Most of the coatings and toppings are vegan too, just skip anything with Nutella or a dairy based coating, so you've still got plenty of options to customize. A couple of flavors I went with were cinnamon sugar and a maple glaze with walnuts and enjoyed both. On a less positive note, they have a claw machine game near the entrance that took my money and never actually worked properly. I tried to find someone on site to help, but no one seemed to be able to do anything about it, and I've had a hard time getting a hold of anyone since to get it resolved. If you're going to have one of these machines in your store, someone should be able to actually help when it eats a customer's money. I like that none of the burgers or meats have any additives or fillers like one of the posters on the wall says. It's getting harder and harder to have a consistent meal without knowing what actually ends up on your plate. I think the seasoning can be a little uneven between trips. I remember my last trip to Freddy's having everything being on the salty side. This time, everything was actually pretty well seasoned without being oversaturated with salt. My meal is usually a dine-in experience. I've never had trouble with finding a seat or waiting a long time for an order. The shakes and custard are all an excellent treat as well. I think when there's so many fast food chains in the area from Carl Jr's to McDonald's, it's easy to forget that you can have a local place with the right ingredients and tasty burgers at affordable prices.
