After breaking things on my car I filed a claim that has still not been resolved. 1. they issued the wrong claim number leading me to contact them again after 3 weeks. 2. At week 4 Assistant mgr. calls requesting a paper copy of the estimate which I submitted that day. BTW.....I did immediately replace the part to prevent corrosion. 3. At week 7 I contacted location again for update. 4. At week 8 Assistant manager calls me with a verbal denial of my claim. Claiming that by the time a car is 5 years old things tend to break therefore they pay no claims after that threshold. 5. Meantime they had collected 2 months of membership service fees, I am out the monies for the replacement part & now i am left wondering how this business model could even continue. SHAME ON QUICK QUACK CAR WASH. SHOULD HAVE "0" STARS. read more

This is by far one of the best local car washes we have I went ahead and got the membership monthly. It gives me great value whenever I run into any issues like additional towels or anything like that the staff is always prompt and courteous, very professional and a facilities always clean. It looks like someone from Quick Quack has responded to my review - so I think it's a good time to make this clear to every potential Quick Quack customer... Their policy states that they take no responsibility for damage to any item on any car older than 5 years (currently that's 2021 or older). That's really good for everyone to know. The bottom line is that my car has gone through QQ about 60 times without incident, then something broke and there's no compensation. The customer service person (from QQ) wanted to be helpful but had been told (over and over again by management) that QQ doesn't honor claims like mine. I'm not the first nor, I suspect, the last to try though. Good luck if you've got a claim. read more

My daughter gave me a one month membership for my birthday and I have really enjoyed using it. They always have plenty of staff, the car wash does a good job, and the vacuums work very well. If you are disciplined enough to get your car washed weekly, I highly recommend a Quick Quack membership. read more

Over the last 3 months, they have been closed at least 6 times during normal business hours. Today we stopped at 4:30 and were told they would be closed for 30 minutes due to mechanical problems. The Best of the Best fast car wash in the entire area .... And why? Because all the vacuums actually work and they are SO strong (!) that they'll suck your underwear off your body if you're not careful. We were in the area and stopped by to quick clean our car. They are 3 lines and we were at member lane which also mentioned the lane is quicker. But yet the staff was serving the person on the left hand side which first timer. FYI the member - will take approximately 2 mins as the license plate is on the system as well the package that paid monthly, while new person will take of course longer due to getting new info from scratch. So, at this point, we were not too happy at this location due to this incident. We used to go by Moreno Valley - which to my opinion is better service. read more

First time going to a Quick Quack car wash. I visited the local one here in Yucaipa to see if I would like it and maybe get a membership. Well, I won't be back. The driver side had black grease all over it. Car looked worse coming out than when it went in. I also have a couple scratches now in the passenger driver side and also the back of the car on the driver side. There equipment does not seem safe for your car and again I will not be back. I paid $22.99 for The Lucky Duck car wash and was not worth it at all. read more

All flash... No substance! When we first drove up we were greeted by a young girl. She immediately came up to the window and I said hi. She instantly cut me off and said "wait, before we do anything, I have to register your vehicle". She didn't explain what that meant and next thing you know she had an iPad and was inputting my license plate information. I think she also took a picture of the back of the truck but I couldn't tell you because she didn't explain anything. She next asked me which monthly service I want to sign up for. I explained that I'd like to try the wash first and then she said well then just sign up for the regular wash monthly pass. I then explained, again, that I would like to try the wash first and she proceeded for the next few minutes to hard sell me. My guess, is that they hired her from the same guys who come to your front door and sell you solar. It was very obvious that a hard sell is their method and give her credit, she labored the issue for easily several minutes. Once she realized I wasn't going to budge she then said "okay, but your losing money". She then sold me my $21 car wash. I have attached a picture of some of the soapy residue that was left on the truck and this is just one of many spots that the residue was on. When I pulled into the bay to use the vacuums. None of the towels were in the bins. I thought that was kind of strange and so I went to three other spaces and all the towels were out in the whole place. I left the wash with the residue on my truck and hard water stains on my windows because of no towels. Honestly, I can get a cheaper wash at Fast Five and bring my own towel or I can go down to Redlands to Suds Bros where the wash is $7.00 cheaper and they provide towels, dashboard cleaner, automatic floor mat wash and air freshener. Won't be coming back but that's OK, because there are a lot of carwashes to choose from with better results. read more
