This place is a fave! Always consistent and always magnificent! I did a birthday order last month and a Mother's Day order just last week. Everything went smoothly and the recipients were absolutely blown away! I wanted to take an extra special moment to thank Maggie for all of her help over the phone to do a last minute order. So professional and so understanding and just made it quick and easy to send flowers the way it was pictured online right down to the container! Thank you! read more

OC Flowers and Events was our wedding venue's florist. I had met with the florist in person and sent a document on inspiration photos for my florals. The florals she provided was not quite what I had envisioned - it would have been helpful if she provided images of what flowers were available and what arrangements she was planning closer to my wedding date in case I wanted to make adjustments. It would have been helpful if she coordinated with our silk flower vendor to ensure the flowers matched my vision (I sent both vendors a detailed document of my floral inspirations for each part of the wedding), but the communication between the vendors and with myself were lacking (delay on communication and lack of clarity/transparency). read more

Finally, I've found a professional, thoughtful, and amazing flower shop near our headquarters! Since I work predominantly remote and don't go into the office every day, I love being able to send flowers or goodies to my favorite people on special occasions. This shop made the entire process seamless--from ordering to delivery to confirmation. They even texted me a photo of the flowers and balloons before they were sent out, provided updates along the way, and took a picture when the delivery was completed. The level of care and communication was truly impressive. It was such a great experience, and I look forward to doing more business with them! read more

The lady who answered my phone call on Monday @1pm provided me exceptional service! I told her the size and color of the flowers I was looking to purchase, along with my budget. She told me she needed 15 minutes to prepare the vase, but I think she only took 10 minutes! I bought these for my VP at my job, and she was thrilled to have receive such beautiful flowers. They really helped me to make the proposal special. Very friendly and warm, especially because I was so stressed out. And quick too!

Planning a wedding is stressful as is and finding vendors that you can trust is even more stressful. But I am so glad that I stumbled across OC Flowers and Events. I immediately booked a consultation with them and right off the bat they were professional and very friendly. After our consultation I booked them for my big day because they were the only florist that I talked to that made me feel like they understood my vision. Not gonna lie I was still a little nervous just because I was going in blind, but when I say that they absolutely killed my wedding day florals, they killed it! They literally turned my wedding day vision into a reality. I cannot thank them enough for making my day beautiful. If you're looking for a florist I highly recommend this company. You won't regret it! read more

I definitely struck gold here!!! I wanted to send a beautiful bouquet to my amazing Doctor and staff for going wayyyy above and beyond, even coming in when they were on evacuation watch on a Saturday to take care of me!! I live in SF and don't know any florists in that area. I've had to order blind in the past and it was not good. This time the planets aligned when I reached out to OC Flowers and Events. I had no idea how good this was going to be. Anna designed and created THE most EXQUISITE arrangement and my heart was soooo happy!! They were truly stunning as can be seen in the photo. Anna is gifted, creative, supportive, on time and definitely knows how to knock someone off their feet. I would never hesitate to use her again!! Look no further this is it! read more

I used OC Flowers and Events for both my daughter's shower and wedding. Most everything was done very well and to agreed upon colors and design. Unfortunately, they decided to change the flowers on the cake with no discussion with either myself or my daughter. I did not even think it was our cake when it was presented at the reception. When I called after the wedding they said they thought it was a better choice then what we had requested and made no offer to compensate us in any way. read more

Great service, great flowers. Very friendly people. Highly recommended. Good prices and the flowers look great

I ordered a birthday flower arrangement from OC Flowers and Events for my wife's birthday and paid ~$162 including delivery. Unfortunately, when the flowers arrived today, several of them were visibly wilted and faded, not what you'd expect at this price point or for a special occasion. I texted the shop immediately with a photo, hoping for a resolution. The employee responded that she might have overlooked something and asked if I wanted to speak to her manager about a refund. While I appreciate the gesture, she also emphasized her professional experience and the flower were fresh, which doesn't change the fact that some of the flowers were clearly past their prime on arrival, especially at a premium price point. For the price and occasion, I expected better quality control. Attaching photos here so others can judge for themselves. read more

We went to OC Flowers and events to buy flowers for my mom's celebration of life mass and reception. We met with the team at OC Flowers and they were very accommodating and talked us through how to get what we wanted within our budget. They showed us examples and gave us many options and were very reassuring. We had a situation where we didn't know how we were going to set up a dessert table and memory table at a restaurant while we were in mass, and they offered to help. This was totally not part of the flowers or their responsibility and it was so nice of them to offer to help us out. We were so relieved that they solved this problem for us and helped relieve some stress. The day of the mass and reception they were on time (actually early) and helped set up the gorgeous flowers we ordered. They took the desserts to the restaurant for us when they were going over to set up the centerpieces. The flowers looked so beautiful at the Mass and at the reception. Everyone complimented on how amazing the reception looked. We let guests take the centerpieces home and I received emails as to how much they were enjoying them. We were so pleased and grateful to OC Flowers for their efficiency, friendliness and kindness during our stressful time. They will be my 'go to' for any future events. Thank you for making our celebration beautiful. I highly recommend and we will be back! We are so glad to have found you. Thank you so much! read more

The service was too notch! Delivered exactly when requested and the flowers were very beautiful.

I found my new Florist!!! I have ordered flowers from other florist in the past and when they were delivered, they looked nothing like the picture on their website. Having had a member of the family suddenly pass, called to inquire about an arrangement to ensure it was what I was paying for. The girl I spoke with was friendly and very helpful. I have ordered flowers online, upgraded the arrangement hoping it would more impressive and added a very nice tip. Shortly there after, I recieved an email from OC Flowers with a picture of "MY" arrangement and stating that it was on its way! This was a greatly appreciated touch and showed me they had confidence in their quality and demonstrated they took pride in their work. In about an hour after placing my order, the flowers were delivered. The next day, I received the following text which great me great comfort knowing the flowers did exactly what they were suppose to do and it read; "I wanted to thank you guys again and show you how absolutely grand and stunning these flowers are!!!!! Thank you for these beautiful reminders of your love you have sent our way. Love you both and I'm so grateful for you. Sorry to be so mia but this has truly been so rough on me. Just know how thankful and grateful I am for you both. Thank you for being here for us and for your love. " I couldn't have been more happy that these flowers made such and impact and can't thank OC Flowers and Events for helping me bring comfort to another. read more

I ordered flowers from the place for our team director and they did not disappoint. They have a website where you can browse their selections and I placed an order through the phone. I was able to pick up next day! Flowers here are a bit more pricier than other florists I've been to, but I think that's normal here for OC at least. The florists here know what they're doing and the arrangement is beautiful. Will most likely come back here in the event I need flowers again! read more

I was looking for a flower shop where I would be able to get a custom blue lei for a graduation and am so happy I was able to find this place. Yolanda picked up the phone and helped me right away by asking what I needed and when I needed it by. She actually originally quoted me for a single lei but ended up realizing that the particular lei I was looking for only came in double. I didn't know this until I picked it up and she said it would be okay for me to pay the single lei price. The level of service and professionalism was far beyond my expectations in this experience that I wanted to repay her and them with this review. I've never had such an easy experience buying flowers and I would definitely come here again for all of my flower needs. Thank you Yolanda! read more

Was looking for a florist in Huntington Beach that offered same day delivery and had great reviews. OC Flowers and Events provided excellent customer service and lived up to their five star Yelp reviews indeed. I ordered a Personal Arrangement and they captured, provided, and designed exactly what I had requested according to my preference in flowers and occasion. Sarah was courteous and kind enough to give me a call regarding specific flowers in arrangement and she reconfirmed delivery date. That gesture alone reassured my choice of going with OC Flowers and Events. Thank you Sarah for creating a beautiful and stunning arrangement. read more

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY AND OWNER. They had my review taken down. I am coming back a year after my wedding to post the pictures again. See what I got versus the last two pictures which were what I sent them as inspo and they said they could recreate. Everything was supposed to be roses and baby's breath. I got tulips? Carnations? Greenery and leaves? You name it. It was horrendous. When I got home and looked in the bag I cried. When I called and asked what happened the owner said I should have looked in the bag before I took it home. I paid over $800 for what my 9 year old niece with a trip to Michael's could have done a better job. Luckily I got a refund but I had to yell at the owner for quite some time for that to happen. I then had 6 days to find another florist for my wedding. This company takes down their bad reviews. I imagine they'll try to take this one down too just like they did my review from last year when this happened. I will continue to check back and post these pictures until they leave my review up. No bride to be should have to deal with what I did with this company. read more

First time customer and they delivered a beautiful birthday arrangement for my wife with all the flowers she loves. Thank you.

OC Flowers created a sweet birthday bouquet and delivered it on time, as promised. They stayed in great communication with me, reconfirming the order details and notifying me upon delivery. Customer Service was good when ordering. I was looking for peonies and this store have it available. $15/stem of peony. I got 10, with vase and delivery turned out $198 and some change. After 4 days, the flowers are already dying before it was bloomed. Peonies did not bloom. Roses did but dead right after 4 days too. I understand it is not season of peonies so flowers won't be as good but it did not even bloom. Roses too! $198.00 and some change, definitely not worth it! I tried to contact the store by texting, they said averagely 5 days, same thing with rose. And my friend, bought the Peonies from other stores, $8/stem, and look a lot nicer. Will i return this store or recommend to others? NOPE. Quality does not match my money. CALL around and ask for second quotes! read more
