For a while, the subscription was nice alongside the free vacuums. However, towards the end of my membership, my vehicle had a paint chip on the rear bumper due to the car wash. How I know it was the wash is because my vehicle is brand new, with zero scratches or dents and immediately after the wash, is when I spotted a small, but noticeable paint chip that scratched off the paint and clear coat from my vehicle. The total quote to get it fixed was 1000+. I instead did a paint correction due to the small amount of cosmetic damage but it is upsetting that the car wash gave me more of a headache in having to repair cosmetics. read more

After breaking things on my car I filed a claim that has still not been resolved. 1. they issued the wrong claim number leading me to contact them again after 3 weeks. 2. At week 4 Assistant mgr. calls requesting a paper copy of the estimate which I submitted that day. BTW.....I did immediately replace the part to prevent corrosion. 3. At week 7 I contacted location again for update. 4. At week 8 Assistant manager calls me with a verbal denial of my claim. Claiming that by the time a car is 5 years old things tend to break therefore they pay no claims after that threshold. 5. Meantime they had collected 2 months of membership service fees, I am out the monies for the replacement part & now i am left wondering how this business model could even continue. This is by far one of the best local car washes we have I went ahead and got the membership monthly. It gives me great value whenever I run into any issues like additional towels or anything like that the staff is always prompt and courteous, very professional and a facilities always clean. My daughter gave me a one month membership for my birthday and I have really enjoyed using it. They always have plenty of staff, the car wash does a good job, and the vacuums work very well. It looks like someone from Quick Quack has responded to my review - so I think it's a good time to make this clear to every potential Quick Quack customer... Their policy states that they take no responsibility for damage to any item on any car older than 5 years (currently that's 2021 or older). That's really good for everyone to know. The bottom line is that my car has gone through QQ about 60 times without incident, then something broke and there's no compensation. The customer service person (from QQ) wanted to be helpful but had been told (over and over again by management) that QQ doesn't honor claims like mine. I'm not the first nor, I suspect, the last to try though. Good luck if you've got a claim. read more

Over the last 3 months, they have been closed at least 6 times during normal business hours. Today we stopped at 4:30 and were told they would be closed for 30 minutes due to mechanical problems. The Best of the Best fast car wash in the entire area .... And why? Because all the vacuums actually work and they are SO strong (!) that they'll suck your underwear off your body if you're not careful. Also ... the staff is super friendly and generous with the towelettes. The Inland Empire could learn a few things from these guys. read more

We were in the area and stopped by to quick clean our car. They are 3 lines and we were at member lane which also mentioned the lane is quicker. But yet the staff was serving the person on the left hand side which first timer. FYI the member - will take approximately 2 mins as the license plate is on the system as well the package that paid monthly, while new person will take of course longer due to getting new info from scratch. So, at this point, we were not too happy at this location due to this incident. We used to go by Moreno Valley - which to my opinion is better service. read more
