I think there's something to be said about kind of missing the wedding planning process because we miss talking to our planner. My husband and I were so lucky to work with Katie at B&B as our planner throughout this process, and she was such a blessing to have in our corner!!! To start, she provided great organizational resources that immediately made everything feel like it was manageable, with her detailed checklist really being the backbone of this entire process for us. We really looked forward to our check-ins with her because not only were they productive, but always a collaborative effort between us and her. She always made us feel heard, and when we had an idea, nothing ever seemed impossible to execute, as she helped us figure out how to make things we wanted happen. We opted for her services about a year out from our wedding day, and through every step, check point, and to-do list item, she walked us through anything we needed and always delivered when we needed her and even above and beyond. In addition to how supportive she was throughout the planning process, she also coordinated our whole wedding day flawlessly. She thinks of how things are going to be executed seamlessly and does the work of problem solving with you beforehand so that the day goes as smoothly as possible, and that it did for us. She's extremely professional and also did wonderfully at communicating with our vendors to ensure we were all on the same page. The success of our day is largely due to her being our planner, and we recommend her x100000. Thank you, Katie!!! read more

I could never imagine my son's first birthday party being so stress free but with Danielle's help it was! She understood my vision of a child's monochrome party. Her vision board she made us really set the tone for me to trust her and she was listening. She found basically all the vendors for me and set it all up. She also was amazing with communication.. I never felt left on read! I wish I would have found her for my wedding!! If and when I have another major event I will definitely be calling this amazing mama to help me again! read more

Really enjoyed working with Blush and Bloom. Would love to work with them again. Helpful with decor, vendors and ideas.

From concept to execution, our experience with The Blush + Bloom team was incredible. Danielle is warm and welcoming, she works closely with you to understand your vision, personality and personal style; you get the true sense that she shares in your happiness to celebrate and her professionalism extends far beyond the beautiful aesthetic she creates. She works with a brilliant group of professionals to piece together every element of your design: everything from cakes and balloons to decor and rentals, with millions of tiny details in between. We utilized her full-planning service and could not have been happier. Even for a small baby shower, she worked hard to contact vendors, research design elements and coordinate day of planning; it 100% took the guesswork out of planning so we could truly enjoy the day without an ounce of stress or worry. Her effort and vision is priceless! It's difficult to capture the emotions and love involved with huge milestones in life: Weddings, engagements and in our case, our first Baby Shower. Finding the perfect way to express all of the love and joy associated with these moments can be difficult.. but Danielle and her team at Blush & Bloom are able to express joy through their careful planning, attention to detail, creative vision and detailed execution. Blush and Bloom Events - baby shower backdrop! - Party & Event Planning Near Me

Danielle is a mastermind. We honestly can't say enough wonderful things about Blush and Bloom Events. After changing locations, switching vendors, etc., I reached out to Danielle two months before our wedding (our big day was on October 11, 2020). I've met and worked with far too many people in my career and academia that pales compared to the level of service, thoughtfulness, and expertise Danielle presented. She helped us plan, re-plan, and then plan again while navigating the fires occurring in CA, and changes during the pandemic. Danielle undertakes what is most influential in a planner: the skills to foresee, secure, and fulfill essential needs and wishes, seemingly naturally. Though challenges emerged this year, she remained optimistic and organized- two things the bride and groom need above all!!! Schedules were created well in advance, and she got our vendors all on the same page. We needed the most help with our reception's look and feel to include the dining tables, given the limited space at our venue. Danielle and her incredible team made our reception area look stunning!!!! Our guests felt cared for, safe, and shared appreciation for keeping things covid conscious (safety procedures were carried out). They put together an unforgettable wedding!!! 4 weeks later and people are still talking about it. Thank you, Danielle, for being the person we leaned on the hardest and loved the most. read more

Im not sure what i was thinking when I attempted to plan my son's 1st birthday on my own. When I was starting to lose sleep over it, I decided it was time to bring in the pros. I reached out to Danielle and felt like I connected with her instantly - the stars aligned and she was available despite short notice! She got the ball rolling immediately with concepts and quotes turned around quickly. All I did was give her a sense of the theme, but she came up with an amazing concept board! On the day of the event, her and her team handled the entire setup while I took care of picking up some food. When I came back, I felt like I was on a reveal episode of a home makeover show. She really transformed our backyard. It was 100% worth doing the full planning package (vs partial) and having her manage the vendors because all her vendors did the most phenomenal job. Hiring her was the best thing I could've done to maintain my sanity throughout this process. We did a music themed party and she added little touches that I didn't even know I needed, like custom vinyl records and record players as part of the decor! In addition to being an amazing planner, her and her team are just the sweetest group. I'm so happy with how the day turned out and even happier that I had Danielle as our planner! read more

Planning my daughter's 1st birthday was a breeze thanks to Danielle! She understood my vision for the theme and made it 10x more beautiful. My goal was to do as little as possible and hand everything to her because with two babies under 2 plus a full time job, I just didn't have time to organize and set everything up. I let her know what my situation is and the expectations were clear from the start. She listened to all my concerns and addressed them all promptly. She also helped keep things within budget, which was hugely important to me. She's always available via text or call, and was so patient and flexible whenever I would change my mind on things or have last minute adjustments. All the guests at the party were making comments about how nicely styled the event was. I'll definitely be reaching out to her for any other celebrations in the future, and recommend Blush and Bloom to friends and family! read more

Blush and Bloom Events is simply AMAZING. My husband and I work full time, and needed help planning my baby shower. We hired B&B Events and the rest is history! Danielle is soooo easy to work with. Her passion for this type of event planning is evident in EVERYTHING she does. I was able to do FaceTime meetings in order to go over invitations, decor, share ideas, etc. This helped out a great deal, considering my busy schedule. She made it so easy to get a hold of her; responses were quick. Danielle was able to make a few trips to my home in order to evaluate and assess the room/space she had to work with. This was comforting for me because it showed her dedication to my baby shower, and she wanted nothing but perfection for the big day. When it came down to the day of the event, I was worry free. The B&B Event team showed up on time for set up and everything was PERFECT. By the time people came, everything was in order. Check out the pictures! I definitely recommend hiring this company for any of your events. You won't regret it! And that's a promise! Thanks again, Blush & Bloom Events! read more

I'm so glad there is a YELP account for this company now so I can talk about all my wonderful experiences with themes. I hired blush and bloom to plan my wife's 30th birthday party last September. We have a lot of friends and family and I wanted something really nice and big to celebrate. My main contact person was Danielle, and immediately I could tell she was good at what she did. She was very polite, upbeat, and so excited for our event--immediately I knew I made a good choice. After discussing my plan and what I was wanting, she assured me her and her team could execute that vision. She was wrong. She executed BETTER than I had envisioned. Her whole team is amazing. After we began planning my wife's 30th birthday, we contacted a hotel in Palm Springs (my wife wanted that Palm Springs feel). The V hotel in Palm Springs seemed promising. We spoke to Keith, the hotel manager, and he promised us so much. The party was set up and planned. So we thought. 2 weeks before the party (I think it was like 10 days or less), we tried getting a hold of Keith, and nothing. Finally we got into contact with the hotel and they said Keith was gone. Everything we were promised (confirmed by texts and emails) was no longer promised. We were being expected to pay an absurd amount of money that was never agreed upon. Items included were no longer included. Special circumstances were no longer alotted. But that's an entirely different review. Fuck the V hotel in Palm Springs don't ever go there: After dealing with this, Danielle reassured me everything would be okay. She said that night she would work on some things. Literally, I kid you not, in less than 24 hours, a whole party, better than I could have ever expected was put together via the Ace Hotel in Palm Springs (best decision ever). They were so accommodating and we had a great time. Blush and bloom did this in less than 24 hours, less than a week before the party date was. I was sold. I will always use them for every event. Since then, they have done more events for me, and I will only use them for any party I have. Thank you so much Danielle and the blush and bloom team. Check out the pics. They created a donut wall, Polaroid station, set up the venue so beautifully, contracted photography, photo booth, set up food and drink via hotel, negotiated on my behalf. They are a one stop shop. Love them like family. read more

Look no further! Danielle and her group we're amazing at our wedding! From the time we signed them on until the wedding day, a everything was piece of cake. I even got comments from people saying I was "the chillest bride" they knew, but that's because I had Danielle doing the heavy lifting. Danielle and her group demonstrated attention to detail, professionalism, and we're attentive to all our needs. She thought of things that I didn't even know needed attention. When things went wrong, she demonstrated excellent and quick problem-solving solutions. I can't stress enough how grateful I am that she was around to handle it all. We were planning a wedding from out of town, so her expertise and help was definitely helpful. She kept in touch at least a couple times a month and kept us in the loop consistently. She was in contact with all the vendors, which took a huge load off of my inbox and contacted us to only decide what we wanted. If I were to plan a wedding again, I would definitely have her in my corner again! Thank you Danielle and team! read more

WEDDING REVIEW: We booked Blush and Bloom Events for full service wedding coordination and I don't know what we would have done without this team. Danielle, we are forever grateful to you for making us feel so worry-free during the whole process and through our actual big day! From our first phone call, we knew we needed to book Blush and Bloom Events. Danielle was a wealth of knowledge and experience and just as importantly, FUN! She provided us with planning tools to keep track of items on a mutual platform which made being on the same page during our meetings extremely easy. Nothing better than efficient and productive phone calls! It felt like there was always something popping into our heads to ask about or add to our to-do list, so Danielle's flexibility and responsiveness was key to making sure things didn't fall off the radar, a huge relief when there are so many moving parts to remember. She also visited our venue site with us for several walk through's and helped us map out strategic locations for both logistic and design elements. Much easier to plan and coordinate with vendors when we had the full picture! Speaking of vendors, Danielle's professionalism was especially valuable as she handled much of the correspondence with them, fielding phone calls/emails while keeping us in the loop all along. When there were vendors who required extra attention that we didn't have the time to dedicate, Danielle implemented action flawlessly. She was persistent when necessary and always respectful. Our vendors felt well-informed which made their jobs easier and everything run smoother. They enjoyed working with her and happy vendors is always a great (and sometimes underrated) thing! Details, details, details! Danielle has an exceptional eye for style; you can trust her design skills to match up to any of those Instagram/Pinterest pics you're saving! We gave her the gist of the look and feel we were going for and she went above and beyond, even letting us borrow some of her own personal decor items because she knew it would complete the look! Brainstorming and putting things together was one of the most fun parts of the planning process, especially when it turns out so beautifully! Overall, I think the best part about working with Danielle and Blush and Bloom Events is that she made us feel comfortable and confident in our choices even when things went differently than planned, a priceless quality in an event professional. Her genuine passion for making events come to life shined through and was recognized by everyone in attendance. We got so many requests for her information! Danielle and her team are awe-inspiring! Danielle was by my side, essentially planning my entire wedding, from the very beginning. She was easily accessible, efficient, reliable, down to earth, respectful of my opinions, and such a joy to work with. I trusted her vision so much so that I had literally no clue what the flowers or center-pieces would look like until I started walking down that aisle on the day of my wedding. Her attention to detail and obsession with timelines is something to be admired. The day was planned to a T weeks in advance, resulting in an absolutely flawless day. I had key family friends come to the venue early to "help with any last minute details" and they were in shock to see that EVERY SINGLE DETAIL was taken care of. It was such a stress free day. Did I mention she managed all of this while pregnant, and organized an entire team to handle my wedding day of because she was GIVING BIRTH that day!?! Talk about one badass woman! Running her own company and being a mom. She had done such a flawless job planning this wedding down to the final rose pedal, that there was no worry or concern with her having her team run the day. Jacque is such a sweet heart and has a very lovely calming nature. I will recommend Danielle and her team to every single bride I know for years and years to come. read more
