I wanted to send roses to my mother in Las Vegas, I had a great experience a few years ago with beautiful roses for a funeral so I stopped by this week, I ordered 8 yellow roses and 8 yellow carnations in a vase, wrote a card with all her loved ones one by one. She called me crying because they were beautiful, fresh great value, just as I ordered, with card and everyone listed, and a butter fly. If your in the neighborhood make sure you give them your business as they surely deserve it read more

Do not go I went to this business to buy flowers for a funeral while I was there I saw a pot that I wanted to buy for my garden that said it was 10 dolllar when I went to pay they told me my total was 102.75 and I said that doesn't make sense the pot says 10 dollars and she said oh that's wrong it's 25 I told her oh nvm it says 10 I don't know why it charging me 25 dollars I asked her to remove it and asked what my new total was and she said 102.75 I told her no the price without the vase and she said yes this is the ur new price. So in conclusion they raised up the price on the flowers to match the price of something I didint want to get read more

I've given the floral arrangement delivered today One Star short of having been the best. My Wife loved the arrangement and early delivery today however, the bonehead that wrote out the card didn't know the difference between it having been for our Anniversary and instead sent it out with a Birthday announcement. I guess this to be expected when a minimum wage worker is left to label the cards. Next time, if there is one, I won't include a card. I guess it could've been worse if it had been sent out with a sympathy card. eeeuuu!!! read more

If you want great customer service and beautiful flowers for any event or occasion then try this place. They did our flowers for our wedding and everyone was in disbelief how beautiful the flowers were. They are so quick for set up and professional. I can not give you a single complain about them. They will go the extra mile for your wedding. We had a Catholic wedding mass and a reception at another location and they were never late. They were so quick to set up and clean up. read more

This place was great. I explained that I wanted a wreath with black, white, and silver for a beloved Raider fan. The wreath was awesome. I had gone to the Downtown Flower district, the price was lower in downtown, however having to pay for parking, the gas used, and my time spent. I was going to pay about the same amount. I was well worth it getting the wreath from Robinson's Flowers read more

Not impressed. Order a dozen roses with glitter for wife's birthday. Came by to pick it up. Roses are not even fresh looking. The arrangement is mediocre at best. The glittering job was sloppy. The carnation look "dead" and not vibrant at all. Crossing this place off my list. Just my two cents... read more

AMAZING! Very quick, easy, and stress-free. I needed flowers very last minute sent to a friend. I ordered the flowers at 12:30pm and they arrived later that day around 4. The rose bouquet was absolutely gorgeous. It brought a huge smile to my friends face, completely made her day. It took me no more than 5 minutes to order the flowers online and have them sent. read more

I don't usually buy flowers but when I do, its from this place. (I used to go somewhere in La Habra but they closed down for some odd reason.) The prices are fair and they keep a wide variety of fresh flowers in stock. I have seen several other Robinsons flower shops around Hacienda heights area... I dont know if its the same owner, but this place has never let me down. read more

Highest quality flowers and excellent selection. I've used this branch three times. Highly recommend!

I LOVE this place and the outstanding work they do. My first time coming out was last year for my son's Jr. prom. I searched for a florist in Whittier that designed corsage and boutonniere but they all did ONLY the traditional designs. So, I came out here just by driving bye and I am so glad I stopped! The florist has a very creative and unique eye for designs and you will see what I am talking about with the photos I'm going to post. So again I came back for my son's senior prom for La Serna high school and again the florist knew exactly what I wanted. I bought the stuff at Michael's and explained what I wanted and she knew what I was talking about. I am very pleased with the service, the prices, and the quality of the products. read more

Last minute order and they delivered a wonderful and elegant arrangement. Thank you guys

I went in with a Prom flower emergency. They turned down my business because of Mothers day. I understand the short notice, but to flat out turn down business instead of trying to help out in an emergency is not understandable to me. I was even willing to pay extra & let them tell me what flowers they would have available due to short notice. read more

Great service, awesome selection of flowers and beautiful bouquets. Definitely recommend.

I went to the store after speaking with a representative on the phone, he stated that he would help me make an arrangement for funeral. When I arrived I advised the female rep. that we had a budget of $80 and that I was coming from a local school and we wanted to send flower to a student who had lost her father. The treated me with disrespect and wouldn't even bother to listen to me they wanted me to purchase what they wanted at the price that they wanted. The representatives at tho store were extremely rude and didn't have any kind of sympathy that we were trying to send flowers to a student who had just lost her father. I will definitely never go back to this store again. If this is the way they treat people for funeral services how do they treat just a typical Joe that's walking in. read more
