I gave this business multiple opportunities to resolve this before leaving a review, but…read moreunfortunately I have received no response. I specifically brought my vehicle here for a hand wash because it has matte-finish paint and requires different care and appropriate soap. That was the whole reason I chose a hand wash instead of a regular car wash. After the wash, I noticed damage to my wheel and immediately brought it to the employee's attention. Alex, the owner, was not there at the time. His helper called him, and I was told Alex would arrive in about 10 minutes. When Alex arrived, we discussed the wheel damage. He inspected my wheel and the car wash rails. He told me their cameras were working and that he would send me the video footage. He also said that although he didn't believe they caused the damage, he would take care of it and said the repair should only be around $100. There was also an issue with the quality of the wash itself. Alex asked me what else I didn't like about the car wash. I showed him that there was still dirt on the front grille and dirt along the back where the bumper meets the trunk. This was supposed to be a hand wash, and those areas clearly had not been properly cleaned. Alex then grabbed Windex and sprayed it on my grille and told me that's how they clean it. He asked me how else they were supposed to clean it. I told him I didn't know, but I would expect soap and water to be used as part of the hand wash I paid for, especially considering I specifically chose a hand wash because of my vehicle's matte finish. The interior also wasn't properly cleaned. The inside windows were not clean, and the use of the same type of rag after applying Armor All left greasy-looking streaks and residue throughout the interior. They ultimately refunded me for the car wash. Another part of the situation that bothered me was the communication. Alex said he had not answered calls because his phone battery had died. However, before I left, I personally watched him take his phone out and use it to take pictures of my wheels. I can only state what I witnessed. Alex told me he would send me the camera footage, but I never received it. Since then, I have attempted to contact him multiple times and have received no response. I even filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau as another attempt to resolve the situation directly with the business. They have not responded there either. At this point, my issue is about much more than just the wheel damage. It's the quality of the hand wash, the way my concerns were handled, being told I would receive camera footage and then never receiving it, and the lack of communication afterward. I tried to handle this directly and gave the business multiple opportunities to respond before posting this review. Unfortunately, after being ignored, I feel other customers--especially anyone with a matte-finish vehicle--should know about my experience.
