Great Flowers - Poor Service I've purchased flowers from here on at least 10 occasions. The blooms are fresh and lovely, maybe the best in this area. The service not so much. The attitude is like they've done me a favor, and they don't make an effort to accommodate even when they get it wrong. Once again, they are always doing me a favor, which is disappointing. Great flowers, tough attitude So - So... read more

I went to Trader Joes for flowers, but was overwhelmed by the selection and how to put it together myself. I was getting anniversary flowers for my girlfriend and wanted something beautiful yet simple. I saw from the parking lot Garden Gate and ventured in and everyone was so helpful! I told them I wanted three roses dressed up for a price range in my budget, and they made it happen. The flowers looked beautiful and my girlfriend was very happy - and we still have them up! read more

Thank you so much for such a beautiful arrangement. We had a very scary 2 weeks in the hospital with my mom, once she was alert I had these sent to her and she was moved to tears by how beautiful and great quality the flowers were. They also smell incredible. This isn't the first time that Garden Gate has truly gone above and beyond with my order. I give them a dollar amount and preferred colors and say just do your best stuff, and am always blown away by the result. I will seriously always call Garden Gate for flower deliveries! Thank you again! read more

I needed to send a gift to my cousin so I Yelp checked the area she lives. Located GG number two Yelp pick. Spoke to Jennifer who handled my request perfectly. She even sent me a photo of what was delivered. I was happy with the modifications they made. I have experienced with other florists that what is depicted on the web site is not what is delivered and I expressed my concern. Jennifer told me they did not have everything depicted but would Make similar substitutions. Hence the texted photo. They also have a good selection of non floral gifts which is what I liked. A succulent arrangement and candle suited my needs. My cousin was very pleased when she received it. Thank you Jennifer you were personable and very easy to work with. I definitely will be using GG again. Thank you for your excellent customer service. read more

Garden gate is absolutely amazing! I ordered Mother's Day flowers from them this year and my wife was blown away at how beautiful and fresh the arrangement was. Our house smells like a flower shop and we love it. I have always bought my flowers from the "large shops" and now as long as we live locally I will only buy from Garden Gate. They have competitive prices, make it easy to order online, and their arrangements actually surpass the photos on their sites, which seems unheard of now a days. Thank you! read more

I can always count on The Garden Gate Florist to deliver the freshest, most intricate bouquets, in the shortest amount of time. You can literally order the flowers the night before, and they will ship them out the next day. If I ever need to send out some flowers, the Garden Gate Florist is my reliable preference for all my flower needs. If I ever do have a wedding, I'd go through them. They are highly knowledgeable in the floral arts, and always a pleasure to work with. Either in person or via the interwebs, they have never steered me wrong to date. They offer each floral arrangement in three different sizes and prices. You essentially get what you pay for. You will not be duped for paying for a larger arrangement. Neither will you for ordering a smaller. The smaller arrangements are generally what is pictured, they will always specify. Look no further, this is the florist you've been searching for. read more

We've been using this florist for 18 years, buying about 3 arrangements a year. Each one is more beautiful than the last! Recently, I was blessed to receive three arrangements for my birthday. One out of the three started to lose it's luster after three days. The other two remained healthy and gorgeous. I called the shop to see if I was just lucky with the other two. Their response was immediate! They said that there was no way that arrangement should dying and they insisted I bring the flowers in for a new bouquet!! Becky with Garden Gate went above and beyond for my grandma's recent funeral. I wanted my grandma's favorite scripture displayed at the funeral but was not able to find exactly what I was looking for. I ended up printing her verse and attaching it to a stand. I wanted Garden Gate to make a wreath to put around the stand. Becky asked that I drop off the stand ahead of time so that she could build the wreath around it to scale. The morning of the funeral, Becky contacted me to say the printed verse got wet from the foliage and started to ripple. She didn't want it to look bad and asked if I could print another one. She then proceeded to drive to my house to pick up the new print. She said she would take extra care to place plastic around the bottom of the stand so as not to get the scripture wet. How incredible is that! She didn't have to do that and could have easily turned a blind eye. And did I mention how beautiful the wreath was! We also ordered a standing spray that was ABSOLUTELY BREATHTAKING! Seriously the most beautiful spray I've ever seen. My grandma's favorite color was red and this spray represented her perfectly! Thank you Becky and Garden Gate for helping to honor my grandma in the most beautiful way! read more
