My favorite flower shop!! I've received and ordered flowers from the family! My husband at the time ordered me some roses from here and my Bouquet was absolutely breathtaking! He was not the type of guy who spent on extras so I ended up finding out that the balloons attached and the box of chocolate that came with it were from them. Made my heart melt. A huge group from church also collected money for a friend of ours who had just found out she had breast cancer and we had flowers sent to her that were sooo beautiful! She loved her flowers and they lasted a long time. Those are just 2 incidents. I've used them a lot and guarantee you'll be happy with your purchase all the time. Please try them out and give them a chance. I did and I don't regret it, you won't either. They are very, very nice. I just ordered flowers for my mom and they were delivered on time and beautiful! What I order vs what I got! I am so angry I ordered this for my sister in law that just got surgery and me living in a different state I decided to send flowers to make her feel better and they show up with this. I was so embarrassed didn't even now what to tell her but to explain the situation! I took the complaint with Door Dash and they refunded me my money but it's not even about that it's about them fulfilling the order correctly! My family and I will take our business else where because I am writing reviews on every page they come up on. I just don't understand how they are still in business. I made the mistake of not looking at the reviews before ordering from them, but I was very very disappointed with my order. They didn't have the exact tea cup where the flowers would be arranged in, which was fine they were able to accommodate me with another one, but when I saw the delivery I was in shock at how much of a difference it was from what I had in front of me to what was shown on the picture online. Totally different! The whole arrangement was completely different and super small for what I paid for. Safe to say I'm never ordering from them again. read more

I order the birthday arrangement (40$) and I got the worse ones (NOTHING TO THE PICTURE) I called to ask for a refund or exchange and immediately the manger was yelling over the phone, that I'm wrong and to take it up with DoorDash, I wasn't even mad to the point where she hung up on me. It's a small shop owned/ran by a husband and wife. They were so nice and patient helping me and my mother pick out an arrangement. My family wanted to send me congratulations flowers for starting a new job! They were so helpful and accommodating! Not to mention, they had beautiful flowers and arrangements already made. They also had a bunch of other little nick knack merchandise for purchase, but we just stuck to the flowers. My mom decided to go the extra mile and add a balloon to the arrangement which made the perfect finishing touches! They delivered my flowers on a Monday around 11:30ish and boy was I the talk of the office on my first day! Everyone oooed and ahhhed at how beautiful and extravagant the arrangement was. The cost was very good too! It was only about $64 for a HUGE and I mean HUGE arrangement of assorted flowers, a balloon, tax, and delivery fee. That is definitely not bad at all for the amount of flowers I received. They were also delivered in a basket which was handy for carrying home! Needless to say, I have recommended this florist to all my new coworkers, family, friends, relatives! They are wonderful and I (as well as everyone that has seen my flowers) are very impressed and pleased with them! Very upset with this shop. Those bad reviews below are true. Their service is simply unreliable. I placed an order here, to have it delivered the next day. After waiting for a whole day without delivery, I lost my patience, so called in 2 times to check. The shop lady promised to deliver it asap, 1 hr 30 minutes later still no show (it's 10min drive away from your shop, kidding me?). Told her to deliver it BEFORE 4PM, my girlfriend couldn't wait, so she left. It's her birthday, the flower was meant to surprise her, but I got unpleasantly surprised instead, of their service. As I am now writing this review, no delivery has been made, and my gf already left. I would never come back here. Update: So the flowers came, and looks nothing like on the website. They substitute the pink roses with cheap red ones, flowers look aged, and even cheaped out the candles. Worst $80 I ever spent. Please stay away for this business everyone read more

I've received flowers twice from here. They are nice and last a little less than a week. My biggest pet peeve are their notes. They make lines in pen and then wrote your note on these solid blue lines. My second time receiving flowers "happy" was spelled H-A-P-P-E. Why didn't this person throw out the card and get a new one? I called the shop and the lady told me "it was human error" regarding miss spelling. This was after she stated my boyfriend could not spell "happy." I just wanted an apology. It was disappointing she placed blame on my boyfriend and then "him" at the flower shop. read more

Truly an unpleasant experience. My grandmother who is here visiting from outside of the country received flowers from my aunt. The first batch she received was not the bouquet my aunt had paid for. So my aunt had to call back so that they could deliver the bouquet she had actually ordered. A day later, here comes the delivery guy with a new set of flowers. My grandmother who speaks no English opens the door to receive the new set of flowers, and from my bedroom I can hear this man being so disrespectful to her. I then go to the door and to my "surprise" the flower shop sent the exact same bouquet that was wrong the first time. I let the delivery guy know the situation. And all he had to say was " I don't know but I'm not coming back here " as he walked away with the old set of flowers. Receiving flowers is suppose to be a pleasant experience. Worst customer service!! The flowers were supposed to be deliver for Christmas, found them dead, on New Year's Day while gardening, behind a tree in the corner of the yard, no where near the front door. When I called, the man on the phone insisted it was our fault for not seeing the flowers, and would not even let me get a word in to speak. Don't ever order from here they are absolute trash. They claim not to have your order because they ran out of paper according to them but take your money for online orders. Upside-Great little flower shop! I went in 2 days before valentines day and was able to order a beautiful arrangement! For the most part they were all pretty fresh! They were very patient with me to help me out considering the last minute notice. The downfall-I was set to pick up the arrangement at a certain time. and they were late on opening the store. Apparently no one has taught Violet how to treat the customer with respect. We received two vases of her flowers at a funeral. Two days after the funeral, these flowers were already wilted and brown. When I called to talk to them about the flowers, I was told that they were delivered in good condition. Rather than attempting to remedy the situation, she chose to place blame on the mortuary, the weather (82' outside) and me for throwing out the water (not true). The flowers were kept indoors, out of natural light and the water was only drained for the drive home. I told her that I thought she would stand behind her flowers, and she said she was by calling me back. She told me how expensive white flowers are and repeated that they were delivered in good condition. I continued to agree that they were delivered in good condition. Only after informing her I would not be a repeat customer, she agreed to make me another smaller arrangement. I fear that they take advantage of customers at their most vulnerable time. Maybe she hoped that the flowers would stay at the graveside and we really could blame the weather for them not lasting. I was going to have my SIL pick up the replacement flowers since it was on her way to my house. Violet said we would have to bring in the dead flowers, so I had to do it myself. The "replacement" pink roses are turning brown less than 24 hours later. read more

I cannot believe the lack of professionalism from this place. I am still disgruntled and jarred that anyone working with something as beautiful as flowers can exhibit such behaviors. I got a call after a class from a man who said he had a flower arrangement for me but that he could not walk with the flower arrangement. He did not specify why but continued to emphasize this, demanding that I figure out how to walk to a business adjacent to my apartments to pick up the arrangement. I gave him directions and offered to give him the gate code for entry and I explained that I was at school so I couldn't pick them up from him. He suggested anything but simply walking to the apartment. He complained that the apartment is on the second floor and inside a gated community. This aggravated me. I asked him how they manage to "deliver" flowers if they refuse to walk anywhere. He exclaimed, "ARE YOU TELLING ME HOW TO RUN MY BUSINESS?!" To which I explained my surprise at the operation of flower deliveries that do not actually deliver. He retorted, "SURPRISED?! FUCK YOU, BITCH!" Someone ordered flowers for me and instead I got cursed out by a lazy delivery man! Very nice! I'm sure that's exactly what was paid for! When I tried calling the business directly, they refused to give a refund and offered to have me pick up the arrangement or to have someone else deliver it.
