I told Nancy the kind of arrangement that I was looking for, tulips and sunflowers, because they are a favorite of the girl I was sending them to! Nancy said she had just the thing! When I called Lorena's shop, the lady said she was taking an order and would call me back. I was not sure she would make that call and it was my own fault. 10 minutes later, they did call, took their time to help me select an appropriate bouquet in the $125 to $150 price range. They were patient and kind to describe wreaths, bouquets and plants, colors and sizes available. They were prompt in delivering a beautiful keepsake basket on time to the church at 10AM. Never again will I wait til the last minute for such an important occasion. Fortunately for me, they were willing to come in early to make sure my custom order was ready.

There were random flowers completely different than the website (like Gerberas) and it was missing the key elements like the long elegant green stems in the website image. I understand that sometimes florists do update the flowers based on availability but it was a completely different vibe in the end to the picture. It would have been a nice arrangement for someone else, but since I ordered this expecting it to look like the image online, it was very disappointing. It was also very tiny (website states 12 in across and 15 inch height) and I was embarrassed when the recipient sent me pictures as it was not what I was expecting at all. I'm glad she was still ok with it but buyer beware - make sure you double check with florist beforehand to ensure you get what you want. For $100 I would have expected something much more similar to what I ordered or different replacements still giving off the same vibe as pictured image. This was giving more of the wildflower arrangements you get vs an elegant piece.

She confirmed she had that as an option. I go on the day of the dance to pick them up and she did not use any sparkle ribbon. She used flat silver and a sheer ribbon. She offered to fix it but I had to drive the flowers back to her and I'm not local to her home where she runs her business. I got a text offering an alternate ribbon which is still not what was requested. I have a brand new puppy and an appointment or I would have made the 40 minutes drive again there and back to have her fix it. So disappointed. I will not be using her services again and if you continue to use her I would ask for proof of your selection before payment.
