They are amazing, beautiful flowers arrangements. Place my order online, they text me a pic before sending to my friend.

so fragrant from the pointy purple/pink flowers next to the peach daisys!

I love this flower shop, they're so courteous, quick to respond, and the product is phenomenal!

Beautiful flowers! Timely delivery! Great communication including a photo of the arrangement prior to delivery!

Beautiful flowers, my girlfriend loved them! The service was great, both the workers that contacted me were kind, and Nichole got them to my door safe and sound.

This is the $99 "pretty and peachy" flower arrangement

Had a great experience with Saddleback Flower Shop! I was very impressed that they text you a photo of your flower arrangement before they send it out to the recipient so I know exactly what's being delivered. It truly matched 99% identical to the photo they display online (which doesn't often happen if you've bought flowers online before). I will absolutely be using this flower shop for here on out, I love them!!!

If you are having it delivered, they send you a photo of the arrangement. Beautiful and exactly as represented.

Jeanne S.

I ordered the peaceful posies arrangement. Customer service was great. I called and ordered first for pick up. Then I called back hours later and asked for delivery. Not a problem at all. I tend to like more elegant arrangements, and this place has them for relatively reasonable rates. Delivery was prompt and professional. And it was cheaper than other places I've ordered from. Finally, flowers looked fresh and they were beautifully arranged.

I discovered this flower shop when searching for flowers for a 40th Wedding Celebration. We were out of town and unable to attend the event and wanted to make sure we sent the best. After reading all the positive comments for this business I was hooked. My Sister-In-Law and husband were blown away with the arrangement and actually used it as a centerpiece for their celebration. Recently, we ordered from Saddleback Flower Shop to have flowers delivered to another relative for a birthday. I didn't have to worry about the flowers being delivered. They sent a text with a photo of the arrangement and let me know they were heading out for delivery. Their customer service is absolutely superb

Thank you Jennifer from Saddleback Flower Shop for crafting a beautiful bouquet for my friend who recently loss her father. I ordered this really late at night and she had texted me with confirmation and photos early next morning. I appreciate the professionalism and her craftsmanship.

What a beautiful bouquet sent to dear friends. I described to the owner what I wanted to send to friends. She came up with a lovely arrangement that was not only beautiful but perfect for the season. She was professional and efficient! Thank you!

Saddleback Flower shop never fails to delight! We've been using them for years to send flowers to our clients in the area for various occasions. I love that they send a photo of the actual arrangement before delivery. Great service.

They always go above and beyond to make beautiful! The flowers are fresh and gorgeous and like works of art!

This is the best florist in So Cal! I use them whenever I need to send to my friends in the area. They go above and beyond. They use the best, fresh flowers. They are like a work of art! Always gorgeous!

Blessed to have this wonderful flower shop in our neighborhood! Ordered two flower arrangements with Linda last week over the phone for Professional Admin Day for pick up this Wednesday 4/22. Found out over the weekend that both recipients will be out of the office that day so sent an email (since shop is closed Saturdays and Sundays) to see if I can move the pickup day to Monday instead. Jen was super swift with a reply, letting me know that I could pick up the flowers around noon on Monday. Life-savers! The flower arrangements are gorgeous, and both recipients loved them! It's nice to be able to give the shop a budget and have them be creative...they are prettier than I imagined! Thank you, Linda and Jen!! I will be back! read more

I honestly don't even know where to begin. These are, without question, the most beautiful flowers I've ever seen!!!! The arrangements were absolutely breathtaking, and they smelled just as incredible as they looked. I wish smellivision was a thing because the fragrance was unbelievable. You could smell the flowers from across the room! The jasmine vine and dried lavender made them smell every bit as amazing as they looked. I sent them during a very difficult time, and Jen made the entire experience so easy. She was kind, compassionate, responsive, and truly went above and beyond. The recipients kept sending me photos and videos because they couldn't believe how gorgeous the flowers were. One of them even asked if they were real because they looked so perfect. Then she got closer, smelled them, and realized they were every bit as incredible as they looked. I cannot recommend Saddleback Flower Shop enough. These aren't just flower arrangements, they're works of art. I'll never order flowers from anywhere else!!! read more

Breathtaking arrangements and top-notch customer service! I cannot recommend this flower shop enough! The florist, Linda, went completely above and beyond to ensure the arrangement(s) were precisely to my liking, even sending photos for my approval before being delivered. Knowing exactly what was being sent gave me so much peace of mind, and the final bouquets were breathtakingly gorgeous. Exceptional attention to detail and Linda provided a best in class customer experience ! You can tell they love what they do! read more

I ordered an arrangement for my best friend for a special occasion. When you don't live close to each other, it's nice to show some love! First and foremost, the arrangement was beautiful! Modern and gorgeous. Secondly, what really stood out is their customer service. Due to a Maps issue, the arrangement was sent to the wrong house. The owner not only addressed my concern, but personally drove out to the house and delivered a second arrangement. She truly went above and beyond. I can't recommend them enough. Specialties

Our business specializes in creative floral design with the highest quality products, while treating our clients with the utmost respect and best customer service possible. We do not let our clients leave our store unhappy or have a poor experience. We are here to make you shine as a floral gift sender and provide the best experience possible for recipients alike.

History

Established in 1966.

We were the first flower shop in Tustin. It has gone through 4 owners, recently owned by Jennifer Wilson for the past 7 years who was a designer for the previous owner for 13 years. We strive to bring Tustin the best floral quality and customer service possible to keep our longstanding business the first choice in flowers.

Meet the Business Owner: Jennifer W.

Jennifer's mother and uncle owned a flower shop in San Clemente in the late 90's which is where she developed her love for floral design and business. After her mother passed from breast cancer in '02 Jennifer chose to follow in their footsteps and pursue owning a shop herself, receiving her business degree from CSU Fullerton. Jennifer enjoys creating custom designs using not only fresh flowers, but plant life and natural materials as well. Beyond design, she takes pride in her customer service. She finds that creating a relationship with each client and learning about their background and floral needs helps her excel in all areas during the process of working with them, from taking their order, to designing the bouquet, and delivery. Jennifer really takes pride in the business she has created and is eager to work with you.

I would recommend Saddleback Flower Shop 100%. They did the flowers for my wedding and my baby shower and the arrangements were absolutely beautiful. I got so many compliments on the arrangements at both of the events. Jen is very professional and helpful. I didn't know exactly what I wanted, just had a small idea and she helped me brainstorm and gave me lots of options and helped turn my small idea into something truly amazing. I definitely recommend using Saddleback Flower Shop for all of your events or even just for a simple arrangement for a loved one. I won't go anywhere else. read more

Wonderful florist! Very professional throughout the entire process from order taking to delivery. Arrangements are always very long lasting and tasteful. It is hard to find a trustworthy florist but I have found one with Saddleback. They pay attention to detail and go above and beyond with customer service. They have delivered flowers for me the same day I have ordered them and they usually have what I am looking for. If they don't have what I need in stock they are always able to get it within a day or two. I wouldn't go anywhere else, this place is exceptional! read more

Today was the first time I used this flower shop for Secretaries Day. I'm sure it's a busy holiday for a flower shop and it didn't help that I called the day of the holiday to order something to be delivered. The woman I spoke with took the time to get all of the details from me and was very nice. I don't know flowers very well but her suggestions were good and it made me feel comfortable and the flowers made my assistant happy. I will definitely go back after having a great first experience. read more

A huge bouquet of THANKS to the Saddleback team for their beautifully designed arrangements. Needing something very special, and not typical for a funeral, and being out of state, the Saddleback team is wonderful. From Mike's (the delivery man) eye for beauty and masculinity in arrangements to Jennifer's unique, modern and most beautiful designs, a sad event was brightened. I so appreciated our conversations, and you suggestions. A definite 5 star business!!! Thanks. LiP/Reno, NV read more

In my opinion, Saddleback Flower Shop is the best florist in Orange County. Their floral designs for special occasions, sympathy arrangements or simply everyday "thinking of you" plants and flowers are always beautifully designed, fresh and last a very long time. Both my sister and I had our wedding flowers done by Saddleback and received many compliments. I would strongly recommend Saddleback for any floral needs in the OC area. read more

They're on a corner leading into a residential area so it was easy enough to pull in and park on the street and run in. The bulk of their shop is would say is no frills. Different flowers in various buckets and then a lot of prearranged bouquets for quick service. Then they had this refrigerated back section with these goooorrrrgeous displays. Like sunflowers and roses arranged into hearts and other shapes. Like super duper Instagram worthy. The guy working was nice enough. Kind of quiet. He let me look without talking to me much. I ended up choosing two because one was really colorful with these purples and pinks and whites and the other was all yellows but the sunflowers were too pretty to pass up. He cut the stems for me and they took tap to pay. I only took a star off because they weren't the type of flowers where you can indulge in their fragrance (I didn't notice a floral scent at all) and then I feel like other florists will wrap up your bouquets in paper or something so they don't look like grocery store flowers and even when I asked about it, the guy said no.
