In my humble opinion, they make the best pizza in Orange County! MARGHERITA PIZZA IS DELICIOUS. Each hand-made pizza features premium fior di latte mozzarella cheese layered on top of fresh red tomato sauce. The crust is thin and chewy, with just the right amount of char characteristic of a true Neoplitan pizza. The bread OMG. The house made pasta. Everything is just wonderful and complements each other. Nothing is oily or salty, and radiates high quality ingredients. We had the bruschetta, the zucchini blossoms, the rosemary foccacia, clam pasta, seafood pasta, and branzino. Everything was amazing, and the service was, too. And I need to mention again that their pastas are HAND made. And you can taste it. Perfect texture. Unfortunately, we couldn't try the coffees as the machines were off for the night (we came late and they couldn't be kinder as to accomodate us when we became the last people in the restaurant), but the tiramisu was absolutely delicious.
