If there were zero stars, I would put zero stars. My sister and I are extremely disappointed and upset with both the service and the floral arrangement we ordered for our Mom for Mother's Day with Conroy's Flowers Tustin. We have been regular customers of Conroy's Flowers Tustin which makes this experience even more disappointing. The flowers delivered looked nothing like what was advertised or described when we placed the order. The arrangement appeared rushed and without thought to the order that was placed, and it did not reflect what we paid for at all. For such an important occasion, we expected much better quality, care, and attention to detail. On top of that, the customer service experience was frustrating and unhelpful. Customer was not helpful when we reached out with our concerns, the solutions offered were not a satisfactory resolution to the issue. Our concerns did not feel taken seriously, which only added to our disappointment. Mother's Day is a meaningful holiday, and it was upsetting to have something meant to make our Mom feel special end up being such a disappointment. We DO NOT recommend this business. read more

We were very happy with the sympathy flowers we purchased from Conroy - a local florist actually located in Tustin! They have a website with photos which helped us make the choice. They delivered the same day we ordered it. They even called us to let us know of an issue with the type of flowers included. we were in a pinch to arrange flowers for a funeral service nearby at the Saddleback Chapel. Since the funeral venue did not do flowers in house they referred me to this Conroy's (800) flower shop. The gentlemen who picked up the phone to take my order was nice even though I didn't know how to order flowers for a funeral. The employee who completed the arrangement sent me pictures to confirm if it was to standard. They were also able to add gold to some flowers since that is the color the beloved/departed liked. They were able to deliver it next day to the funeral home by the time promised. While the price was $$$$ I appreciated they were able to deliver. Thank you to this flower shop team. read more

We selected a large sympathy arrangement for a funeral off of the shop's website but the florist used daisies and babies breath in lieu of white lilies. For those who understand that the TYPE of flower, not just the color holds meaning, the arrangement looked appropriate for a child's birthday party, not the respectful condolences we wished to convey to the family. The florist on the phone didn't acknowledge type, focusing solely on color. We gave the florist the opportunity to rectify: send out lilies the next day (they didn't exactly say whether they had run out and hence the substitution, but white lilies were to arrive the next day and the family was only 3 miles away), she said she'd check with the manager, but no response. Very disappointed with the execution on a very expensive floral arrangement. read more

Absolutely Horrible! They are so disrespectful and so impolite and (-00) for customer service! Flowers are really old and not fresh! Adding too much fillers not much flowers! I paid $120 for the flower arrangement and the only thing I asked very nicely to add 2more branch to the left side,,only because I saw it's empty and didn't match with the other side,,only 2more branch didn't ask for Roses or Lily's! Any flower to match the other side.. But 3of the workers at the shop,, They yield at me with so much bad attitude and made fun at me and so impolite and it was an absolutely horrible experience! Yesterday was the anniversary of my husbands death. My daughter who lives out of state sent me a huge potted Peace Lily. It was delivered from Conroy's Flowers, 13791 Newport Ave. Ste1, Tustin. As I carried the plant into the house it was dripping water. When set on my kitchen counter dirt was falling from the plastic lined basket and there was a trail of it from the front door, and looks like it may have been dropped. Every time you touch or move the basket dirt is everywhere. I'm convinced that there must be a tear in the plastic liner. The basket is cheaply made, poor quality. Anyone who orders plants/flowers knows how expensive they are. I could go out and purchase a pot and replant but I feel the flower shop should pick up this defective plant and bring a nice one. When I called the store I was told I could either bring it to their store or replant it myself. I am a senior and don't plan to drive that far. Why should I be inconvenienced for their poor quality product. Terrible customer service. Buyer beware. read more

I can't tell if this place is shady or if they're just really bad at what they do. I asked 1-800-Flowers to stop sending my order to Conroy's since my delivery never looks like the picture. Cheaper flowers are used, less variety is used, etc. Flowers can't be ugly, but they can definitely be other than for what you paid. I get that inventory can run low and they may have to substitute, but the majority of the bouquet should match.... And not mismatch each time. I order flowers weekly and the only time they're ever Instagram fail worthy is when they're delivered from here. Not sure how to block them from being assigned my order. For example, a recent order had roses, mums, green moss, baby's breath, and some other flowers. My $100+ bouquet had 4 roses, no baby's breath, no mums, no moss.... But it did have an abundance of carnations tinted green. So tacky and cartoonish. I like flowers for natural beauty, not St. Paddy's Day leftovers. read more

I was surprised to read some bad reviews about this place. But it did not stop me from dropping by and inquiring about their funeral flowers. When I entered their shop, they were pretty busy with flower arrangements and orders. That was a good sign I thought. It meant that they had lots of customers ordering flowers from them regardless of some negative reviews. This location is in business for years. I moved to Tustin 13 years ago and this place was already opened. I always wondered how they survive by just selling flowers. Now I knew why... they have fresh beautiful flowers and varieties of floral arrangements. Their prices were definitely lower than the other 2 flower shop that I called. The good part, it was closer to the Mortuary Chapel where my Dad's funeral service was held. The guy and the Asian lady that helped me were very nice. She was friendly and accommodating. I assume she was the Manager. Even gave me a store discount and a Free small pillow with roses to put inside my Dad's casket. That was a kind and thoughtful gesture. Because of the store discount, I was able to get another big flower arrangements. The total value of the flowers that I ordered was over $1K but I paid less than $1K and have the flowers that I wanted for my Dad. My family loved them. We heard good feedback from family and guests during the funeral service. They delivered the flowers on time. Which is a plus! I highly recommend this flower shop. Holy smokes, please go elsewhere! Yesterday I ordered a sweet basket of flowers with a little dog made of flowers to be sent to my dear friend who just lost her beloved dog. I live in Newport but my friend lives an hour away in La Verne. Conroys sent my order to a florist in La Verne with a 1 star rating. Not only was it not delivered but they sent the totally wrong arrangement A day late after I had to beg them! The other florist called me...they had the wrong name on the card, the wrong message on the card and the wrong bouquet. After being told they were busy and didn't have time to get clarification on this I finally convinced them where this arrangement was to be sent and they sent it today. Fast forward to 4 hours later it was delivered and it was the completely wrong arrangement. Both florists threw each other under the bus and the one in LaVerne sent me the invoice saying that they were out of the flowers that were needed for the dog arrangement and the owner of convoys said it was okay just to send another arrangement without even asking me. I of course asked for a refund at which time Conroys told me that they would issue the refund but the other shop would more than likely repossess the flowers from my friend... I kid you not! Well I called the other shop and because of their screw up as well as Conroys they did not repossess my friends flowers... Below I will show you the flowers that I ordered specifically because she lost her dog and then I will show you a picture of what they sent without even asking me.
