This is the place. Flowers were perfect. I'm not creative at all so I asked for a bouquet for my daughter's senior night and gave the colors and when I picked it up OMG! Absolutely beautiful and it had a little crown since her teams the royals that was so cute. I thought that was such a nice touch. The service was excellent and the price just right. Thank you so much. This is definitely the shop to go to. The fastest and easiest ever.
I needed a very last minute flower arrangement for a funeral and Xavier's had a beautiful arrangement with a one hour notice! I didn't get the best photo unfortunately but I am really grateful this team was able to help me with a beautiful arrangement to express love and sympathy during a family member's challenging times.
What I ordered was girly and elegant, perfect for a baby girl. What was delivered looks like it was done in a rush and just looks cheap. I'm always hesitant to order flowers and this is an example of why I feel this way. While I can appreciate that the arrangement is bigger than what I ordered, the expectation just wasn't met. Roses didn't look fresh and the greenery was literally dry from some corners. I called and was disappointed with my interaction. Only positive was that the delivery cost wasn't too high and I was able to get next day delivery.
I'd been using this florist for 30 years. Friends said flowers were beautiful and delivered as promised . I like to support the local florist . Seems a $12 delivery fee is a lot to deliver the flowers @3 blocks away.

Shouldn't advertise something you don't have. The $114 elegant arrangement (+$15 delivery for less than 1 mile), was misrepresented. The phone call I received after asking WTH was well intended but nothing but excuses. I didn't get advance notice or an email explaining to me the purple vase displayed was out of stock they were using cheap clear glass. The purple vase was only reason I selected this, it's her favorite color. My contact information was required as was full prepayment. Why ask for contact info if you're not going to use it when there's an issue. Could have just called. Apparently I've been sent an email stating they had to substitute. Really?! I already know that now and still no email. So disappointing. Mother's Day Florist will be one in Chino Hills.
Two weeks ago I needed a graduation lei for my son's graduation, and Xavier's florist delivered. A beautiful double large white orchid dendrobium lei. My daughter just sent me a beautiful birthday flower arrangement today from Xavier's. The service and delivery has always been courteous, and on time. The flowers are always fresh, beautiful and artistically presented. I believe in supporting local Diamond Bar businesses.
A very personable experience! From the moment I walked in, the gentleman behind the desk welcome me with a greeting and a smile. He asked what I was looking for and gave me my options. I was looking for a specific color for a specific occasion. He helped me collaborate on the best option that suited my needs and price point. Easy. While I waited for my arrangement (which took maybe less than 10 minutes) I looked around the shop and noticed there were so many cute knickknacks and add-ons. I grabbed a few pocket charms that were really sweet and meaningful. I even noticed some graduation pennants and memorial wing sticks to add to your bouquet/arrangements. Overall, this is a very intentional flower shop with equally thoughtful people behind it. Prices are fair, lots and lots of options, and the kind of customer service you want when you're creating something special and meaningful for someone you care about. I was only visiting, but I so wish they had a shop like this where I live. Thank you for the great experience and beautiful piece you created.
Lovely local florist with super friendly, helpful staff! Probably gave me one of the best bouquets I've ever bought all within an hour of my request (probably could've done it in even shorter). They let me pick a reasonable price point and what color palette I wanted. They even gave recommendations on whether having it as a bouquet or in a vase would look better. They definitely delivered and are my new go to florists :)
Talk about ripping you off 39 dollars for a plain simple boutonniere. I asked for babies breath and I did not receive that I would not come here again ,prices are absolutely ridiculous I could have done this myself for under 10 dollars
I have had the pleasure of coming to Xavier's for years! Gorgeous arrangements for many celebrations we have had. The last 2 years I have worked with Irene. She showed great interest in my needs, even going out of her way to select a particular color rose to complement a special celebration. And just recently she helped with our bridal shower arrangements! I can't say enough about her attention to detail and extreme kindness! Thank you Irene!

Last week on my birthday, my daughter thoughtfully ordered a custom floral arrangement for me from Xavier's Florist. It was filled with stunning Casablanca lilies, delicate delphiniums, and baby's breath--such a gorgeous combination! The lilies were especially breathtaking--large, elegant, and beautifully bloomed. Thanks to daily water changes, the arrangement stayed fresh for a full week, and a few buds are just about to open tomorrow. I absolutely adore this piece. It's honestly one of the most beautiful floral arrangements I've ever received, and it filled my home with the most lovely fragrance. Called in at about 5:45 pm and the lady who picked up the phone was so nice! Even with me calling about 15 minutes till closing! Great customer service and the arrangements are stunning! We talked a little about what I wanted, the occasion, also sent her a couple inspo pictures, and gave her my budget. Let me just say, they exceeded my expectations!! read more

I was in a pinch and needed some flowers delivered today and Desirae was able to help us out!!! She was so kind and helpful over the phone. She helped me figure out what type of flower arrangement would be best for the occasion and she worked with our budget as well!! Xavier Florist did an amazing job creating the perfect bouquet for our daughters college graduation! We brought in our own bear and the florist attached it to the bouquet perfectly! BEST FLORIST IN TOWN! Xavier's florist has never failed to disappoint me whenever I need a flower arrangement. I've been going there for all my family members, friends birthday, anniversary etc! I've also recommended a few friends to visit and they have all been pleased with all their experiences too! The most recent orders I made were for Mother's Day and for my fiancé's graduation. All the flowers were beautiful! I would highly recommend Irene and her designers to anyone as they are the best florist I've been to! I've posted some photos which I've ordered over the last few months and their quality is really the best! Many of the arrangements last for a really long time compared to other florists too! read more

I received this beautiful Valentine's Day bouquet. Xavier's always delivers the most stunning arrangements, full of color and a fresh assortment of flowers. Impressive and beautiful arrangement at great value! We hosted an outdoor event at Cal Poly Pomona and wanted a florist close by. Tried Xavier for the first time and asked them to make a large floral arrangement with spring flowers that'll look good in photos. We didn't ask for delivery and picked it up in person. Wow! The arrangement is beautiful and looks amazing. The flowers were fresh and blooming. LOVE IT read more

I have gone to Xavier's for more then 25 yrs and they always made the best flowers/roses arrangement you can think of. I went and ordered some roses and gerbera Daisy and asked them to make it look beautiful. I paid $70 for flowers and have them delivered. I am not sure if it is the new owners that did this arrangement, but I am very disappointed. The roses died within two days and I could of done a better job going to the supermarket and picked up roses, and gerbera Daisy and it would of been less expensive. The quality and workmen ship of flowers/roses has diffidently changed. I have put pictures of their work now and what it use to look like. read more
