Bad service overpriced old flowers rude to my wife on Mother's Day of all days go to staters or Cárdenas cheaper and fresher

Came in and purchase two white single roses with baby breaths.They tried to sell me old wilted flowers and I asked for new ones the man said I just have to clean them up and gave me some better looking ones and said just to clean them up.Not good business for a flower shop as they were spray painting flowers right outside the door. read more

Went to buy an arrangement since it was on my way and my friend has been telling me about this place for a while. Everyone greeted me when I entered. I found an all white arrangement that I liked in the glass display. I asked if they could add a small touch of blue and they said no problem. The young gentleman added some blue roses in a quick minute and then rang me up. They didn't even charge me for the add on and I think the price was a very good deal for the size of the arrangement. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes and the gentleman even carried the arrangement out to my car which I REALLY appreciated since I had my one year old baby with me. They have no sort of customer service experience. How do you have a business with multiple locations but lack customer experience the way they talk to you is so monotone like if it's a bother that you are at their shop you have to ask them if they can help you instead of them asking you if you need help they don't even acknowledge that you're in the store. Basically they're doing you a favor that you're there not the other way around. read more

Very bad service. Wanted to get flowers for my wife. Charging me extra 10 for a banner and extra to change the banner to a different flowers that I liked. Wanted to pay debit or zelle. They didnt have that option. Only cash or debit charging another extra. 10 in tax. Lost a good $100+ sale. Won't go back here. What was so hard in waving 10 bucks tax charge and another 10 for just changing the banner to a different flowers. Bad customer service. read more

The "policy " is 30 day credit no refunds . Who would want to shop after this experience . I don't need 30 day credit I need my money back. They give store credit so they can get a refund from their merchants. Customer service is terrible! Store was cluttered!! Walked in and there was only one person working. No acknowledgment of our presence, no I will be with you in a minute. She was putting together a bouquet and talking to someone in Spanish. When she wasn't talking I tried to ask a question and her response was one minute. I could tell it was going to be a while and clearly helping me wasn't a priority so I left and gave my business to someone else. Will NOT return to this store! read more

I placed an order of a heart shaped boxed of roses on 2/06. Perris Flowers asked me to make a deposit through Zelle and so i did on 2/7. I never received a confirmation of my order, I was not asked what address to send my order to, I was not asked if I would like note along with my order. I called several times and got hung up on. This establishment is extremely unprofessional, they stole my money and I will be sure to leave a review so other people do not go through the same experience. You have ruined my valentines plans, I will be disputing this transaction with my bank.
