My favorite location for my car's wash. Service is always satisfying and complete. Work is very thorough on my cars. Wanted my car cleaned in and out and got exactly what I requested. If something is not complete or done right, staff there will make sure you are completely satisfied. read more

TAKE THIS AS YOUR SIGN TO NEVER GO HERE! Honestly, this place was a waste of both time and money. We brought both of our cars in to be hand washed and detailed, and I was really disappointed with the results. When I got back into my car, the passenger-side floor mat was still dirty, and there were still debris left between the seats. I had hoped that the change in ownership would mean better service, but unfortunately, it seems to be the same as before. Never going here again, I will be sharing my family to do the same. read more

Happy Boy Carwash - Car Wash Near Me - Yucaipa, California

I've been to Happy Boy Car Wash twice now. I get my nails done at Muse Nails right next door, so I figured, hey, while I'm here, why not get my car washed too? Unfortunately, after two visits, my biggest complaint is the windows, especially the front and back windshields. Whatever they're using leaves them super streaky and almost foggy-looking. I don't know if it's the cloths they use when they hand-dry everything, the window cleaner, or the technique, but it happened BOTH times. The second time I went, I specifically mentioned it to the person who took my ticket. I explained that the last time my windshield was left really streaky and asked if they could make sure it was cleaned better this time. He was gracious about it and did let the guys know, and they made an effort to fix it. The problem is, you can't always see the streaks until the sun hits the windshield a certain way. The next morning when I was dropping off my son, I could immediately see that it was still streaky and foggy-looking. So I actually went BACK to Happy Boy that day and gave them another opportunity to fix it. They cleaned the windows again, but even after going back, they STILL had that foggy, streaky look. At that point, I ended up buying my own window-cleaning stuff and fixing it myself. And for me, that's what really brought this down to two stars. If I'm paying to have my car cleaned, and then coming back the next day to have something corrected, I really shouldn't still have to go buy supplies and redo it myself afterward. For comparison, I personally prefer Foamy Car Wash. They've consistently done a much better job for me, especially with getting the windows streak-free and leaving the car looking nice and shiny. They also offer memberships, and are 100% hand wash which Happy Boy doesn't and isn't. I may or may not give Happy Boy another try simply because the location is convenient while I'm getting my nails done, but after two visits, a return trip to have the second wash corrected, AND still having to fix it myself, it's a 2-star experience for me. read more

Never go here, Bob, the owner is rude! Do not support his business, there is no consideration of people's time, even when customers showed so much patience and understanding. 7/14 I arrived at 10:30, from the time I walked in the credit card machine was down which I get, sometimes you can't control those things however after 40 minutes my car is still sitting there to be washed and the card machine was still down so I kindly asked for my car to be removed from the line because I have to leave. Bob got in my face, started to yell, tried to be demeaning, and then tried to say my car was done. Nope it's not Bob, I'm looking at it just sitting there not even washed. I guess then he didn't like being wrong, as he pointed to another car that wasn't mine saying I told him a grey car, like there's only one grey car in the world. So I started to yell myself because not sure who Bob thought he was so he started to tell me to stop talking, never go back to his business and he's calling the cops. Hilarious! I told him I don't know who he thinks he is but I'm not that woman to take his crap. He kept threatening to call the cops because I wouldn't leave, well give me my car you POS. He looked stupid being so rude for nothing. He also wanted people to walk across the parking lot to get cash and pay a fee with no kindness of stating I'll give a discount to anyone who does that. Even a customer mentioned to do that and he gave him attitude, god forbid give a discount for peoples troubles. He also was rude to his staff during his time of frustration with the machine and complained of the customer service from the company...ummm Bob look in the mirror. It's sad because he didn't care how he treated people and if he looses business it affects the employees however based on other comments it looks like Bob and some of the staff are corrupt anyway so karma. read more

I have been coming to this car wash for years. Never had an issue until today. They have some 3rd party windshield repair guy running a total scam. As soon as I went inside to pay, he comes in and says I have a chip on my windshield and wants to show me. I go back outside and he begins to press on a crack (that wasn't there before!) as hard as he can at the same time saying it's going to spread and he can fix it. I start yelling for him to stoppppp! He was trying to make it worse!! After looking at other recent reviews, it is clear other customers have had similar experience. I will never bring my car back here again. This place is a TOTAL SCAM. read more

outside was washed and polished very well. however inside .. not so much. still crumbs on the floor, didn't wipe my interior at all.. woulda hoped for at least that much for a "luxury" wash. had to go home and finish up myself. will not be returning again read more

This place is awesome. I come here all the time and the service is always a 10 out of 10. The team does an amazing job and my car always comes out spotless and shining like new. They really take their time and pay attention to every detail. Make sure to bring extra cash to tip the cleaners because they definitely deserve it for the great work they do every single time. Highly recommend this car wash. read more

Pricey compared to the services rendered. Not to mention unusual activity. I took my work car in for a wash. The gentleman who I interacted with when at the entrance was extremely friendly and professional. He briefly inspected the exterior of my vehicle. Once my car was ready, a staff member called out the description of my car and walked me towards the side of the building away from the waiting area. He pointed out a large crack on the windshield and immediately offered to replace or fix it at a cost. He said he's there specifically to identify cracks and offer his services. I immediately informed him that this crack was not there prior to the wash. If this was factual, the gentleman at the entrance would have immediately identified it as it's a relatively large crack. The worse part is he turned to another staff member, laughing and told him in Spanish "she's claiming we cracked it" in a very sarcastic manner. Little did he know that I understand and speak Spanish. His attitude immediately changed to worse and said "even if we cracked it, we aren't responsible for any damages and the signs are posted everywhere". I asked for a manager who wasn't helpful at all. He went on by justifying his actions claiming he's not an employee, he's an independent contractor. Since when do car washes have independent contractors? His job title is irrelevant, he humiliated me in the presence of others thinking I didn't understand Spanish. The manager took no responsibility for this guys actions. Looks like he may be hanging out trying to bank on customers cars who come out of the car wash area with sudden windshield cracks. I have requested a call from the owner and still no response yet. Take pictures of your vehicles before taking it to this place. The car wash wasn't worth the price, they didn't bother to vacuum the trunk area. I had to clean the rest myself. I don't recommend this place. Funny business. read more

Ihave been using happy boy for years. GREAT JOB. I understand prices have gone up, but they never charge the same for their add ons. I know it is under new ownership, but I have not been able to reach him or he to call me back to discuss what happened. The attendant that takes your order was not only rude but AGRESSIVE with me. When I asked about the price difference when I come in. I am an old lady. He told me to GET OUT!!; Had the guys stop vacuming. Got right in front of my face and said go someplace else. His temper was a little scary. Another attendant stepped in and took over. Apologizing I asked the lady at the desk to speak to the owner. She said he was out if town. I explained what happened; she had no reaction. They did do a really good job on my truck I have not been back. read more

I always come here. They do amazing job, and I'm always pleased with the service . Staff members are always friendly !!

Before using the excellent car was services, I recommend that the registered owner responds on Yelp to the complaints regarding the "Independent Contractor" who's running what appears to be running a windshield damage repair scam on the property. I was suckered in once, and then the same guy tried to run the same scam again today (same spot on the windshield). I guess he doesn't keep records of the cars that he's already "made repairs on". read more

Sorry Happy Boy lost my business today. Pulled up to get my car washed and the wash is already $40. The guy looked in my truck and said it was dusty and it would be an extra $15. I said it's already $40. He said, "then you can go". And I did. I went straight up Yucaipa Blvd to the car wash on the corner of 3rd and the blvd. They cleaned it no questions asked no additional fees. My truck looks beautiful. I've been taking my car to happy boy for years, but I will never be back after today thanks to the owner. read more

Thought I'd come on here to write a review just because there was so many bad ones. I just moved here to Yucaipa and kept seeing this place, thinking I'd use it one day. Well I've been busy at work and have got behind on my car washing so I figure I'd use it today.. I went on my maps typed it in only to see bad reviews, almost didn't bring it.. I figured I give it a shot if it's not good I just won't come back, well I'm glad I came they did a pretty good job could have done a little better wipe job but it's what you'd expect from a wash like this.. if you was anything more detailed go to a detailer. I paid for the lowest costing one too by the way read more

I took my car to get a car wash today paid extra due to knowing that my car needed a really good vacuum and the car wash. The older gentleman gave me the worst service I have ever experienced one. Definitely not what I would expect from a car wash here on the boulevard. He was so disrespectful in regards to saying that he would never service my car again because of how dirty it was. You work at a car wash, I'm paying for you to clean my car. I got my kids in the car and just left the property so disappointed with this type of service. If I can give no stars, I would definitely give no stars. He said he didn't even care about losing me as a customer. Honestly, the best decision ever at least he's aware that he will never get an extra good tip from a customer like myself. read more

When I called to see the price was for an SUV / hatchback. The girl that answered said I don't know, hold on. Not a hold please I'll find out. She just put the phone ,not I'll be right back either. When she returned I'm quoting her "She says it's three or four dollars more. He'll have to see your car. " Who's he? Doesn't matter. I said 3 or 4 more dollars more plus what then? She says I'm quoting her again " you said hatchback you didn't say SUV with a hatchback. Don't you know what kind of car you have." I hung up on her. The only reason I called was because I knew their prices had changed. The car wash guys always do a great job. The girl at the counter needs some customer service training. I know what job she she'd be good at. Ditch digging, alone so she doesn't have to answer anyone's questions. read more

I would give them a zero but that's not on the scale. I went there Monday with my TESLA Y two rows of seats. He told me that I had an SUV and he up charged me for SUV. I told him it was BS and he threw my TESLA key card back at me hitting the ground, and says he doesn't want my business very rudely. You don't want me to get my car washed here after I volunteered to pay the extra three dollars? He told me to leave a second time. TESLA with two rows of seats is not an SUV. Only three rows of seats are SUVs. The man owes me an apology big apology. How many others has he up charged? read more
