I had already called a couple of other florists: one didn't answer the phone after repeated calls and the other never returned my voicemail message. Eric was super helpful despite being really busy. I saw an arrangement I liked on the website and even for Mother's Day, it was very reasonably priced. I loved Eric's email communication for the order details and delivery confirmation. If you have a question or correction, you just reply to the email and he responds right away. Easy peasy! The flowers were delivered early on Friday and were beautiful. The recipient LOVED them and said she had never had flowers delivered. I would 100% use Eric again for a flower order. His level of customer service is hard to come by nowadays. Ordered flowers to be delivered to my sisters house for her birthday. Called the day before, spoke with Eric, and then placed the order online right before they closed. Delivery was set for the next day. They called my sister to schedule a time to make sure someone would be home, which I really appreciated, because of how warm it's been lately. I didn't want them sitting out for hours. Initially I had requested a morning delivery, but after they called my sister, it was sent later in the afternoon. I ordered these around midnight and they came around 12 the same day. They were also a great value, as I opted for the $25 upgrade and was very satisfied with how they filled the vase and overall presentation and quality of the flowers. They had called twice in the morning to ask about modifications to the bouquet to add some seasonal flowers and again to make sure there weren't any hitches in the delivery.
