Top notch shop. Had the old truck repainted and I needed the paint job cleaned up from some swirls left by the wax job the paint shop left . Called and discussed amount and time frame. I dropped the truck off 20 minutes early and went to the casino for lunch and two my suppose they called me and told me the trucks will be ready about a half hour before the estimate so I headed back over to the shop. When I arrive to my surprise they had three guys finishing up the truck and it looked like it just rolled of the sales lot If I can say anything. Elite Detailing Not So "Elite" I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at Elite detailing was frustrating enough that I feel compelled to share. I brought my truck in for a full exterior detail service. Additionally, I had negotiated the removal of a factory 4x4 sticker on the side of the truck bed prior to the vehicle being waxed. Upon completion of the detail I was given my amount owed and it was an additional $350 higher than my quote. It was at this time that I was informed that the interior had been detailed as well without my authorization. My conversation with the owner was not what I had expected, as he was indifferent to the poor quality of work and just continued to argue that I had given authorization. As for the actual detailing work: Several spots inside as well as outside were missed. The interior was barely touched in some areas, and there was still visible dirt in the cup holders and door jambs. The windows were streaky, The carpets didn't even look like they had been shampooed properly. The back window and the back of the cab weren't touched. I know this because the tree sap that I had pointed out to be removed was still present. The entire bed of the truck was still filthy and was never addressed. The sticker on the truck bed hadn't been removed, and had been waked over it. For the price I paid - nearly $1,100 I am disappointed in Elite Detailing. I'm disappointed in their ability to clearly communicate what they will be doing on their customers vehicles, and to execute what is being asked of them. I'm disappointed in the owners unwillingness to make good on what has been a poor business experience. I gave the staff an opportunity to address my concerns before posting this review, and I'm still willing. Balls in their court. But for now my review is my testimony. read more

I recently came here after water from the sprinkling system at an apartment we were living at basically stained the right side of my car as well as the entire windshield. The stains were nearly impossible to remove even with bottles of goo be gone. Andrew and another guy were able to get these tough water spots off my car's windshield, tire, and side. I wouldn't say it was 100% a perfect job because I can still see faint water spot marks but it's good enough to where they no longer bother me anymore. 2024 Mazda 3, crystal red soul metallic. I recently bought my car new, but it had sat on the lot for a few months before it was sold. Unfortunately, it had hard water stains on the paint as well as the glass. Elite did a excellent job of removing all of the hard water stains on the glass and on the paint surface as well as a detailed clean and a protective coating that really made the paint stand out. Pricing I felt was very reasonable, communication was excellent, and service was very professional. I would highly recommend, as they do nice work. We took our Suzuki Samari in for detailing since we have left it at our cabin in the Sierras, only drive it sometimes in the summer. The engine was clean and out outside looked good. When they called us saying it was ready to be picked up they hadn't cleaned the inside back of the car at all. They opened the back door and it had so much dirt on the floor and nothing wiped down at all. We had to wait about 25 min for them to clean it up. I don't think I would go back again. It's as though they completely forget to clean the inside. After we got it home my husband found powdery dirt underneath the seats, the vents on dash board, etc the whole inside needed wiping down. read more
