting it to look like the image online, it was very disappointing. It was also very tiny (website states 12 in across and 15 inch height) and I was embarrassed when the recipient sent me pictures as it was not what I was expecting at all. I'm glad she was still ok with it but buyer beware - make sure you double check with florist beforehand to ensure you get what you want. For $100 I would have expected something much more similar to what I ordered or different replacements still giving off the same vibe as pictured image. When I cautiously walked in, one of the two ladies kindly offered to help me. She was the owner and told me she exclusively does online orders, but thankfully had a few bouquets ready just in case. I picked one that was very nice and she very graciously created a nicely cut bouquet in 15 min for me. She's a wonderful person and the flowers are very nice. The unique thing about her is she creatively makes them in a way so the flowers can stand on their own. The flowers were around 90ish dollars so I feel I got what I paid for even if it can seem pricy. These beautiful flowers maintained their quality well over a week later.
