My husband and I were so lucky to work with Katie at B&B as our planner throughout this process, and she was such a blessing to have in our corner!!! To start, she provided great organizational resources that immediately made everything feel like it was manageable, with her detailed checklist really being the backbone of this entire process for us. We really looked forward to our check-ins with her because not only were they productive, but always a collaborative effort between us and her. She always made us feel heard, and when we had an idea, nothing ever seemed impossible to execute, as she helped us figure out how to make things we wanted happen. We opted for her services about a year out from our wedding day, and through every step, check point, and to-do list item, she walked us through anything we needed and always delivered when we needed her and even above and beyond. In addition to how supportive she was throughout the planning process, she also coordinated our whole wedding day flawlessly. Im not sure what i was thinking when I attempted to plan my son's 1st birthday on my own. When I was starting to lose sleep over it, I decided it was time to bring in the pros. I reached out to Danielle and felt like I connected with her instantly - the stars aligned and she was available despite short notice! She got the ball rolling immediately with concepts and quotes turned around quickly. All I did was give her a sense of the theme, but she came up with an amazing concept board! I'm so glad there is a YELP account for this company now so I can talk about all my wonderful experiences with themes. I hired blush and bloom to plan my wife's 30th birthday party last September. We have a lot of friends and family and I wanted something really nice and big to celebrate. My main contact person was Danielle, and immediately I could tell she was good at what she did. She was very polite, upbeat, and so excited for our event--immediately I knew I made a good choice. After discussing my plan and what I was wanting, she assured me her and her team could execute that vision. She was wrong. She executed BETTER than I had envisioned. Her whole team is amazing. After we began planning my wife's 30th birthday, we contacted a hotel in Palm Springs (my wife wanted that Palm Springs feel). The V hotel in Palm Springs seemed promising. We spoke to Keith, the hotel manager, and he promised us so much. The party was set up and planned. So we thought. 2 weeks before the party (I think it was like 10 days or less), we tried getting a hold of Keith, and nothing. Finally we got into contact with the hotel and they said Keith was gone. Everything we were promised (confirmed by texts and emails) was no longer promised. We were being expected to pay an absurd amount of money that was never agreed upon. Items included were no longer included. Special circumstances were no longer alotted. But that's an entirely different review. Fuck the V hotel in Palm Springs don't ever go there: After dealing with this, Danielle reassured me everything would be okay. She said that night she would work on some things. Literally, I kid you not, in less than 24 hours, a whole party, better than I could have ever expected was put together via the Ace Hotel in Palm Springs (best decision ever). They were so accommodating and we had a great time. Blush and bloom did this in less than 24 hours, less than a week before the party date was. I was sold. I will always use them for every event. Since then, they have done more events for me, and I will only use them for any party I have. Thank you so much Danielle and the blush and bloom team. Check out the pics.
