My cousin was getting married and I was assigned to take lead on helping out with the traditional tea ceremony portion of the wedding. As if planning an event wasn't already stressful enough, try planning something you are not familiar with, geez! I knew I was going to need guidance and help, thank goodness for Cassie! Having attended many of Cassie's event, I knew she would be the right person to come to my rescue. My family needed to have the tea ceremony bring together our Vietnamese and Catholic culture, which Cassie did an excellent job in pulling all the details to bring the vision to fruition -- better than we could have imagined! We gave her our "wants and needs" and the rest was Cassie's magic! Cassie worked with her vendors and was able to transform my aunt's living room space into a mini venue to meet our vision. She was articulate and meticulous, providing us with great ideas to have a special traditional tea ceremony for our family, down to the teeny details, to make this event ours. Cassie even gave my aunt some sentiments suggestions that would make the ceremony feel special for my aunt, her daughter, and future son in law. She also created a gorgeous small event space in our front yard so our guests would be able to gather comfortably and enjoy a meal together after the tea ceremony. Cassie made sure no details were overlooked, from tablescape and set up to the food we would serve, she gave insight and recommendations that this rookie would have missed had it not been for her, ie. food warmers and ice chest needed because cold food and warm drinks are a no-no!
