I needed to place an out of town order and checked online and picked Sapphire because of their higher ratings. Their website showed real arrangements, not those boring generic ones ! I placed the order and it was delivered without any issues( except I did not provide a contact number and their was a needed gate code; but they found a way!!!!. I live nearby & I love supporting small businesses. So, when my uncle passed, I didn't hesitate to give this small business a try. I ordered the $200 seasonal mix to have delivered for the funeral. Since it was a seasonal mix, I was unsure of how the final arrangement would look. I trusted for $200 it would be full of flowers. I requested two favors of the florist : 1. Please send me a picture of the final arrangement so I know what I paid for. 2. Please let me know once the flowers get delivered to my aunt so I know she got them. Neither one of my favors were done for me. I had to call three days later and ask if they were delivered. "Oh, yes, they were delivered yesterday", he said. I finally DID get a picture of the flowers, but not from the florist. I got the picture from my aunt. The arrangement was sparse and not worthy of $200. Needless to say me and my sisters were disappointed in Sapphire Florist. I will not be ordering from them again. Sorry. read more

Absolutely loved working with Alyssa for my wedding in June 2025 at the Christmas House. She really brought my vision for wedding flowers to life! I got my dream bouquet and my bridesmaids loved their bouquets. Both myself and some of my bridesmaids dried and kept them! I really appreciated that she listened to what I wanted and helped me consider cost. We also got a ton of compliments on the centerpieces and everyone wanted to take them home!
