They went above and beyond to make sure our tables were cleared, dessert table replenished, trash replaced, and bathroom line flow was managed well. She gave me suggestions on timing, how many people to hire, and how things work with the servers and bartenders. I hired two servers (Nicole & Kym) and one bartender (Arman). This was my first time having any type of help at a party and I must say I can never go back to doing things on my own again! All three staff members showed up early, enthusiastically, and very experienced. Right off the bat the bartender set all of his stuff up, got organized, and asked my a bunch of questions about etiquette for guests and what my preferences were for certain things. I had a few cocktails I had created and he gave input on them and happily followed the recipes I requested of him. He also made sure to put aside some of the ingredients for a particular drink that eventually ran out to ensure that the guest of honor was able to try all the drinks at her special event, I really appreciated that. The servers got right to work without skipping a beat and helped create beautiful appetizers for me while I was getting dressed for the party. They took care of all the guests, helped put out food, refilled waters, aided the bartender, took care of trash, washed and dried dishes, and even a few more things. All three staff members went above and beyond all expectations and the bartender even worked together with the servers to help clean when everyone was starting to head out and drinks were no longer flowing. Special shoutout to Nicole, Kym, and Arman - they were so nice to all the guests and really took the time to be polite and interact with guests along with doing all of their duties. Payment was super simple and easy, Heather checked in at every step of the way and was very communicative even during the event itself. I could not be happier and will definitely use Heather and her staff again. Thank you!

I've been waiting to give Lisa my review until I could post my wedding…read morephotos too, but believe me -- I have not stopped thinking about what magic she created for my wedding day! Let me say first that I was such a scrappy DIY bride, so I was really looking for a day-of coordinator I could trust. I did many calls with other coordinators and I was looking out for folx who really pressure you to have a cookie cutter wedding and play into the wedding industry. Lisa was not like that at all, she felt like one of my friends and was totally on board with working with the blank canvas of my venue. She was so easy to work with and made me feel really confident the day-of. She was hands down the best money spent from all my vendors at my wedding. Examples of Lisa's magic: - She was a serious partner in crime! I come from a background of event planning myself, so I recognized that I was a bit of a hyper detailed and logistically obsessed bride. I literally had made my production schedule before I had even met with her! This type of thing would normally irritate the hell out of an event coordinator, but honestly Lisa just felt like someone who was my partner. She saw what I had created and helped me build off of what I got started and she just made me feel like I wasn't in it alone anymore. - She would go above and beyond! We had a mix-up with our cocktail hour where our caterer came in and left some of the food on the side where it wasn't easily found. Lisa and her assistant jumped in immediately once she saw the need. She straight up started serving our hor d'orves to all of our guests so that the food we spent good money on wouldn't be hidden in the corner. - She handled extra coordination with ease! We had a mariachi parade and a shuttle coming in and out of our venue. She was able to coordinate all of this seamlessly with her assistant. I was worried about the coordination of our shuttle in particular- and without a single worry my guests were coming in and speaking so highly of the amazing coordination of the entire day. These are just a few examples of how amazing Lisa is. So do yourself a favor and give her a call for your special day. Vision- Lisa completely understands individual couples visions and her portfolio is an example of this. In planning 3 (yes, 3- Covid) weddings, she adjusted the vision to each setting/time of day/vibe accordingly. Thoughtful- Those little things you see in the movies and never for a second think that's real life? This review is long over due…read more Rebecca and her team helped coordinate my wedding last year at the Richard Nixon Library. Rebecca is very responsive, friendly, and the best advocate for you. About a month to a few weeks before my wedding, Rebecca created a handbook, listing out every little detail of our wedding - even details that I didn't even think about. This really showed me her expertise in wedding planning. She made sure all our vendors knew where and when to set up, and this is so important because if you don't have a coordinator then the vendors will call you. On the day of my wedding, there was always someone from her team that was with me and my husband while the others made sure everything was in order. I even had a guest that showed up without RSVP-ing and Rebecca took care of that. I really got to enjoy my wedding without having to worry about anything. I've been meaning to write this review as Rebecca and her team is so deserving of it. What really pushed me to finally write one was because I had a bad experience with another wedding planner where I was a bridesmaid for. That planner had the bridesmaids set up the reception and was calling the bride constantly about the set up of everything. This experience made me appreciate Rebecca and her team even more. We knew from the moment that we met Eulina that she was the one we wanted to work with. Our wedding was a sort of traveling affair, with two different locations for the ceremony and reception, and a trolley tour of the city in between for the happy hour. So we were dealing with a lot of independent vendors, and a LOT of moving pieces. Eulina was a LIFESAVER. We did a lot of the general leg work and heavy lifting ourselves, but Eulina was a true professional and really pulled it all together for us in the 30 days leading up to our wedding when we were really feeling a little crazy! She would check in with us weekly, sat down with us for an hour and a half over the phone one evening to put together our day of timeline, kept us on top of deadlines, and helped us make decisions we didn't even know we would need to make! She was also really helpful in dealing with our other vendors -- giving us guidance on points we needed to clarify with them, or going directly to them if needed. The day of the wedding went so smoothly thanks to her. Any little hiccups that happened throughout the day, we never knew about them until weeks later because she took care of them before I heard anything about it! For example, we had rented a couple of trolleys to take our guests on a tour of the city between the ceremony and reception, and two of our guests were accidentally left behind. Before anyone even knew what was happening, Eulina was on the phone with the trolley driver, and he was turning around to pick them up! Just one example of how Eulina gets things done and makes stuff happen! It was truly a pleasure working with her.
