I've always been treated kind at this location. Even though it's busy most days it's always somewhat clean. I've been coming for about a year now and every interaction has been pleasant. They usually have fresh food items here. Holiday items go fast but they're always displayed well and easy to find. I'm mostly grateful for the eye contact and hello from every check out experience. Great job whoever hires staff for this location. Also love seeing different ages and different cultures working here it's beautiful. read more

Not very well managed store. Probably one of the worst Dollar Trees I've been do due to unstocked shelves and items out of stock. I gave it 2-stars because it's pretty clean and employees are friendly. Palm Springs locations is the best in the area. read more

As a frequent visitor to various Dollar Tree (DT) locations, I was happy to discover a hidden location in Beaumont. Upon entering the store we were warmly greeted by a store employee. As I walked down the aisles of the store, I was pleasantly surprised by the variety of vegan snacks including veggie chips, snap pea snacks, nuts, banana chips, and flavor puffs. In addition, I liked that there were also vegan tuno tuna stocked on store shelves as well as two vegan frozen food options on the freezer section which were veggie meatballs and vegetable spring rolls. Staff were friendly and efficient during the checkout process and we will definitely be returning to this store again soon! read more

I was desperate to get some printer paper today, to finish an important document. There are no office supply stores in my area. I tried Rite Aid but they didn't have any printer paper, then I tried Dollar Tree. A nice employee offered to help me. He checked the aisle where there were lots of options for different kinds of paper but, unfortunately, no printer paper. Then he went into the back of the store and gave me enough paper from his printer to finish my document. That meant a lot to me and I will be going to this location often in the future and recommend them to everyone! The employee who assisted me was "Junior" and he said he was the manager. Getting there: This location is kinda tucked away in the corner. If you drive towards the Home Depot, at the back of the parking lot you'll see the Dollar Tree. There is parking all around the building. Experience: I prefer the DT in Calimesa just because it's closer and cleaner than this one, but sometimes you can find some good things here. They always seem to be short staff when the lines are long. I usually only see one person at the register. Nothing wrong with this place, but I've been to better DTs. read more

I'm glad this store is around. They greet you and can help you. Unfortunately the store is a hazard. Always a mess trying to get over boxes and I don't think it's ever been organized. Misplaced items are everywhere so it's hard to find what you're really looking for. It could get 5 stars with better leadership skills to get everything nice since it's a $1.25 store now. read more

I come here once in a while to get my little random essentials. I've actually only been here to this location twice. There's nothing I've experienced that would stop me from coming here. This store serves it's purpose. Nothing especially spectacular and nothing especially bad. It just is what it is. Leticia! Leticia! Leticia! This rating is about Leticia and not the store. She is a gem! Best customer service I have experienced since moving to California 3 years ago. SHE SHOULD TRAIN ALL DOLLAR STORE CASHIERS!!!!! She had a line of up to 10 people. She still managed to great everyone as they walked through that door. She moved the line quickly, which slow lines is what keeps me from shopping at dollar tree more. She made eye-contact with everyone and asked how they were doing today as we made our purchases, giving each of us personal attention, therefore making us feel as if Dollar Tree truly valued us. The location is convenient and they're pretty well stocked with a small variety of different things. The store is often cluttered and appearing dirty, and very low staffed - making it hard to be a quick trip. Despite this, the staff is always pleasant and try to be of help to everyone. Usually I would not take the time to review Dollar Tree but today when we went in I felt like the cashier really took time to make sure that the glasses we purchased weren't going to break on our way home. She took the time to make sure she found a good box for us and set them in their in a way where they want it clink together. Love going to Dollar trees because you can buy a whole bunch of stuff for noting. Granted they might not be name brand items but who cares if your cleaning supplies isnt a name brand. As long as it does the job. This particular dollar tree was neat...not cluttered like the other branches. i was able to buy a couple things that i needed for my house. In dollar tree the manager was very rude and unprofessional. She countinued to argue with customers in front of the whole store. Came here to run in and get some birthday streamers, since this is way easier than running into Walmart, and right when myself and another family were about to walk in at 6:50 pm, 10 minutes before they closed an African American woman said they were closed and shut the doors on us, when they clearly said they closed at 7:00 pm.
