This shop carries a wide variety of flowers, bouquets, and arrangements. They had several arrangement options available for walk-in and provided even more options for advanced order. The arrangements that were available looked beautiful and fresh. The arrangement I chose was competitively priced and included a tray to keep the vase stable along with a card, envelope, and holder. I could tell the florist was on the phone when I walked in, but she ended her conversation and addressed me quickly. I appreciate her prompt attention. My wife loved her arrangement and got so many compliments from her coworkers. read more

Eternal Bloom Flowers - Arrangement of pink roses and stargazer lilies purchased on 12/12. Photo taken on 12/15. Still look & smell wonderful. - Flowers & Gifts Near Me - Perris, California

Went in during the week to get a bouquet for my girlfriend and the Owner of the store was a bit rude, as if I was bothering her by coming in. Another girl who was a bit younger there ended up helping me and she was kind! Not sure if it's just what they had but I got some roses and they started wilting almost immediately. Thought I would try another spot from my usual florist and try somewhere closer to my girlfriend but didn't work out this time. Won't be going back read more

Eternal Bloom Flowers - The Prettiest Picture (deluxe) bouquet - Flowers & Gifts Near Me - Perris, California

I ordered the Deluxe, while I do understand that it will probably never fully look exactly like the pictures you see i do expect it to look full and lush like the picture. It was extremely lacking for $100.00 ($30being delivery) I am unable to use my phone during work so I just got the picture of the delivery and the store is closed so I will be calling tomorrow to let them know my disappointment in the arrangement. read more

I ordered 6 roses from You and I Flowers online using their website. The flowers delivered on time, and they look beautiful and fresh. The price was pretty standard with free delivery. In addition, they left a hand written card, which showed that they took the delivery and order personally. I will be using You and I again. read more

I came here last minute on V-Day and the staff, especially Alaine, were absolutely WONDERFUL and SUPERB! I couldn't have asked for better service. I ordered a rose with 2 balloons and ended up leaving with more than what I paid due to her kindness and generosity. A+++++ I will definitely come here again! read more

Came here to buy for the 1st time, trying to support local businesses but they are closed. Sign says Mon-Fri 10am-5pm. It's Wednesday 4:15pm. I won't consider this place again for flowers, if your hours have changed, it would be nice to update your sign. read more

Okay so attached is a photo of what I ordered as portrayed on their website. Also attached is a photo of what they delivered for my grandpa's funeral. Im not happy. It was missing all of the greenery that is supposed to be there that adds height and dimension and instead of the green flowers within the arrangement as shown (which looked on the website like zinnia or pompom flowers) there were flowers spray painted an almost neon green instead (looked like daisies that had been sprayed). The delivery lady said she had made it bigger to try to make up for it, but that just made the tacky looking neon green flowers even more noticeable. read more

Spoke to Natalie, absolutely horrible service. I have been calling since 2pm on Valentine's Day, to find out my delivery of flowers was never delivered to my wife. I asked Natalie why they were not delivered, she said, "It is Valentine's Day, lots of orders, we messed up on your order. " I told her I called her since 2pm, so she could still deliver and she could not even call the delivery driver because she had three delivery drivers, which she apparently had none of the drivers phone numbers. And now they want me to come in the store for a cash refund. read more

Awesome job. Thank you so much my wife loved the flowers. First time ordering with you and it was a great experience, I first called spoke with Someone, she gave me great info. My friend had a loss in her family. I was able to send flowers the same day I ordered them. I received a confirmation email that my order was processed and an email confirming they were delivered. I forgot to write a note or even add my name. I got a call from the shop verifying that I wanted to send the flowers without a note. I'm thankful I got the call because I accidentally put in the order without writing a note. The standard flowers also arrived even prettier than I expected. I would order from here again. FYI, I ordered online through my phone. read more

Eternal Bloom Flowers - The standard flowers I ordered. They came out nicer than the advertised pic in my opinion. - Flowers & Gifts Near Me - Perris, California

I wish I could give less than a star, this place is horrible if not a fraudulent business all together. My husband ordered flowers for me for Valentines day yesterday from Flowers and I and they failed to deliver. Upon returning home I called many times with no answer and their inbox was full. After spending $103 on 12 flowers, you would think they could call to say we will return your money but have yet to hear to from them. Do not order from them they are horrible. We will be disputing the charge. read more

I believe they are under new management therefore the previous review is not relevant anymore. They have a great assortment of arrangements, the flowers are fresh and the new owners/management is so nice! read more

This flower shop is wonderful and they have beautiful flowers. My mother was very happy about her birthday flowers!

Very disappointed. Very limited flower choice, required 3+ days advance, very difficult communication. Could not place an order.

Great flowers... Specially with the new owners! The prices are fair and flowers are always on great conditions. Highly recommend it. read more

This place is wonderful they have great service , every place has there busy times and it is more than understandable that they will come across problems with orders and i can only imagine how crazy they get when its valentines day or mothers day so i dont understand how people can be so arrogant and be mad about their orders if they know that its the busiest days and they feel the need to be calling every 5 mins to ask about their orders, even knowing that there phones must go off like crazy , i sure would like to see them do better ! People these days need to think about reality and be more considerate , i say this from expierience i have worked for a florist in my past. This place as far as i have been coming here for the past 4 years is the best place in town!! read more

OK, so this is the first year I can't spend the day with my mom on her birthday. I decide to order a really nice floral arrangement from a local shop. The shop calls my mother (aka the recipient) and tells her there was a problem with my card. Problem #1 - They spoil the surprise. I call the shop to resolve the issue and she claims I am too upset (wouldn't you be if they ruined your surprise?). She asks what will make me happy and I reply "Simply make it right. When she gets the flowers make sure they look like the photo." She goes on to say that the pictures are from Teleflora and so the plate (the design calls for one instead of the usual vase) is not included and that it will arrive in a "plastic". Problem #2 - False advertisement (the description made no mention of the "no plate"). She then says she cannot make me happy and declares she is canceling my order as she will not be able to satisfy me. She claimed I was too picky. I call Teleflora thinking that this shop is associated with them and they say they are not. I look up the arrangement in the Teleflora designs and find the same one (plate included) for a few bucks more. Yes this local shop will deliver for $10 bucks and the arrangement is about $7 less, but Teleflora has coupons all over the web which makes it cheaper to order through Teleflora, and chances are you'll get what you order. Problem #3 - Bad Business Practices. I barely raised by voice, never even asked for a discount, and yet I was too picky for requesting the arrangement look like the photo they have on their site. read more
