Strictly for review purposes, I wish I could show the before and after because HOLY COW -- my car is immaculate! I had taken my toddler's car seat out so I could deep clean it and discovered an absolutely horrifying amount of snacks crushed into the seat underneath it. I couldn't even get everything off myself, and unfortunately, that was just the beginning of how truly embarrassing the inside of my car had become. Toddler parents, you know. The gentlemen at Yucaipa Auto Wash did an incredible job. They took such care with my car, and it genuinely looks and feels completely different. Every little toddler crumb, mystery sticky spot, and evidence that a two-year-old basically lives in my backseat is GONE. I went from being mildly horrified anytime someone might see the inside of my car to happily offering people a ride again. I am so beyond grateful for the work they did and the care they took with my car. I absolutely recommend them, especially if your backseat has also been taken hostage by a small child and an unreasonable quantity of snacks.

They were friendly, quick, and efficient from the moment I pulled in. Even with how dirty my car was, they handled it without any issues and made sure it came out looking clean and refreshed again. The wash quality was solid, and they paid good attention to detail considering how much dust and buildup there was from the trip. It made a big difference having it properly cleaned instead of just a quick rinse. One thing that really stood out was how convenient the vacuum area was. It made it super easy to finish up the inside of the car myself right after the wash, especially after a road trio. Having everything on-site and accessible made the whole experience smooth and efficient. Overall, solid spot with great service and quality results. Not to say they didn't do a decent job, just ... Not what I was expecting.. They vacuum the car like normal before they pull it into the wash rack for it to be washed. If you read the signs the lower washes make you believe it it's going through the car wash and the more expensive ones they hand wash. So after they vacuumed they pulled the car around into the opening of the car wash like it was gonna go through the system. Keep in mind they charged me extra for a small SUV on top of the Gold Package.. Someone then sprayed and washed it with a brush then backed it out and detailed it over in front of the garage.. There was a lady there throwing a fit that she paid for the next one up from the gold package and they were doing the same thing as mine and they charged more.. So read the details before you decide.. I will tell you the people were very friendly and they did a decent job on the car. I was just bothered by the signs saying one thing and they do something different.

I expressed my concerns with the dealership and they saw things my way so they gave me credit to have the truck detailed. I submitted my request to Yelp to get some quotes and Steve got back to me right away and had the best price. Hired him to come out today (Saturday) and he showed up 15 min early which I prefer. I am blown away at how well he did on my truck. My only regret is that I didn't take any before pics but I've been rather busy and I'd like to forget how dirty it was.
