Due to a hectic schedule, it dawned on me that I had not ordered flowers for the Memorial service for my friend on Oct 5th. At 4pm, the day before the service, I called two florists. Understandably, most florists close at 5pm, so I had to hustle! The first shop said they prefer two days notice. When I called Lorena's shop, the lady said she was taking an order and would call me back. I was not sure she would make that call and it was my own fault. 10 minutes later, they did call, took their time to help me select an appropriate bouquet in the $125 to $150 price range. They were patient and kind to describe wreaths, bouquets and plants, colors and sizes available. They were prompt in delivering a beautiful keepsake basket on time to the church at 10AM. Never again will I wait til the last minute for such an important occasion. Fortunately for me, they were willing to come in early to make sure my custom order was ready. read more

I requested my husband go here to pick up my birthday flowers because I was hoping to find something locally owned I could go to for all of our flowery events. I probably buy twenty bouquets a year, and I wanted to find a florist who can make things unique and beautiful. I requested a variety of pink and purple flowers, no reds or yellows, and no lilies. I gave them a reference photo. When my husband picked the flowers up, it was obvious they did not look at the photo and did not read the request. The bouquet had at least twelve lilies. We paid a hundred dollars for it. I was really disappointed that I went out of my way to support a local flower shop and they very clearly don't appreciate the business. read more

As if this place can get any worse!!! Now they're trying to say "I was never charged" but clearly I was. I even sent them my card transaction with the charge and they won't refund me. They ignore my calls and texts and play stupid. I shouldn't have to file a dispute to get my money back for an order that was NEVER DELIVERED! DO NOT COME HERE! The most UNPROFESSIONAL AND WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! They're trying to STEAL my money for flowers they never delivered. This business is an absolute joke read more

First impressions are lasting impressions- My flowers that were delivered to me 4/7/2022 were not looking beautiful at all, some of the flowers were wilted and the roses were dry. Obviously providing excellent customer service and fresh flowers are not on their list of high standards!! The reviews are pretty bad, two stars for this establishment. I'd give it ZERO stars if I could. Unfortunately calling this place does no good, they don't answer nor return calls. Replacement order was delivered 4/8/22 and it was just as horrible as the first delivery. Such a huge disappointment. Do yourselves a HUGE favor and take your business elsewhere. read more

Came here a couple weeks ago and the service was trash it was a younger girl there and just seemed like she didn't seem to care if they sold anything at all. Had an attitude the whole time and just made it weird. I ordered a bouquet from their website on Oct 7 to be delivered to a friend for her birthday on Oct 31. I thought it was weird that I didn't receive an email confirmation after placing the order. So I dm'd them on Instagram and waited for their response. I hoped they would respond quickly because they had just made a post on Instagram. On Oct 8, I read yelp reviews about this florist and was starting to get worried after seeing all the bad reviews. I still hadn't received a response on Instagram. Luckily, I wrote down my order number because I didn't get a confirmation email, so I messaged them on Facebook with my order number at 4:44 pm, hoping it would help more. They read my message at 8:57 pm and no response. I called them on Oct 9 in the morning asking if I would be able to receive an email confirmation. The lady I was talking to asked for the recipient's name, what website I ordered from, and THE DATE THE FLOWERS WERE TO BE DELIVERED. She said she would look into it and would send me an email confirmation soon. A few hours later, I noticed my card got charged. I called them again and asked where my email confirmation was. A different worker answered and again asked me THE DATE THE FLOWERS WERE TO BE DELIVERED. The worker seemed to be confused as to why I was asking for an email confirmation. And I told her I just wanted an official receipt to make sure my order was confirmed and correct. She rudely told me the charge on my card was my "receipt." I didn't want to argue so I just agreed. Oct 10, my friend told me she received the flowers around 4pm. And I am VERY PISSED OFF. First, the flowers were to be DELIVERED OCT 31 and I also requested the flowers to be sent around 12pm. They were delivered 3 WEEKS EARLY and at the WRONG TIME. When I called the florist twice on Oct 9, BOTH WORKERS asked me what day the flowers were to be delivered and I confirmed Oct 31. Please, tell me WHY the flowers were sent 3 WEEKS EARLY! Next, I mean, COME ON. Just look at the photos! It looks NOTHING like the one on their website. The flowers aren't arranged properly, and some of the flowers are missing?? Like there's supposed to be some white flowers but they're not there! The pumpkin is RIDICULOUS. The eyes and mouth are made of PAPER and HOT GLUED ON. They didn't even do a proper job and there's some dried glue on the eye that looks like it's crying. It looks like a 5 year old cut out the shapes. My friend told me she had to push the eye back on so it would stay in place. And why is there a squirrel????? I'm honestly so upset with this florist and that I paid $67 for something overpriced and SO HIDEOUS. TLDR: DO NOT BUY FROM FLOWERS BY LORENA. Horrible customer service. Delivered flowers 3 weeks early. Overpriced Flowers that look NOTHING like the picture online. And check yelp reviews before ordering from any business!! read more

My husband buys me flowers every week from Sam's club for my office. My daughter started a new job in Chino on Wednesday 1/8/20. So I decided to send her flowers. When she brought them home on Friday 1/10/20 I was extremely disappointed they look over a week old. Not fresh at all. A lot of the flowers were already wilting. Here's a picture of the flowers from Lorena at the left and flowers from Sam's club purchased on Sunday 1/5/20 they still look beautiful!!!! Flowers from Lorenas were over $60 and Sam's club were 13.99. Needless to say I will not be ordering from Lorenas again. read more

I placed an order online for flowers to be delivered on a Sunday and only after asking the recipient on the following Tuesday, I found out she had not received anything at all. I had called Monday, left a message and did not receive a call back. Tuesday I called in the morning a few times, left a message again and did not receive a call back. Finally Tuesday afternoon I called and someone answered. To my disappointment, the excuse was "we are closed on Sunday." Well, if your closed on Sunday, why does your website allow for delivery on Sunday? Simply shut off that option as it clearly disappoints customers. Here I thought it was a good thing to give a small business a try and I ended up disappointed and upset to have received such horrible customer service. I will never again use this florist nor will I recommend them to anyone. If you want quality customer service, go somewhere else. read more

My husband ordered me an arrangement as a surprise. Only it wasn't a surprise, because it arrived five days past the scheduled delivery time. The arrangement itself was filled with rotting and wilting flowers. There was event a random piece of bark buried among the leaves. Overall, the arrangement looked like it had been forgotten in the back of the delivery truck for nearly a week. I don't know what this business owner thinks she's doing, but she clearly can't run a business. Her reviews don't lie. Avoid buying flowers from her, because you'll be disappointed with what you get. read more

I've ordered flowers with this business before and was very pleased with the outcome but on my most recent order I was sent a cancellation email with no explanation as to why. It pains me to have to take time on Valentine's Day to write a bad review but after reading so many others had similar or worse experiences with this place, I felt the need to do it. And honestly, I wish my boyfriend had read the reviews before he got them because he was so disappointed. He ordered the following (copied directly from their website): "capturing the romantic moment are pink and red roses, complemented by pink alstroemeria". Pay attention to the part that says PINK and RED ROSES COMPLEMENTED BY PINK ALSTROEMERIA. Unless him and I are colorblind and illiterate, that's not what was delivered today. It's sad that all I can say now is that I wish my boyfriend had read the reviews beforehand. On top of that, all day he was waiting for them to be delivered and was almost about to call them to ask what had happened as he placed his order on 2/10/21. Eventually someone did show up to our door while I was at work and as the icing on the cake she did not have a mask on and had a child with her. Don't get me wrong I loved that he got me flowers and the roses are pretty but it was far from what was advertised on the website. So I'm leaving this review so others can be read more

FLOWERS WERE DEAD ON ARRIVAL!! THEY WERE ALSO DELIVERED A DAY LATE! When I called them I was told there wasn't a manager available so they couldn't do anything about it. I needed to send photos to a cell phone number. When I asked them to credit my son for the birthday flowers they ignored my request. When I asked them to send a replacement they ignored my request as well. Sent complaints to the Federal Trade Commission, Attorney General And Consumer Affairs. I have been using this flower shop for more than 10 years. I ordered flowers today for my wife with instructions to call me so that I could have her meet them at the door because our doorbell at the moment is inoperable. They never called me and they left them on the front porch in the Sun in 95-degree weather. The arrangement was thrown together and the quality of the flowers were substandard. When I called the flower shop back to discuss my concerns, I was told there were no deliveries instructions, mind you I'm speaking to the person who took my order, who asked me for my contact information and the best phone number to reach me by. Then I was hung up on. I have no intentions of ever ordering from them in the future. A more than 10 year relationship ruined by their inability to follow instructions and place the blame on the customer. $162 purchase and was treated with an attitude of you get what you get. Will be disputing purchase. The only thing I do not like about this app is you have to give him at least one star if it was up to me I would give them no stars. read more

I can't understand why this flowers shop has such a small rating. Her bouquets are amazing. Today was no different, I was able to get flowers for my wife and mother in law for just under $50. These ladies always go above and beyond. It seems like the bad reviews are for deliveries or online purchases. I walked in to this flower shop and was out with 18 red roses in less than 10 minutes. Do not order from this unprofessional flower shop!! I now know why the reviews are so low. I walked in on Saturday afternoon to purchase a small bouquet for a friend. I told the young lady exactly what I was looking for, she assured me that it wouldn't be a problem. The bouquet came out and looked like it cost $5.00, the flowers were old and very unappealing. I asked the lady (that I assumed was the owner) if she was able to replace some of the flowers, I was well aware that maybe it would be an extra charge. Before I could finish speaking she immediately said (with a very nasty attitude) "No, because I would have to unwrap this one and it's a lot of work" Really!! Isn't that your job? and if the customer isn't happy with the product shouldn't you gladly give them what they ask for. I handed her the bouquet back, went to Trader Joe's where I was able to purchase a vibrant, full & beautiful arrangement for only $14.99. I will continue to support the small mom and pop shops in my community but will never give Lorenas flower shop any business. read more

My boyfriend ordered flowers for me for our anniversary and I absolutely love them. The arrangement was so tastefully done. The choice in flowers and the color combination was very beautiful. The flowers were were very fresh; my entire office smelled like a flower garden. I'm very happy with my arrangement. One suggestion my boyfriend mentioned is that he would like to have received a photo of the completed arrangement; especially since he is currently out of state. Perhaps this is something that the company may incorporate in the future. read more

If I could rate zero stars I would. Due to being deceitful and unprofessional. I had ordered and paid for a large floral arrangement from this place, and when they delivered it, it turned out to be a small arrangement which i think was "robbery". It's unfortunate I'm even writing this terrible review because I tried reaching out to them multiple times to see if we could correct their mistake, they responded once as if they would replace the arrangement they had delivered and they never responded again. I don't like giving bad reviews but I would hate for anyone else to be taken advantage of like I was with them. Please go to a well known or word of mouth place.
