I called last minute for some homecoming corsage and boutonniere. They were so nice to accommodate my request. When I picked up the flowers, I asked if they can add more emerald green ribbon to them. They were so nice and did it on the spot! The flowers were beautiful and matched their outfits perfectly. I went in to this very cute place that smelled so delightful. I walked up to the counter and a woman came out and asked what I needed. I let her know that I was looking on buying a rose bouquet. She said they had fresh flowers and walked to the area that had roses. She asked what color? I told her I wanted pink ones. She asked me if I wanted it in a vase or bouquet I said bouquet. She asked me to wait and went to the back. She came out maybe 10 mins later with that beautiful bouquet. I thanked her and told her they were so beautiful. It was a dozen pink roses for $89 which I felt was a great price compared to another store I had gone to. The flowers were a hit and were loved. Will most definitely be coming back here! read more

If you order flowers from here, do not make the order via the phone. The system is not clear and you will have to make numerous follow-ups to receive somewhat of a receipt via text. I wanted to use a local flower shop rather than my traditional vendor for this special delivery and that was my mistake. My receipt does not even show where/if the delivery was made, if the gift message requested was printed, and doesn't detail anything of the order other than it was for a "fresh arrangement". As the customer, I have been left completely in the dark and am made to reach out to the family to in fact confirm that they received their delivery, as ordered. This whole experience has certainly left me feeling a bit unsettled as I really thought I did enough research to find a great alternative. read more

This store has such beautiful flower arrangements, plants, and unique gifts. The owner, Billie, is so nice here too! They currently have the cutest Christmas decorations and best smelling candles. We loved seeing the cute little tree and all it's wonderful ornaments. Besides all of the beautiful arrangements in the case, there is also a great selection of plants and flowers throughout the store. We also like the crosses and other religious items. The owner is also fond of antiques and vintage books, like my son, and they enjoy talking about their love for old things. It's great seeing my son light up when he talks about his favorite subject! Very disappointed with the arrangement, called in and the customer service was not very friendly either. I asked for the Possibly Pink arraignment on the website and the woman helping me had no idea what I was talking about. How are you not aware of the product you're selling?! I was put on hold 4 times... while placing the order, I asked for a moment to get my payment for order, the woman who was assisting me then said ok "I'll out you on hold too," waited for 10 minutes. Upon arrival, the flower arrangements looked nothing like the picture, totally different flowers. They even charged me extra, which is fine I paid, but the lilies didn't even come with them. They charged me $90 for an underwhelming arrangement of flowers, that weren't the ones I asked for. The one star is for the delivery, got delivered an hour earlier than quoted. I would praise the time that it took to put together but the arrangement wasn't the one I wanted. read more

Didn't actually place an order because I was almost done when I realized it said same day delivery needed to be placed by 12:00 and it was 12:01 and when I called at 12:01 hoping they would still honor it they said I was too far away for their delivery...I live 11 minutes from them.
