Not only did she understand but she elevated the look I wanted to achieve. I was absolutely blown away when I walked into the banquet hall for the first time. I immediately felt close to her during our interactions and she knew I'm a control freak but she asked me to trust her and I'm so glad I listened. Another unique thing she did was offer a flower market trip so I could see the options I had and I got a whole class on flowers. I loved that I felt like I was making an informed decision with my florals. She absolutely exceeded my expectations. I would recommend her in a heartbeat.

And Mae Mae didn't just meet that dream... she exceeded it in every possible way. From the beginning, working with her felt like working with a friend (which was such a cute bonus since we found out she actually knows my husband from the coffee industry!). She was incredibly attentive and detail-oriented. Scheduling multiple meetings, responding quickly to every text and question, and walking us through her creative process step by step. I loved getting to see photos the week of our wedding as she picked up the blooms and began styling everything. You could feel how much care she poured into her work. And then the wedding day came... and I truly had no words. She knocked it out of the park. I wanted to cry because it was more beautiful than I ever could have imagined. Despite our wedding venue already being such a naturally beautiful venue that can stand on its own, the florals completely transformed the space and brought my vision to life in the most breathtaking way. Mae Mae has such an eye for creating beautiful floral arrangements. I loved her work so much that I had my wedding bouquet preserved and pressed into a large frame that now hangs in our home, a pendant necklace that I wear, a ring dish for my wedding rings, and an ornament for our Christmas tree each year. That's how much her work meant to me. Mae Mae is beyond talented, professional, and creative. She was one of my absolute favorite vendors, and I will forever be grateful for the magic she created for our big day. Mae Mae and her work is worth every single penny! Highly, HIGHLY recommend!

WOW - where do I start? I've been waiting to give Lisa my review until I could post my wedding…read morephotos too, but believe me -- I have not stopped thinking about what magic she created for my wedding day! Let me say first that I was such a scrappy DIY bride, so I was really looking for a day-of coordinator I could trust. I did many calls with other coordinators and I was looking out for folx who really pressure you to have a cookie cutter wedding and play into the wedding industry. Lisa was not like that at all, she felt like one of my friends and was totally on board with working with the blank canvas of my venue. She was so easy to work with and made me feel really confident the day-of. She was hands down the best money spent from all my vendors at my wedding. Examples of Lisa's magic: - She was a serious partner in crime! I come from a background of event planning myself, so I recognized that I was a bit of a hyper detailed and logistically obsessed bride. I literally had made my production schedule before I had even met with her! This type of thing would normally irritate the hell out of an event coordinator, but honestly Lisa just felt like someone who was my partner. She saw what I had created and helped me build off of what I got started and she just made me feel like I wasn't in it alone anymore. - She would go above and beyond! We had a mix-up with our cocktail hour where our caterer came in and left some of the food on the side where it wasn't easily found. Lisa and her assistant jumped in immediately once she saw the need. She straight up started serving our hor d'orves to all of our guests so that the food we spent good money on wouldn't be hidden in the corner. - She handled extra coordination with ease! We had a mariachi parade and a shuttle coming in and out of our venue. She was able to coordinate all of this seamlessly with her assistant. I was worried about the coordination of our shuttle in particular- and without a single worry my guests were coming in and speaking so highly of the amazing coordination of the entire day. These are just a few examples of how amazing Lisa is. So do yourself a favor and give her a call for your special day. Thank you so much Lisa for all the ways you helped make my wedding the best weekend of my life.

Words can truly not express my gratitude for Lisa. Naturally, I'm a pretty good planner, but when…read moreit came to the wedding planning process I was pretty clueless. I started out interviewing wedding planners. Out of all of them, Lisa was hands down my favorite. I remember explaining to my husband instantly- she was the one and we needed to book her ASAP. Looking back at all we went through (Covid) Lisa was the best thing that ever happened to me. Below are some reasons why: Organized- Lisa makes it her #1 duty to stay organized. She kept all notes in one folder, sent us cal reminders on deadlines, never missed a beat and was always ready, organized & prepared. Connections- With all of the positive connections she has developed with vendors in the industry she was able to get us great deals on DJ, Photographer & flowers. Vision- Lisa completely understands individual couples visions and her portfolio is an example of this. In planning 3 (yes, 3- Covid) weddings, she adjusted the vision to each setting/time of day/vibe accordingly. Thoughtful- Those little things you see in the movies and never for a second think that's real life? Yeah, she will make it happen. *jLO wedding planner vibes* Kind- With all of the stress & pressure Lisa maintained a nothing but kind attitude. She rolled with the punches and made sure no one was stressed. Can make anything happen- after so many cancellations and doing away with things, 3 days before our wedding I asked Lisa if there was any way we could get a string quartet (yikes, I'm a nightmare) not only did Lisa make it happen, they were playing our songs (walk down the aisle, first dance, etc) that we were no longer having due to simplified Covid wedding. All and all, I can't say enough good things about Lisa as a wedding planner. If you are looking for someone that is a friend in the process, will understand your vision, organized, and just AMAZING- look no further.

I asked around, and met Dana over the phone. Ever since then, we'd developed a close friendship and I've watched her talent and business grow over the years. So it was without question that I hired her for my second wedding party in June 2014 for my wedding at Boston's Pequitside Farm. I loved the process of planning with Dana. She itemized every item very clearly on an Excel, and had this program where she could illustrate how a bouquet or centerpiece would look like. It was like watching her creative process unfold right before my eyes. I told Dana my vision for a modern and elegant black and white wedding. She gave me the most dreamiest bouquet filled with all of my favorite flowers - blush peonies, cymbidium orchids, cala lillies, and much, much more. If only I could freeze the bouquet forever! Everything was so much more beautiful than I could ever have imagined, the centerpieces were the talk of town!!!!! All the girls at the wedding swooned over the flowers and I gave each centerpiece to a close girlfriend who lives in Boston so that they can enjoy in the future. Do not hesitate to hire Dana as your florist. I vouch for her creative talent and vision completely.
