They didn't look at order to see it was premium Then they made up new arrangement and just spread out flowers on a bigger tree. They took back other flowers and came to door only to leave because my sister who has Parkinson's can't get to door quick enough. Will never order from them again. I have been coming here for about 10 years or so. The past few years, including this Valentine's Day, the bouquets I've gotten are NOWHERE like the ones shown in their online picture. This Valentine's Day, I spent over 100 dollars on a premium bouquet that had two roses, and the rest were carnations. To make it worse, the vase I had specifically ordered with the bouquet was substituted with another less decorative one. I had placed my order with them almost 2 weeks beforehand. There was no phone call to me letting me know they didn't have the vase and telling me I was getting two roses that were already drooping after two days. This is not one of those "you get what you pay for stories."I pay top dollar for flowers and expect to get my money's worth. I don't know what changed about Margos the past few years, but they need to get their stuff together! Other yelpers have posted similar experiences. They essentially ripped us off and will rip you off if you let them! Shame on you Margo's, and I am a believer of Karma and balance. I will not buy my flowers from them again. read more

My wedding flowers were gorgeous, EXACTLY what I wanted, and affordable. I planned my wedding from out of state, so I just sent my mom in with an idea of what I wanted and some inspo pictures from Pinterest. The woman there put together a sample bouquet, on the spot! My mom took a photo and sent it to me, I gave a couple of notes of what I wanted done differently and it turned out perfectly! I believe my bridal bouquet ended up being $80 and then they also allowed me to just say how much I wanted to pay for my bridesmaid's bouquets and made smaller versions for the price I said (I think I ended up saying $40). Terrible experience!! I went in to get some flowers for my 5 year old nieces recital. When I walked on there was an older woman who looked annoyed that I was interrupting her from what she was doing. I explained what I needed flowers for but the entire time this kid (abut 5 or 6) kept asking "where's my mom". The lady kept saying "in the back". They only had cheap clear plastic wrap or brown wrapping paper to choose from. The lady had no idea what she was doing! I had to help her arrange the flowers. The kids mom comes out and doesn't bother to help. The older lady ask me when she wraps the flowers "is this ok?". I told her if that's the best she could do, fine. I tell her I want pink ribbon. They had many to choose from. She doesn't ask me. Just picks the light pink. My picture is what $22 will get you there. DO NOT PURCHASE FLOWERS FROM THIS VENDOR. I Just received an arrangement of flowers on Sunday as an early Valentines Day gift. This is the first time I ever got flowers from this store and what a disappointment. The minute they delivered the arrangement I could tell that it looked very dry. Within one hour, petals were starting to fall off the roses. By the next morning half of the roses were totally wilted. At theses prices I would think it should last more than 24 hours. I ordered flowers from here just this past Mother's Day and wasn't really impressed. I ordered a Mother's Day bouquet and was not very impressed with the arrangement nor the flowers. One of the Asiatic lillies that hadn't even bloomed yet was dead and hanging off from the rest of the bouquet. This was all $50 and I honestly just chose this place because of the convenience of the location. I also didn't like the vase very much as it was sensitive to fingerprints. The vase was sweating because it was in the cold fridge and it didn't make for a good presentation when it had my fingerprints all over it. (Even if you tried wiping the sweat, it would come back) I can't explain what exactly the vase was made out of but it seemed pretty cheap. The customer service was.... there. I guess. It was just sort of a "Hi, what do you need? Here you go. Total is ____. Thanks." I had to come back after realizing there was no card to go with my flowers, something I'd expect to at least be offered since the flowers had the pick in it already. eh. Solid 3 from me. read more

My husband first bought me flowers from Margo 8 years ago on our first date. Fast forward 5 years we on a whim walked in to see if she would be able to accommodate the flowers we needed for our wedding. She gave us the best deal for our wedding bouquets for the girls and boutonnière soft the guys. Not only was she much cheaper than anywhere else but the flowers were amazing!!!!!! And my bouquet lasted until I got home from our honeymoon 2 weeks later!!! Usually I pick up flowers from Costco when I'm there because I enjoy having fresh flowers in the house and they are so cheap there. However, the flowers at Margos are a nice special treat every once in a while. Maybe 2 or 3 times a year hubby will get me something nice from her. I am so sickened writing this review because of how upset my boyfriend was when I sent him a picture of my flowers he had delivered for valentines. He was so excited to send me an arrangement of "roses" for Valentine's Day. I was so appreciative of his gesture, but now all I feel is sadness from how disappointed he was at the "Rose" arrangement. When he ordered the arrangement he was given a minimum and he agreed to the high fee as it was valentines, his only request was that it was all roses. Of course, you know with the valentine's prices it was most likely not going to be a full dozen roses, but there was only two roses. (I looked on their website and they had rose arrangements that they should have done for that price point) The flowers that they filled the vase with were cheap flowers. The centerpiece looked like the flowers you can get from the $3.00 section at Trader Joes. Honestly, the flowers were also old because their stems have moss already growing! I was trying to let it go, but when I saw the disappointment in my boyfriend's face I just couldn't go without speaking my frustration. Then today I get to work....the flowers are already dying!! My office is not hot, so they should not be dead. Also, to top off the arrangement, the card was wrong! That was extremely upsetting to my boyfriend. Best part of the night yesterday was when my boyfriend said, I should have just gone to the store and bought you an arrangement instead of you getting that.
